An Eysire's Psychomancy breath gives, initially, a more calming sensation. The increase in libido is likely due to repressed sexual urges from both parties, and thanks to the calming effects of Ssarak's breath attack, they have less control over their more hostile urges. Now, if Ssarak can change his breath to cause other emotional imbalances, sure, so long as he advances in Psychomancy and has the right diet.
