"We need your help Eden, your partner awaits."
Eden awoke in the dead of the night, startled by an odd dream of strangers and fantastic monsters. A dream that was so real it was hard to call a dream in fact. It ended with a voice as clear as day, an old mans voice it sounded like. Asking for help and speaking of a partner, Eden felt an urgency in the voice and after he awoke a very critical feeling in his gut. It left Eden so restless that he couldn't sleep and chose to go for a late night stroll. He got himself dressed in his slim jeans, his high top sneakers, an fresh t-shirt and a hoodie, slipped on his jacket and headed out the door.

The air was very strangely still, even in this size town when most everyone was asleep, the air wasn't so stagnant, so ominous. Eden shook the feeling and began to walk again, he tried to recount as many details from the dream as he could. To keep his mind active and distracted from his depression. He could remember very unique creatures, all with recognizable forms, there was a penguin like creature, an odd catish ones, a large bipedal bug, a white dragon, and the one that stood out the most was this sinister looking hyena covered in stitch like marks. He could recall a person accompanying each creature, fighting with them, and then the detail got fuzzy. He looked up and saw a bright green shooting star, 'Green? Thats not right' He thought and then suddenly felt himself tripping and hitting the ground.

When he sat up he was in a forest, but not an ordinary forest. A forest of crazy blues and purples and greens, like nothing he knew existed on earth. Then it hit him, a piercing headache shot through his mind and a series of images flashed in his mind, four kids beside him, a giant tree nearly the size around of a house, and this little plushie looking dog covered in spots. When he opened his eyes again, although hoping he'd be sitting on the side walk he wasn't, but that plushy looking dog stood in front of him almost touching his face with its own.

The pup spoke, "I am Yeyemon, but I have a feeling you know that. We need to go now, before you are spotted. Follow me." It said and took off into the brush. Yeyemon was right, somehow Eden did know the pup, it was like he had known him all his life. So without question Eden followed closely behind not saying a word, only taking in the unbelievable scenery. It wasn't long before Eden was faced with another familiar sight, the giant tree he had in his vision. The sight was so shocking it froze Eden where he stood, "Can something this massive even exist?!" He exclaimed as he just stood and stared.

"In the Digital World, it can." Yeyemon said and leaped up tackling the boy into the tree, but they didnt hit the tree, they passed straight through the bark and stood in a seemingly endless empty space, all except for a huge temple, resembling something of a greek monument, yet completely different in its own respect. The pup jumped up onto Eden's shoulder and sat there sniffing him, "Now we wait Eden, For the others."

Karin was about to head out for a walk with Max for the first time in a while.Earlier today the cast was removed from her leg, and from Max's reaction when she got his leash he was a lot more excited about this walk then usual and while she didn't show the same went for her. Before leaving she put on her green coat over her blue shirt and black jeans since it was getting kinda cold at night.

It was pretty dark out, but luckily the streetlights make it possible to see without needing a flashlight just yet. However it was still dark enough to make Karin a bit nervous despite the fact she knew the route she was taking by heart. All of a sudden Max refused to move and simply kept barking at something. For a while Karin tried to drag him along with the leas before checking to see what had gotten his attention. At first she didn't see anything, until she look up at the night sky. A bright red flash passed by overhead, and distracted Karin tripped over Max and fell to the ground.

However rather than hitting the sidewalk Karin to her surprise landed on soft soil. When she stood back up she found herself in an alien forest with Max nowhere to be seen. However before she could freak about that, a small green six legged animal walked up to her and started talking."Hi, I'm Sechsmon and you must be Karin. I understand you're confused but if you'll follow me everything will be explained."

Despite not knowing why, Karin felt like she could trust this weird creature and as such decided to follow it. Sechsmon guised the human girl to and down an old overgrown path. While they were walking Karin stared to worry Max more and more. Though it was most likely he was still back on Earth she decided after thinking it over to ask her guide anyway."Ehm Sechsmon was it?.... Before I ended up here in the forest I was walking my dog, do you know what happened to him.?" "I have no idea what a dog is but I'm sure it's still back where you came from." The fact that Max didn't come with her meant he had probably gotten back home by himself and she couldn't help but be slightly relieved by that news.

