Name: Oliver Daniels Age: 21 Gender: M Appearance:  Power: He can turn anything into explosives by touching it and minor telekinesis (he can only move small objects) Bio: Josh grew up knowing about his power which fortunately enabled him to control it. It first manifested when he was about 9 and didn't tell anyone until he found out his sister also has a power. They lived with their secret hidden until the evacuation. They had tried to leave the city with their parents when the sensors went off. The Blades had threw their parents out of the city and tried to kill Oliver and Cerys. Fortunately they were able to escape. Name: Cerys Daniels Age: 11 Gender: F Appearance:  Power: Force-Field Manipulation Bio: Cerys first found out her power at 10 years old. Scared and confused, she told her brother hoping that he could help. After hearing that he too had a power, they both learned to control their powers and kept them hidden throughout the whole Blades siege. Then the evacuation came

Name: John Daniels Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance: Power: Light Manipulation:John's power enables him to manipulate light from any source and weaponize it, turning it into a sword, or a concentrated beam that can burn through metal. Bio: John knows abandonment. When he was eight his mom left him and his older sister alone in their apartment in Redbridge. She never came back. So when the city called for an evacuation he told his sister to go without him. He'd known about his powers and while he was reluctant to let his sister go, he knew it was for the best. He didn't want her getting hurt while he and the other Outcasts were stuck in the city to rot. Ever since then he's been searching for a way out. He doesn't believe that they're stuck there forever.

(Nick)Name: Shade Age: Approximately 17 Gender: Male Appearance:  (Spear not included....yet). Power: Umbrakinesis (The ability to control Darkness/Shadows). Shade is capable of using and manipulating any shadow with an approximated 220 yards (also equates to 660 feet, halfway around a standard American track). He is also capable of taking the shadow of anything he destroys with him, however as he generally doesn't destroy too much, this extra power storage has little use. Killing is also counted as destruction for some unknown reason. Example pics:     Bio: Shade's powers manifested when he was 13, so he hasn't had as much time to learn to control them as some Outcasts have. He also grew up in a suberb of Chicago, Illinios in America. Shade is called Shade becuase he has long since stopped using his birth name, renouncing it due to becoming an Outcast. He views the worlds choice to abandon the Outcasts alone in Redbridge as dishonorable, stupid, and an insult to his very existence, and as such for they're choice to renouce the Outcasts, he has in turn renouced the World. He isn't all that affected by becoming an Outcast, as he was a social outcast even before his powers truely manifested, and his mind had latched onto the Shadows long before he gained their abilities. In many ways, this actually helps him in his manipulation, as he already has thought up some skills he can have using his power. He also has a bit of a personality problem, as he is forgetful, even with his own past- but he does know and remember (He finds it hard to forget when your mind reminds you 24/7) that he has Multiple Personality Disorder. While still completely functional in any normal Society, he is....weird. He has three personalities, or "alters" that work as moods for him. Each is generally very similar, but their personal characteristics are very diverse, with one being a normal happy but fanboyish nerd, one being a cold indifferent teenager, and finally one being a somewhat psychotic battle junkie. After becoming an Outcast, Shade found many-a-battle with out would-be Outcasts, and even some criminals, using his power to protect himself and any he might (actually) be protecting and assist in his fights with both the normal and different. Generally he is as realistic and sensable as he can be, working hard only with his thoughts and observations to try and keep himself grounded in Reality and answer as many of the questions that plague the World as he can, even to this day. His minor OCD causes him to be greatly displeased when he is unable to answer a question, and usually devotes quite a bit of time to thinking up answers to questions that nobody has completely answered yet, this same OCD causes him to really hate anything asymmetrical that can or should be. Also, he easily realized the worlds obvious efforts to eliminate or imprision Outcasts, and quickly made his way to Redbridge- For even if he may be a bit evil, a little suicidal, and definitely competitive and Prideful, he refuses to have to stand against the world and its might for no reason when he can just take the easy, lazy way to continue living. Laziness is a common trait in all his personalities, along with an insatible need for Victory, Games, and Fiction. Perhaps his life was just perfect for making him survive as an Outcast, as he is a bit of a survivor and warrior....it's unfortunate that he can't really take care of his health without anyones aid. Cooking, is most certainly something you don't want to have him doing. Or driving for that matter.

