ok, Theres a Awesome RP that I am a GM of and its called Live, Die, Repeat.
Premise
theres a Mysterious person who Can Resurrect someone when they Die, The Only Consequences is that They're Put in a Alternate Universe, the Mysterious Dude [Which is me] Picks a Random chosen person to be his "Companion" and Followers Him/her Throughout there Life and its a Story about there Adventures of Living and Dying and Struggling to Live in a Alternate Universe,Its pretty Much Doctor Who except without Time travel. Its pretty Cool and I've Already Gotten a Tiny Following of (two people :C) and I need about Two more Awesome Active Rpers to Join in so we can Start this Epic Adventure. If that is the only problem I can set up an interaction with NPCs for him to join a faction. It isn't really that hard, all I need to know is which side you would think he fits best in.

not bad bbut the tech on the colonies including L5 range from late 21st/early 22nd centuries up to their 24th centiry tech so the tech wouldn't have been made by your char =_=' as the earth gov would keep the latest tech on earth or at L1 and L2 and you've stated you char is waepons/antibiotics {medical?} and earth would keep any weapons not built into their ships as close to earth or on earth