After walking about fifteen minutes the two arrived at a giant tree and though Karin stopped for a few second to look at it Sechsmon just kept walking. To her surprise her little guide somehow disappeared in the wood of the massive tree. Confused she placed her hand on the bark, only to fall in when she didn't touch anything solid. Inside she saw that next to Sechsmon there was a red haired boy with some kind of spotted dog sitting on his shoulder as well as some kind of temple.

It was dark out, but Jake was walking along a path around a lake in the park. It was peaceful, walking in the quiet night with the darkened sky revealing beautiful lights. The tall blonde boy standing 6'8 was wearing a pretty fashionable seafoam green pants with a jacket to match. A white t-shirt underneath with a pair of white sneakers. The blue eyes boy didn't have much reason to be out here, it just felt right to take a walk.

It was then he glanced up up above the lake to see a blue light, but in the blink of a eye he found himself slipping and fell sideways toward the water. Flailing a little to catch himself, he shut his eyes as he expected the cold water's impact, but instead grunted as he hit soft soil. Name blinked and sat up, blinking his eyes open to see that he was no longer in the park, but in a very odd and colorful forest. His mouth opened slightly in awe as he gazed around him at the colorful surroundings, noting that this would make a excellent design or a painting.

Jake snapped out of his thoughts as a round bluish small creature, hopped onto his lap, its ears twitching before the right one lightly smacked him across the cheek.

"Heya partner! Jake right? I'm Pagumon, you're Digimon and you should feel quite honored. But no time to explain, we got to hurry." The creature said in a slightly feminine childish voice before flapping it's ears and flying off of the tall boy. Flapping in place just as tall as his face was.

Jake blinked before standing up and looking at the creature for a moment, before smiling a little and unconsciously grabbing the introduced Pagumon by placing his hands on either side of the round creature. "Cute." he chuckled a little.

Pagumon blinked her slitted eyes before flapping her ears rapidly before smacking him again. "Hey! I just said to hurry! So go go go!!" she ordered before zooming behind him and pushing him along.

Jake blinked but he obliged the odd creature and walked through the odd forest, until he was promptly shoved toward a very large tree. To his surprise, he did not crash into the expected rough surface, but instead went right through it and entered into a different place. A large empty space with only a large temple, a red haired boy and a black haired girl with similar small strange creatures.

Although the boy didn't quite feel shy around Pagumon, he shifted a little in place when he spotted the two humans, putting his hands in his pockets as he walked over. Pagumon promptly flapped above his head before landing on the blonde hair and rested against it.

"Awe finally! You walk slow for a tall partner ya know? Now just need to wait for the rest of the slowpokes." she huffed, crossing her ears a little.

He shivered as he leaned on the rail of his balcony. The northern chill was as comforting as home, and as unknowingly annoying as home was too. It clung to the skin like a overzealous aunt, prodded you like a long-gone cousin. And yet, for Cayden, he wouldn't of wanted it any other way. He had grew up with the cold, adored its rough touch, enjoyed its silence.

With a slightly tanned hand, he pulled down the blue muffler covering his lips. He wanted to actually feel the winter wind brush against his entire face. And before long its ghostly whisper had announced its presence. Lifting his neck to meet it, the rambunctious hollering of his family echoed from out his floorboards. It was exhausting to be with them and painful to be without, so he restrained himself to just being near; just close enough to know they were there.

Anymore than that and they would be on his hate-list most of the time. When he turned to face the dark sky, only the dull glow of his green eyes had time to widen. For a white comet seemed to have silently carved its path towards him.

Death came for me early?

“Wake up,” came a soft muttering to his ear. “wake up,” it repeated, urging him on. “wake up, Cay!” It finally yelled.

