[OOC] Xmen: Mutant Registration is Avenged

Its been 20 years sense the mutant registration act was made, in those 20 years mutants have more respect, and Xavier's school is still open, but are still treated like secondary class citizens, and are still met with violence. The Mutant Registration act II is made again and this time it has more support. This time if the mutants dont register they will be arrested and if they fight killed on the spot. A new generation of Xmen and the Brotherhood of Mutants begin to rise. Both fighting the registration act, so the goverment asks SHIELD to open the Avenger's initiative and bring back the Avengers to take out the rising teams

Characters who were young(IE ShadowCat, Rogue, or Iceman are ok but they must be older) and characters who are immortal(Wolverine, Sabertooth, Thor and Captain America) are also ok

Personality Kind, smart, but has a cold heart, and wants to help humans but still is angered that they hate him even though he tried to help them.
short Bio Is the last Child of Erik Lehnsherr. He was raised as being the heir to the Brotherhood of Mutants but when his father was killed, he went to the place he knew he would be safe. Xavier's School, when he was 6. He learned to respect humans but deep down still believes his father may be right

short Bio Is the daughter of Charles Xavier. Taught to respect humans and mutants, and bring peace to both races. Taught not to fight back and be the better person by trying to fight back with peaceful methods. Met David when she was 4. She became like a sister to him, she considers him her brother

powers: Like her mother she is a telepath/kinetic. Neither of which abilities are mastered however. As she continues to train and hone her abilities she is finding that she is a stronger telekinetic than she is a telepath. While her telepathy is “normal” and her range of influence is about two miles.
But when it comes to her telekenisis it’s a bit non traditional. When it comes to lifting and moving objects her limit is a small sports car but the effort drains her. she shows signs of tactile telekines (making her self stronger via tk) but she literally has no control of it. what she can do that is so unique is that she can create physical things out of psi energy. At this point doing so takes effort and she has not reached her mothers level of dexterity in the art. At current the biggest thing she can make is a dagger (where as her mother can make a sword that can cut through armor with little thought and make constructs that can be used by others)
With these constructs she use her mothers “signature” ability the psychic knife. At current it takes a lot of focus and concentration to create this . it allows her direct access into the victims mind but the prep time makes it useless in a confrontation for now. She can make a throwing knife but that does the same thing but that takes even more consentration.

Personality: Ira is a social butterfly. She enjoys people but often feels bad for reading other peoples thought unintentionally. Because of this she is a really great secret keeper. She Loves purple

short Bio: until she began having what her mother called “telepath headaches” he lived with her mother. The beautiful betty Braddock raised her daughter well…via martial arts. Being the daughter of one of the worlds best assassins means you learn early to defend yourself. The constant moving was hard on Ira but she internalized the sadness of never making lasting friendships.
When her powers showed, around age 12, she knew what was going to happen next. Life would get harder. Her mother made no secret of her own powers so when it came time for Ira to learn she brought her to the Xavier Institute. That way Ira would have Stability as well as safety in her training. Ira wasn’t fond of the idea of leaving her mother but the idea that she could have friends compelled her to accept the change.
In the 9 years since coming to the school she has grown up and gotten a bit radical but concidering the govt. is trying the mutant registration thing again…that might not be a bad thing.

Personality: Very outgoing and charasmatic. He can be a bit annoying at times but he means well most of the tim.
short Bio: Born the son of Offspring, Mark O'Brian had the exact same powers of his elderly grandad. He took on the name of his grandfather whom he idolized as he had not been superheroing for a while. He didn't much like his father and tried to escape regularly. Offspring did train him well though and eventually he had to choose whether to side with the xmen or the brotherhood. He sided with the xmen but the idea of a mutant world did appeal to him.

Personality: extreme case of bi-polar, warm and bubbly could turn to harsh and cold at any point, but even though that she is loyal to a fault.
short Bio:As a child Prodigy Zandrea was always extremely smart and witty, when she was 14 she meet her first serious boy friend a mutant named Ramsey Kingston a mutant with power over what seemed to be the entire internet, and he showed her how to hack and make a mockery out of the system, then one day things went wrong Ramsey was killed in a riot he was not apart of and Zandrea started to suffer violent mood swings and became a mutant sympathizer seeing the way her race treats Ramsey's kind a dis-service to his memory she helped with protests but when those went no where, she started to cause trouble online hacking data banks and passing information to any group of mutants willing to take her info, even going as far as lying to the brotherhood saying she was a mutant going by the name Kode. That was until she was recruited by SHIELD where she rose quickly as tech support in the field.

Powers: Enhanced brain efficiency, meaning super intelligence and memory, enhanced reaction times, and as long as she knows all the variables, can even play out scenarios in her head.
Personality:
Short Bio: Heidi was born and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her powers manifested at a very early age, but it was only when she was 12 did she enter Xavier's school. She was the youngest there, but also attended classes with people often ten years older than her. It didn't take long for her to become one of the X-Men, but there was a student who signed up because it was cool and all his friends were already X-men trainees at the very least. He was killed on his first mission. This single event caused Heidi to leave the X-men, and the whole school. In her eyes it was a place where kids were peer pressured into risking their lives like child soldiers. However, there was one thing she took from it; 'Mutants needed to be taught how to control their powers.' Without proper teaching, they were dangerous, and the only reason a mutant wouldn't want to register themselves is that they want to stay dangerous, and therefore are a threat to the whole country. Heidi is one of the only mutants to openly and publicly support the second Pro-Registration act.

Powers: Intangibility, which only activates randomly due to her inexperience, and Clairvoyance (aka, being able to see other people's memories for information by just looking at them), which also activates randomly and only seems to work best with people who are already dead.
Personality: Skylar is the definition of no remorse or actual feeling. To those that have value and matter to her, she would just leave them be, and only assist if she seeks it necessary. Especially if it were for her mutant kind. To those that are just passerbys, she would also give them no mind, ignoring them. However, to those that are her enemies and seek harm, she is ruthless and cold, and hates her enemies forever with a death grudge. The only times where she is at peace and maybe her own enjoyment, is where she is writing her own personal blog online using a fake identity.
Short Bio: Skylar never knew her family as she was kidnapped at the early age of 4 by a man who seemed to use her for blackmail. As she turned 7, that was the year that her mutant powers came about. By just seeing her kidnapper, she began to see what happened to her family that fateful night, that they were killed in the chaos. Anger swallowed her, and in a rage she got her hands on a gun and shot the man down until he was dead. From that day, she has been on the run, hiding her mutant identity and that her life was full of tragedy and sadness as she saw what happened to all of the other runaway mutants she run into: dying due to discrimination for what they were. Now 19, Skylar had lost all feeling from tragedy to tragedy, accepting and embracing her identity as a mutant. With a scornful heart, Skylar is all alone but has a deep rage against the Second Mutant Registration Act. She swore to show the human race that mutants aren't just animals to kick around and disregard them.
Other: Even if Skylar's starting out all alone, she may join the Brotherhood of Mutants later on. Her weapon of choice is a katana strapped to her back.
