Heidi picked up her phone. "Well, I'm stuck in traffic! When I calculate that parking this car and running would be faster, I'm going to do that! How's the situation?"

Divinity did something nobody would have been expecting...she stayed there and took the hit, screaming as the electricity coursed through her. Once it stopped, she flicked her head back to get her hair out of her eyes, still looking up at David, and ignoring Iron Man.

"You know, that wasn't very nice. I'm down here, all tied up and helpless, and you shock me!"

The disturbing smile returns.

"...Do I still scare you? Even like this?"

"my dear why would they stop us, what we will do will help them, you, me, even those of us that are astray working with SHIELD, we will be working for the advancement of our kind not burning building and attacking people" he raised his hand and pointed at a screen in the room where they sat showing her the news report of the fight going on downtown "we lack guidance my dear and you can be our beacon we are all brothers and sisters and being kin we fight like siblings...you and I can be the ones to make sure it does not go to far and if they did not trust me enough that i might lead you astray....why are they not here its because they know, you will never need protection from me my dear"

Jean sat and said "Your right...with Cerebro I can control them and with your powers we can watch them. But knowing them...David and Ira won't like being controlled."
Anthony said "Well she just took a blast of electricity ...while pole was around her...so not good. Where are you I will come and get you." He asked David and Ira " think you two can hold her off?"
David said "Maybe.. " he then looked at Divinity. "Sorry lady I'm going to have to hold you." He lifted a few cars and reshaped them to a small metal dome. He put it over Divinity.

Heidi switched ears. "I'm exactly 3 miles to the southeast."

Divinity slow clapped from inside the dome as the metal that was around her audibly clatters on the ground. "Good plan. Now what? Leave me here? Take me with you? Drop me into the river?"

Ira put her hand in her forehead. she didnt respond to the question. just shook her head when David put Divinity in a metal sphere. it was a horrible idea. and if she didnt think the psycho chick would potentially kill someone she would have walked away without a word.

"...so Mr Stark, your paying for those cars he just used right. lets get this straight now before he catches a lawsuit helping an Avenger. "

Stark said. "If course." He took off to get Heidi. He saw her car and said "Hello miss Prodigy." He picked her up and flew back to where David and Ira were.
David looked at Ira. "What's up with this chick?" He asked.

"clerk wouldnt sell her a Bag. she says she's a god...the Usual NY scene stuff. " Ira shrugged like it wasnt that serious.

"Good to know, never wanted to put one on myself, always afraid i'd loose my tail or teleport out of it and be running around without any gear." After she took one to examine, he took the other three with a sip of water. "Do you still rave, or are you a DJ?" He could guess what was coming when she answered her phone so he got up from the table to help her with her coat if she let him. He could already feel the sake buzz fading fast but took the paper all the same. "I'm not even going to bother giving you mine, you'll hack the mainframe in no time and get to anyways, so at least i'll give you something to due to entertain yourself this way. Want me to drive you back?"

With a sigh she hung up the phone "there is a fight breaking out downtown and all agents are being called in to prevent it from getting out of hand" she swollowed the pill and rubbed her eyes "yeah a ride would help, thanks" she smiled at him and let him help her with her jacket "thanks for lunch we should do it again, maybe when we are off the clock" she leaned in a have him a light kiss on the cheek and smirked as she got ready to leave.

Ramsey cupped her chin with his hand "its not about control its about protection, if it comes down to you using that marvelous mind of your to keep our brothers and sisters in check I know you only do it to protect them for others and themselves" Ramsey leaned in and held his forehead against hers there faces within inches of each other "let's us bring this fighting to a end darling, cerebro awaits your touch"

Magnus didn't resist the kiss to his cheek as he lead her back to the roof. He wouldn't have time to stop at a shield station to suit up on the way so he'd have to make due with what he could find. He still had his sling with glass sphere and his iron spike, but that was it. He didn't say anything more as he went into work mode, getting to the cycle that was left idle all this time. He taped some keys to make it open its trunk to see what he had to work with, Pistol side arm, medical kit, helmet, He's done more with less.

As soon as Lee got onto the cycle, he gave her the pistol and flew off to the scene, Arriving in the space it took iron man to leave, he set the cycle down on a roof with a communication tower. "Do what you do best." With that said, he took the helmet and first aid kit to hop down off the roof and land in a spider-man squat to take in the scene, big metal dome with his quantum cousin and his teachers daughter. He formed the dojo in his mind to push away the fear of sitting on a lightpole thirty feet up and imagined this as nothing more than a training match, in the room was just the four of them as everything else to a haze of obstacles to be used and he thought directly at Ira.

Ira glanced up at magnus "um... your late" she said out loud "Seriously late. she's already contained...for now anyway. everyone keeps giving her more and more attention but im leaving. theres enough of you here and i got thing to do" now that it was a small crowd of heroes and mutants ira felt a bit more comfortable leaving. Divinity was wearing armor so David should be able to handle her well enough. she turned to leave

The dome of cars was smashed open and cars went flying into buildings and through fences in a very destructive scene. Divinity was standing there, looking quite calm. "This is boring. You guys are boring. Seriously, you take so long to do things! I don't have time for this. I could literally be in another country by now."