Three blinks and he was looking up at a foreign sky, the light blue too bright for him to had been home. Turning his head with a small motion, he spotted a round monster. Its orange fur, large black horn, and wide red eyes implying a weird amount of joy. He had never seen anything so happy to see him before, even tears had built up at the corner of its eyes. “Y-You're finally here!” it screamed, though its voice was undeniably boyish.

“Here? Where is here?”

“The Digital World,” answered the round monster. “My future kingdom to be exact.”

Pushing himself off his back, he looked around at the jungle surrounding him. He spotted a cracked branch, weird and unearthly plants, but no one else. He suppose that was for the best though, he worked much better when he was alone.

“I'll be more than happy to explain my kingdom later but for now,” he paused, glancing around at the dense foliage and trees. “we best get going.”

“Whatever,” he said, grasping the monster by the horn as he stood up. “Lead the way.”

A slight chuckle left the monster as he swung around in his grasp. “You're a strong guy. I like you, Cay.”

“Yea, yea. I'm not really a talker so don't do so much yourself.” It took a few minutes, ten or twenty, before the monster stopped them at a tree. Cayden looked it up and down before letting his hand reach out to touch its bark. His eyes narrowed when it continued on, phasing into it until his entire body had stepped through.

At the sight of the others, he grimaced obviously. “You've got to be kidding me, Tsunomon.”

“Nope, these are our friends!” he shouted excitedly. The damn thing reminded him too much of his family, too much of his introverted nature. He rubbed his shoulder and for the first time realized his was wearing clothes. He looked at the black short-sleeve shirt covering his torso, the slim khaki jeans that fell into black boots, and oddly enough a pair of goggles that hung off his neck.

He groaned again before speaking out to the group. “What the hell is going on here?” As usual his voice was lacking of the rage he spoke from, instead it just simmered.

Alex spun around in his computer chair and stretched as he placed He just got done reading yet another book, and figured he might as well call it a night. As he was getting ready to set it aside, a bright flash of light filled his room and he jumped backwards. However he didn't land on the floor like one would expect instead he found himself laying on some grass, in the middle of a forest. "Ok I must of been sleepier than i thought." Alex looked around and found himself face to face with a small yellow chicken head with a clump of bright orange hair . "An Angry bird?"

"Chicchimon isn't angry, Chicchimon is happy to meet you." the disembodied head said as it bounced up and down. Alex slowly got to his feet trying to figure out what ind of dream this was, his head was a little sore, as if he actually fell and hit the ground. He could feel a slight breeze against his skin, it was probably the most realistic dream he could remember.

"Ok Happy bird thing, where are we?" He asked trying to remember the clues to look for to find your way out of a forest. Unfortunately he never cared much for survival shows, nor did he ever take any wilderness classes so he only remembered something about moss growing on a certain side of a tree. Unfortunately he couldn't notice any moss so that was of absolutely no use to him.

"My name is Chicchimon, this is the Digital World, and we are late, oh so very late." the strange creature said as it bounced off away from Alex, who simply stood where he had been. "Hurry up, the others are probably waiting, you do know how to walk right?" Chicchimon chided looking back at the human who was finally decided to start moving.

"What do you mean we're going to be late? Who are the others? What kind of dream is this?" Alex asked as they walked without paying any real attention to his surroundings. It was if his nose was in a book , he had walked right into a tree- or at least thats what he thought he did. Instead of a face full of bark he was instead met with a large open area, containing a stone temple of sorts, and four pairs of human and strange creatures. "I take it those are the others you mentioned Chickymon?"

"Yes they ... it's Chicchimon. Honestly how could you mess up such a simple name? Maybe i should start calling you Allie or something." The small bird responded annoyed that the human it had been paired with couldn't remember its name.

