I'm really sorry I fucked off for a while guys. My... My dog died, and I've just haven't been able to talk to people lately.
I know the feeling well and we need time when we're at our lowest.I cried for hours after the morning mine died, just... couldn't help it. He was mine, and my best friend and you don't just forget that and move on. So take all the time you need and no hurries. Also, I put you in the storage or inactive section until we heard from you and will move you back to active when you're done revising your CSes and putting them in the CS section.
We also got a few new members as well.
@Demonic Angel, @Apokalipse, and @The Survivor.
In addition, the Races were base line, traits determined, and fleshed out. There's also another half elf and human, which as a note hybrids have a bit of traits (including weaknesses) from their parents. Unless they are Naga purely because of a key trait actually stemming from a God. (long story..)
AS mentioned earlier, we'll be moving the scene next Friday so there's two massive events you can become engaged in, which center around the Naga and Lyn/Mar connection wise. However, what happens will affect future events in Tiien including the survival of the Nage race. One is Lyn's hunt where Mar, grudgingly, will ask select students to help herd animals around Lyn's level away from the child while ushering suitable ones toward her 'hunting' area. It's a big event for the kid as it was for Mar so she's willing to swallow her pride. Second event is the College will be getting some unexpected visitors: The Naga. After weeks of traveling through the Ravine, their numbers going from around 50 or so, they are now currently 9 left including the last Matriarch. Still being hunted by the demons, they are desperate and need help from the local students sent down to check the catacombs.
Each one, naturally something will go wrong and someone sends a few party crashers to spoil the events and stir up the students. So I suggest players determine which event they want to engage in while we're pushing toward the timeskip. Feel to speak up over the OoC or merely make an entrance post with the Event's name listed among your Character's name so the GMs (as required when we're going out on missions) know which one you're interested in.
In addition, due to the recent chaos with the last collab I believe we're going to set a rule in for Blood that any close range scene that has more than 4 players in it should refrain from creating a collab. Namely as it prevents players from getting engage or playing in character should something drastic happen. IF you're feeling your post is too short and you want to help move it along, try doing mini collabs instead. They are like segments/parts instead of a whole collab. Most minis have one or two replies per post (1-2 rounds of back and forth), which should come out to 4 paragraph at max. This allows smaller burst of direct interactions but doesn't cut people out.
This should help prevent future issues so GMs aren't scrambling to make sure everyone's not left out.
