We agree with Kiddo there. His boons far outweigh his flaws.
You still haven't provided any real good reason for a Chiss to be in the republic and serving its cause. A vague story about a mandalorian raid is implausible considering how the Chiss Ascendancy is in control of a single stabilized region of space in the Unknown regions. The only other region having any real sort of stability there is Vitiate's Sith Empire. They wouldn't condone any foreign interference in their domain. If mandalorians were foolish enough to strike out at them, it wouldn't end well. If you want slaves, you go for the easy-to-grab-from worlds, not the heavily defended ones with superior technology and armies.
Considering that Chiss are also notorious for extreme xenophobia, it is rather plain that a Chiss family would not be likely to go on vacation outside Chiss space, especially not in the republic, which is far from their region.
The only link we could find between Mandalorians and the practice of slavery was when they fought such, or when they were enslaved. Pretty sure they didn't work as slavers themselves. Its not normally a trade that can be considered honorable (and mandalorians were very fond of Honor)
Then there is the problem that you've given him near-mastery level Soresu. At 14 years of age, he wouldn't have had the years of training to go beyond competent, let alone sufficient to wear out most opponents. Not even Jedi Reflexes can make up for the sort of skill that decades of training will give a professional soldier (like a Mandalorian warrior). Not to mention, as HeySeuss specified, the Jedi permitted in this RP don't have more than theoretical combat experience (and the odd pirate/criminal encounter), so mastery of combat is implausible.
We'd go on, but there's not quite enough time.
We did run a Mary Sue test on this one... Our result was 45 points, which is extremely high chance of being a Mary Sue.