Eden waited as four other kids arrived at the temple, just like he had glimpsed in his vision. Things were getting weirder by the moment, but he didnt feel out of place in any way, he felt like he belonged in the here and now. These other kids were very different and Eden was unsure whether or not he could trust them, but he was sure he would have to learn to deal with it. "Hey, look at this rag tag bunch of kids and creatures. This seems like some sort of novel am I right?" He joked trying to cut through the tension in the air.

Yeyemon began to shush him soon after, "Hey pay attention the the temple!." He bit his ear to get his attention, and it worked.
"What was that for!" Eden shouted at the pup, "You can't sit on my shoulder anymore." He glared at the digimon and held him in his arms where he could control him better.
"I said pay attention, thats what that was for."

Before Eden could reply in retort, a very poor looking man exited the temple. On second glance it wasn't a man but a very large monkey, in very poor condition. The monkey was wearing a tattered jacket and leaning heavily on a large bo staff. He weakly walked from the temple towards the teenagers, as he got closer it was evident he was very badly wounded, but was not bleeding in a regular sense. Small shining pixels were floating from the wounds as if it was dust being blown into the air, they floated on out of sight. The monkey coughed clearing his voice and spoke with a raspy yet powerful voice, "I am Gokuwmon, I am hear to send you on the first part of your journey. I am also aware that you all have many questions, but as the digimon have told you, time is quite of the essence." Gokuwmon began coughing again as he looked over the bunch, "Our world is in grave terror, and although you may not think much of yourselves at the now, you are the only ones capable of saving us all. You have been chosen as digidestined, along with your partners, you must locate the 10 Obelisk keys, find the Source Code, and find the core of our world. These digimon are going to help guide you and protect you to the best of their abilities. Any questions you may have can be answered either by your partners, or by time itself. I do truly apologize for not being able to guide you more thoroughly, the forces of the virus are mighty and I have done all I can to hold it at bay from this sacred place. I wish you luck, and pray you succeed, farewell our digidestined." And with a final cough Gokuwmon dissolved into a pixelated dust that spread out into the sky.

"What the hell just happened." Eden stood dumbfounded at the sudden proclamation of their duty, to save an entire world! They were not granted a long respite as the temple and all its surroundings dissolved in a similar fashion to Gokuwmon. As their surroundings were reduced to nothingness around them, trees began to appear once more as they resumed their previous space in the forest. "Soo what do we do first?" He turned to ask his new 'friends', "The name's Eden by the way."

Just as Karin had worked up the courage to say something to boy more people kept showing up, until there were five kids in total each accompanied by a different looking creature like Sechsmon. She wondered if any of them knew what was going on,however her guide grabbed her attention by pushing against her leg."Something is happening at the temple."

What looked like a gorilla wearing pants walked out of the temple in their direction. As it got closer Karin noticed it seemed badly wounded. After Gokuwmon had introduced himself, told Karin and the others about the Obelisk keys and disintegrated. She turned to Sechsmon. "So you're a Digimon huh? Don't see how any of you guys will be able to protect us though." The Digimon simply smiled. "In this form we might not be be able to do much, but we can and will become much stronger." Karin wasn't sure if she believed that. But she didn't have much time to think about it, as everything around began to disappear.

However rather than disappearing as well the entire group was returned back to outside the tree. The red haired boy seemed a lot more calm and collected than she felt as he not only asked an excellent question namely what they should do first but also introduced himself as Eden. Knowing she would be most likely be stuck with these people for quite some time Karin forced herself to follow his example. "I'm Karin and honestly I have no idea what to do next." She didn't try to hide the fact that she felt uncomfortable talking to a group of strangers, because she expected they would see through her act anyway.

His voice went unheard as the echoing footsteps of another approached them. Situated near the back, behind all of them but one, he spotted the creature between the spaces of their bodies. He looked, as if once upon a time, he could had been immensely strong. But now the fighter monkey looked to be near death. Glinting, minuscule squares of refracting light drifting from fissure-like wounds. Cayden could only imagine the army that was needed to take him down.

He looks truly strong, He told himself, impressed by the innate strength he sense from the being.

