> Okay let try to get this right as I am not the sharpest tool in the shed. His blasters have the capability to kill someone, more if they are all in the same area, pretty much instantly and no real way to you know... survive it unless they can some how move fast enough to dodge sound waves. This raises another question how far is too far for it to not kill a person? Moving on to his body it is basically made of recyclable parts that he can interchange? There is no real risk of him being injured now is there? He basically only needs to do a quick patch up and he is good to go. Not to mention you just said he can shatter a considerably dense and durable metal as well as get pretty much be torn apart by a Supervillain like Mammoth and be able to walk away from it. Sorry I'm just concerned as there is no real limitations I can see in him as well as he basically has instant kill switches built into his hands...
I understand your concern, totally myself for going further in depth with him. His blasters don't go from 0dB to 354dB, I plan for there to be a build up to maximum output, and leave the decision for how long it'll take to you so it'll be fairer, and while it is tricky to avoid getting hit, it can be done as the sound extends in a conical manner. For the sake of avoiding becoming OP, i'll say that the range at which the sound is still considered fatal when he's going full blast is about three meters and he can only sustain it in short bursts before it begins to damage his augments (we'll say about seven seconds), the flaw being that the speakers aren't big enough to have a large range like that of an actual sound cannon, and one has to be within that conical shaped range, other wise it'd just be an extremely loud noise now that one isn't being subjected to the other forces like pressure and vibration.
As far as his limbs go, the kit isn't meant to let him switch out parts, rather keep them functioning at the bare minimum (i.e. being able to move his fingers and pick things up) after receiving partial damage to his limbs, were as serious damage such as the blow out of a speaker would require a longer period of time to acquire the proper equipment and actually repair, were as the kit is nothing more than a patch job. The kit also hinges on him having at least one functioning limb to do the patching, so if both limbs are damaged, not only is he defenseless, but if he can actually escape, he'll not only be in need of outside assistance for repair, but he'll be unable to do the most basic of tasks such as feed himself until his fingers and arms can at least move. Against a strength based super, Dimitri flat out has no chance going hand to hand as his arms are built to endure a fair bit of damage but do not augment his strength in any way. And i'll admit I might have come off as OP by saying "walk away", the better term would be "he would survive the beat down", though he'd still require extensive and time consuming repairs that he himself may not be able to do after the fight.

EDIT
I also forgot to mention that just because Dimitri has the power to kill someone, doesn't mean he's willing to do so outside of a life threatening altercation. He's still a kid after all, and with the exception of child soldiers (that have been that way their entire life) or children with mental disorders, I can't imagine a kid would do something that drastic just because they can. Also, although Tungsten is hard, it's quite brittle in composition (in truth I wanted his harms to be made of the stuff, but again, brittle, not to mention hella heavy).