The crazed woman held her arms up.

"I'm going to give you ten seconds to stop me, and then I'm running away!"

Heidi, now on the scene, points and yells. "Stop her! Make sure she doesn't get away!"

That semi-Scottish accent really got Natalie's attention, and she turned to Heidi, with a smile so wide and crazy it makes her last one look normal.

"Prodigy. You're late."

Ira didnt even bother to look back. She kept going until she got to her bike and headed back to the Institute. Between David and Stark the collateral damage would be ridiculous and she wanted no part of that. Magnus and Heidi meant there were at least too rational thinkers but that didnt really count for much when the other three involved could throw automobiles. oh well. it was no longer her problem. David might be a little upset with her but her students come first this time.

Zandrea quickly got off the bike where magnus dropped her off "call me later okay..." she quickly ran into the building running past people trying to get her attention but went right into her workplace she noticed Heidi was there now she patched herself into the communications of the SHIELD/Avenger team that was there.
"prodigy you hear me? its kode I am patched in and ready to relay your commands, Director Pyrde told me you are taking point....do you want me to invite the x-men into our party chat?"

zandrea was gone, she left when she sat infront of the command console when kode sat down "we have word that 87 percent of the block is evacuated and ground troops are working on getting the rest out so we have no casualties" not only was she there via audio she hacked a system of street cameras and store front camera to get eyes on the fight "im gonna take a guess...you dont need her file....did you forget to call her back after a romantic date Prodigy?"

[Zerofighter]

David saw Divinity had armor. He lifts her up in the air. "Nice armor." He said holding her in the hair
Stark put her down and pointed his repulsor beams at Divonity. "Your Surrounded." Anthony had a strange feeling when he have SHIELD access to his tech. He decided to see what they were up to later.
Jean nods and said "I'm changing the code to get in. It 1283. She walked into Cerebro and changed the code when she was in. Jean sat and turned it on. She heard everyone's voices. She spoke to them "Hello people of the world...I've been using this device and I read your minds. Selfish desires. Humans and mutants only caring about themselves. Today me and my partner will change that."
David heard Jean. "What the hell?"

Heidi talked back to Kode. "No, she used to be a fan of mine, but she had a troubling superior attitude. If I had known what she was capable of, I would have stopped her then, because after our encounter, she went mad. Apparently I was her idol. Me not sharing her views, it broke her."

That's when Heidi heard Jean's voice in my head. Partner? Who could she possibly be partnered with if everyone's here? Unless...

"Oh no...What is she doing? What the hell is she doing?!"

Natalie was hoisted up by her armor. So the man wasn't a telekinetic, he was another magneto. Dammit, she should have seen this coming...That's when she heard the voice. She liked this one. She was powerful. She chuckled out loud. It was an unsettling laugh at best.

"I dunno who this girl is, but I like her! She's like an angel or something."

Ramsey followed he was in awe of what he say, Cerebro he tried countless times to route himself into this room but always fails he would have never thought to have welcomed into the room and given a access code with it he took a deep breath as he watched jean sit down, he followed and placed a hand on her shoulder "I am proud of you my darling....now let us usher in a new day for everyone together..." she watched as she activated the systems standing there he felt the energy of the room as it reached out and touched everyone's mind, he reached out and started to draw from the massive network his body flickered as he pulled very little resources from the network after a few moments he felt it....he felt whole again...he then smiled from under his mask he still worn and watched jean be the beacon he told her to be.

Zandrea:
"so what is your orde......ahhhh" Zandrea sight started to hear the voice aswell "please tell me that is someone is hacked into our com and not my head because I am crazy enough and i have been taking my meds..." she placed her hand on her head the words ringing in her ears like who ever was on the other side was right beside her "whats going on Prodigy? can i get a sit rep?"

Heidi put her hand to herb ear. "Divinity appears to be contained, but now I think Jean is using Cerebro to send telepathic messages to everybody. Because pure thoughts have no language, everybody in the whole world can hear and understand her!"

[Zerofighter]

David said "what's going on? What's Jean doing?!" He lost focus and dropped Divinity. He was worried about Jean.
Anthony said. "Heidi, what's going on? What's Jean doing?" He then pieced it together. "Damn he got to her."
Jean thought to them "you can stop me if you like but if you do you will be under my control. I am in all your minds you cannot escape."

"what? why? isnt the x-men there with you?" Zandrea started started typing seeing reports from all the world some blaming mutants other believing it is the word of god and everything in between "your right there is reports coming from all over the world....this isnt going to help things I am all ready getting reports from upstairs about how to stop and contain....i just seen a raid request on the school pass though the network..." with some very quick typing and fast thinking he intercepted the request and deleted it "I caught it before it got to far up the chain of command you guys need to stop this before we....SHIELD does something dumb and rash"