For some reason he felt the odd need to look down at Tsunomon as Gokuwmon was speaking. He felt a odd sensation looking at the round creature tremble. As if he was restraining himself. He wondered why? Gokuwmon appeared admirable, but if he could not save the Digital World... what made him think five kids and their dwarf pets could?

It was really irritating but even he had to admit the potential adventure. While the strings to his heart played a reluctant but somber tune for the disappearance of Gokuwmon, he could only wonder why. He wasn't quite sure what had happened to the ape but it didn't seem like Gokuwmon had a choice in the matter.

Uncertain of the situation, Cayden leaned up against a nearby tree, leans arms folded over his chest, and Tsunomon at his feet; he was silent.

“Cay,” Tsunomon called out, his boyish voice somber; saddened.

“Yea?”

“If you were a King, how would you save your kingdom?”

The strained tone of this creature's voice brought his eye open and onto him; his face was hidden from him. He took a pause before answering. “If my kingdom was in trouble, I'd save it. But i'm not a king and I have no obligation to this world.”

“... but I do,” He growled determined. “I'll save my world.”

Stiffening more as two other people joined the three, Jake glanced toward the two boys with mild curiousity. One of the seeming annoyed to see other people, in which Jake glanced away. Before he could examine the others thoroughly, Pagumon chirped up.

"Awe finally you two are here. Took ya long enough. Now you! Pay attention to the temple!" Pagumon said, pressing her ears on either side of his head before forcefully turning it toward the temple:

Jake blinked, but didn't complain to the digimon's forceful attitude as he looked at the temple and saw what looked like a beaten up shaggy monkey with pants. The Digimon weakly explained a little of the situation and why they were here. In which made Jake quite doubtful of such a thing. This adventure and situation sounded like something out of a manga or something. Destined to save a world... Jake was sure whoever sent him made a mistake. He didn't have much qualities for a hero, and he wasn't hopeful he would succeed in such a thing. He was just a tall kid who painted and knitted back home and read manga, books and went to school. What could they hope for in him?

As Gokuwmon finished, Jake blinked and raised in hand and stepped foreward in worry as the Digimon evaporated into pixilated dust and spread into the sky, along with their surroundings that soon left them in the forest. He wondered what happened to the monkey digimon, but he felt a pang in his chest that was a twist of the knife of sorrow and dread.

The red haired boy that proclaimed himself Eden as well asking what they should do now. The single girl said her name was Karin, and voiced she didn't know what to do. Karin seemed more uncomfortable talking to the compete strangers, while Eden seemed more calm in the whole matter

Jake was silent for a few heartbeats before giving a slight sigh. "I'm Jake. We should probably start looking for those Obelisk keys.... Best way is to start walking, preferably a village to ask questions on possible locations." he said clearly though his blue eyes soon shifted away from them to examine his surroundings before glancing up at the Digimon on his head. "Pagumon, do you know any good places to start?" he asked.

"Nope! But we better get moving!" Pagumon answered, ears twitching slightly.

Alex watched curiously as the monkey man limped out. Honestly Alex had no reason to believe this wasn't just some dream he would wake up from, after all talking animal heads and some mysterious monkey man, who had identified himself as Gokuwmon. Alex found himself paying more attention to the creatures name than what the creature had been saying. "Gokuwmon.... something about that name sounds familiar." Alex mumbled to himself as the digimon continued to talk. However that didn't last long as Gokuwmon soon coughed his last cough before turning to what looked like dust in the wind.

The red headed boy introduced himself as Eden, and asked the group what they were going to do next. The only girl, who happened to have black hair, introduced herself as Karin and seemed to be a loss for ideas. The other two guys, well one seemed to be conversing with the little head that found him while the other said his name was Jake, and suggested they look for a Village. That last individual also referred to his 'angry rabbit' as Pagumon.

