It's still reddening the bandage right, until it's uncovered Lidda won't know that's been done so she's assuming.

Psychomancy went from the most mysterious to possibly the most well-defined blood. I'm wondering who would be capable of teaching Domination...especially since Satori actively demonstrated some aspects of domination, like memory manipulation.

And that, Commander, is were the lessons must first begin: Despite the apparent similarities, Domination and Memory Alteration are two different spells. It's not just the power level, but also the utility. Memory Alteration largely leaves the victim in control of themselves and mostly unchanged in personality, it's simply their own recollection that's effected. Memory Alteration must also be carefully planned; you can't simply use it on a thirty year old man and convince him that he's a baby girl. It might work for the first few minutes, but once he starts acting like a grown adult man the illusion breaks. Domination is different; it will force that man to be a baby girl against his will and logic. And despite this, Satori didn't even use Memory Alteration, but a simply a Wide Concentration Illusion based on individual memories. She didn't try to overwrite them, she just showed them random nightmares based on them.

Also I can't think of anything else to post for Annabeth, so I'm going to say that she eventually wondered off and found herself a room to sleep in for the night. Everyone else is pretty much in the same boat.

Indeed, and I suppose one would not necessarily need Domination to manipulate others' opinions. Take their memories and thoughts to learn what they appreciate or believe, use that to form your words, maybe subtly stimulate the proper emotions when you speak. Depending on the situation, throw in an illusion like what Satori did. I imagine there is a lot you could do if you're smart about it.

I just need to figure out this whole thing with focused vs wide.

I am curious, is their any way for a none phsycomancer to protect themselves from having their minds read by a phsycomancer? I believe Fallen said there was a rune for blocking mind reading but I am curious if there is any other way.

By the time the students are able to learn Domination, it'd be useless due to the skills they've acquired to achieve a similar effect. Psychomancy is the magic of subtly; Domination is the opposite of that, using sheer force to have your way. That being said, it's still useful to break down mental wards.

As for Focused and Wide Concentrations, I'd like to go over that in the IC, but the basic idea boils down to this:

Wide - Cheap and weak AoE attacks or moderate Mental barriers.

Focused - Strong but slow homing attacks or a powerful mental shield.

Yeah, Warding classes. Psychomancers will be taking as mandatory for their magic classes, but other mages can also learn how to create wards if they sign up for them. You could always try for runes and such too, but than you'd have to be reliant on an object instead of your abilities. I'd say more, but I don't know how Fallen plans to create Anti-Psychomancy Runes.

Leon and Toxic, if this scene doesn't finish up by tonight then I'm going to summarize the event for the time skip into the next day sending all the PCs to bed. Aruna will likely wake up in the med wing tomorrow morning as Lidda could only heal but not the blood loss, requiring farther aid from Sam to replenish the blood thanks to some herbs native to the College gardens. Lidda will likely check in Aruna's condition tomorrow and watch the fun unfold.