"My name's Alex, and I think we should head west." He said simply putting his own two cents in. Gokuwmon was a familiar name, and this was Alex's dream right so of course his story book logic would make sense here right? "His name was Gokuwmon right?" Alex asked as he used his finger to write something in the dirt G O K U W M ON, he soon scratched out the last three letters. Staring at the writing on the ground he wrote two names one above one below.

Looking at his notes on the ground he smiled. "Yeah that's why it sounded familiar." He said before Chicchimon started jumping all over ruining his art work. "Does those symbols actually mean something?" Chicchimon asked trying to make sense of the strange human writing.

"Son Wukong, also known as Son Goku, is a character from Journey to the West. So if he's sending us on a journey, I would think he'd want us to head west." Alex said as if it was something everyone would know. What kind of person identifies themselves with such a strange name in a dream world if not some sort of clue. "Or does anyone have any other ideas for our search?"

Everyone began to introduce themselves and provided input, all except the one who chose to stand off on his own. Eden was weary of the kid, he was weary of everything, anything could happen and he deep down he didnt think this was a dream, he felt this was real. A mention was made of Journey to the West and Eden snapped from his thoughts. "That actually, makes alot of sense. And since we don't seem to have anything else to go on, I vote we head west."

They're short meeting was cut even shorter when the ground began to crumble beneath them. Eden pushed the two closest people too him, who happened to be Alex and Karin, away from the crumbling earth and leaped out of the way himself while shouting. "Everyone Move!" Seconds after everyone moved, a large purple creature with a drill smack dab on its face burst from the ground. "What the hell is that thing?! There is a drill on its FACE!" Eden was frozen in place with pure amazement, Yeymon was the one to save him by tackling him when the digimon swung its claw for Eden. "Its a drimogemon, run dont stare at it!" Yeyemon shouted to everyone and they were all forced into the woods together as the digimon charged them.

He narrowed his eyes in confusion. The round creature, the one that he had easily overwhelmed just by grabbing his horn was spouting about saving a entire world. If nothing else Tsunomon stirred something in him that he didn't quite understand. It was down there, deep and once unmovable, but every time Tsunomon spoke, that unmovable object shook just a bit.

While the Digimon stared at the ground, Cayden felt himself reaching forward to comfort the furball but that quickly turned to a quaking in his legs as the Earth crumbled near the others. He steadied himself against the thin tree, gripping its smooth bark with a clenched hand. “Tsunomon!” He shouted out, hoping for an explanation.

He was looking for a explanation but in front of him stood something that he wasn't fully prepared to see.

The large horned furball stood defiantly brave, his round back looking strong and faraway. Slowly Cayden's eyes widened. Just what is this...? He wondered to himself, his other hand clenching the pulsing muscles over his heart. Why does he make me flutter?

“Cay, get out of here. I'll handle this. If I can't defeat this Digimon than I have no hope of saving my world.,” He voiced confidently.

“No way! Look at that thing,” He yelled back, pointing at the large, purple, drill-headed monster. “You can't fight that on your own.” Before he knew it, he was standing directly behind Tsunomon with clenched fist, steady legs, and a burning passion. “I'm not sure if I'll help your world but I will help you. Let's do this!”

Whether the others ran or not, he would not let his mind go unspoken; especially if this could be the last time he'd be able to speak. Refusing to tear his eyes from the monster, he shouted out loudly. “If you run from this,” His voice was cold and direct, brutish almost. “Then your cowards!”

“Let's go Tsunomon,” muttered the youth as he ran off in search of some thick branch or heavy rock.

The sound of a smirk came from Digimon. “Alright, Cay. Just watch my back!” He shouted, hopping off towards the dangerous Digimon, a stream of bubbles rushing out his mouth and towards it eyes.

Jake blinked a little as one the smaller boy started writing in the ground and explained why he thought they should head west. The tall blonde boy simply gave a soft nod in agreement, along with Eden's comment on a smart observation. However, it was not too long until the ground shook indicating what felt like a earthquake. Eden pulled both Alex and Karin out of the way, while Jake grabbed Pagumon and leapt out of the way. Looking up, his eyes widened at the sight of the very large creature with a drill for a nose.

Pagumon growled a bit as she glared at the Digimon. "It's Drimogemon! Odd it's usually pretty shy." she spat before glaring toward Tsunomon and his partner. "Glad to see you're so eager to die already." she said sarcastically but her ears flickered as she attempted to get out Jake's hands and fight as well. "But if it's a fight, I don't mind showing you up!" she smirked though frowned when Jake set her down, away from the chaos.

Frowning as he watched the either brave or idiotic duo seemed prepared to fight this full grown creature, he looked toward Pagumon. "I don't want you or the others hurt, so take them to safety." he said gently, barely audible even to Pagumon.

"Well then we should fight!" Pagumon chirped.

"I rather not. Fighting doesn't solve everything, and it shouldn't be the default option especially when we don't know what's going on." Jake replied softly.

"Bah! I got stuck with a pacifist!?" Pagumon whined irritably.

Glancing toward the black haired man who had run for a weapon, leaving the brave little Digimon to fight.

Standing as the large purple creature made a minor hiss at the bubbles blasted in its eyes, it gave a fearsome roaring cry. "Screw Claw!" it cried, rearing up and its forepaws sweeping toward Tsunomon, its claws buzzing like drills.

Jake didn't even blink a eye as he dashed right for the courageous individual. His long athletic legs swiftly getting to them. The blonde boy instantly swooped his right arm to catch Tsunomon. Practically throwing the small round horned digimon out of the way as the drills dived into the earth, spraying chunks of earth, one large rock the size of a fist hitting right against his waist and knocking the boy into a tree. Jake fell to the ground on his side, holding it painfully from where the brunt of the blow was.

"Jake!" Pagumon shouted, flying over to him quickly to examine him before glaring at Drimogemon and flying above and breathing in and spraying bubbles against the champion digimon.

After being shoved by Eden as the earth gave way where he had previously been standing Alex and Chicchimon were face to face with a large purple thing. "Let me teach him a thing or two." Chicchimon shouted as Alex kept a firm grip the small bird's hair. "I vote we try to get out of here rather than fighting something like that." Alex said as he ran, At least two of the others chose to take the purple creature on, and while Chicchimon wanted to Alex was more reserved.

Soon Alex found himself with mixed feelings about his choice to run. Jake, the tall blonde had been knocked aside trying to help another. Watching as what Alex deemed the angry rabbit, tried to protect its partner. Running was safe, but Alex's new found allies were getting hurt... "Wait this is just some weird dream isn't it? Get in there and fight then Chickymon." Alex said as he tossed Chicchimon straight at the drimogemon, the small bird didn't even have a chance to correct it's partner as he let out a stream of bubbles.

When the small bird had a moment he snapped back at his partner "How hard is Chicchimon to remember?" Chicchimon jumped as the drimogemon brought its claw down again."How are we supposed to win?"

Alex kept himself at a distance, trying to come up with some sort of strategy. Sadly there were no giant drill nosed monsters in any of the books he had read. Everything has a weakness its only natural, but Alex had no idea what the giant purple monster's weakness was. "Anyone got any ideas?"

Karin was relieved the others came up with a plan without needing her help, however that didn't last long as she was suddenly pushed aside by Eden. However she had no time to feel upset, as the reason why quickly became clear. Some kind of giant purple mole was attacking them. Her first instinct was to run but that meant she might get separated from the others and end up in bigger problems. The fact that the Digimon were fighting the apparently so called Drimogemon and that one of the boys basically called everyone who would run away complicated things even more for her.

Despite his partner basically freezing up, Sechsmon decided to help the other Digimon. He couldn't believe a champion would attack a group of in training Digimon and ran towards as fast as his six short legs could carry him. He was planning to ram his much bigger opponent and let him feel his "Six Horn" attack, knowing it probably wouldn't do any damage but hoping it would at least prevent the mole Digimon form deleting any of the others.