Name: Icilane "Ice" Garrison Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance:  Her hair is completely white thought. Power: Ice Manipulation. She can create ice out of the water in the air. Bio: Ice's powers manifested when she was really young. She was having a nightmare in her small town and when she woke up, her entire room was frozen solid. Her parents came into and found her like this, crying and sobbing, staring at her hands. She was afraid that she would hurt them, so she made sure not to touch them. Her parents hid her from the world for the longest time, but when the city was called to evacuate, her parents never told her. She had thought that they would stay, but they just up and left her. She felt betrayed and hated and she slowly began to grow an icy exterior on her. She doesn't trust many people. ---- Name: Gideon Rockwell Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: It's not so much as a power as it is a feature. Gideon has large bird wings on his back, which means that he can fly. His reflexes are much higher than any normal human's and some of the other Outcasts. He has the ability to speak through his mind, but with this, he has become mute. He does not talk with his mouth. Most of the time, he is completely silent. Bio: When Gideon was really young, he developed his wings. He didn't really have a family and lived mostly on the streets. He was shown off as a freak to raise money for his "street" family and then put in the worst possible living conditions. After he was beaten too many times, he finally became a mute, and that's when he developed his mental powers. Though, with the trauma from those days, he rarely speaks whatsoever. No one can remember what he even sounds like.

Name: Midnight 'Crescent' Valeria Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance:  Power: Necromancer- which means she can speak, see, summon ghost, and bring back the dead. Bio: Midnight has been like this since she was a small toddler. Her parents never knew about her powers because she didn't even know it was a power. People thought she had imaginary friends that kept her company. Till one day, she came back home from her Aunt's house with her dad. She just had lost her pet bunny so she was upset. When she was sleeping, she had a dream about her pet bunny. They were playing at the same spot they always play which was a park. When she woke up to a noise that sounded like something flopping on the floor, she thought it was nothing till it happened again the same night. She got off the bed and turned on the light and couldn't believe what she saw. It was her bunny but it was not the same. It was the same way she found it when it got ran over. She screamed her lungs out which made her parents run in the room. It stopped moving when she was scared. After that horrible day, her parents locked her away from anyone outdoors. Home schooled her so she wont do anything else. And so they wont lose her. But two weeks before they called for the evacuate, her father passed away. That ruined her family life after that. Midnight's mother would scream for her daughter to raise her father back from the dead, but she refused to do it. To afraid if she didn't raise the right person. So when she was alone in her room, she would try to bring her father back but she would only raise other people or animals. Later finding out that she couldn't bring back the ones that passed to the light. So the day of the evacuation, her mother didn't mention it to Midnight because she wanted her daughter gone from the world. Midnight knew about the evacuation but she knew her mother wouldn't stay for her even tho how hard she would plead. She sat on the stairs and watched as her mother and all the people she cared about left her alone. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Name: Samantha Valeria Ramos Age: She doesn't know but She is claimed as 18 Gender: Female Appearance:  Power: Clairvoyance. It's a power where you see what's happening around you. She could see a vision of what's going on around her without her even knowing sometimes. She can sometimes feel the emotion of the person she is seeing. Bio: Sam IS a outcast. But the problem is, she doesn't know it. Her adoptive parents (and she doesn't even know they adopt her) knew she was one and even the leader of the Blades know she is one. It was all part of the plan. The only reason Sam or any other person doesn't know about her powers, is because they gave Sam a injection. This injection was to make Sam's powers detach from her. Meaning it would be like Sam was a regular girl and not a Outcast. And lose her memories of her past when she KNEW she was a Outcast. But Sam used to be like the others. Had her memories. Before the Blades were making a plan to see if the injection would really work, they were missing one thing. A Outcast. So they sent to go get a Outcast. So they found Sam and forced her to go with them and be the test subject in the experiment. It was only a month and three days since that happened, and they are still testing. In present day, she is a enemy. A Blade. Now the injection is starting to wear off on her. And the Blades don't even know it or her adoptive parents (who are scientists who made the injection). And now Sam's is starting to gain her powers. And her memories.

Name: Maxwell Rite/Abyss/???/??? Age:16 Gender:Male Appearance:  Power: Dissociative Identity Disorder, but with powers. I honestly couldn't think of a name for it. Maxwell has no powers on his own, but, if one of his alters are ever triggered, that personality's powers would become apparent. Luckily, his personalities have specific triggers, but the triggers have yet to be discerned. Maxwell has stated that there are 3 of them, though, only 1 has ever manifested, Abyss. Maxwell also has an eye on right hand, he cannot see from it. Here is a list of Abyss' known powers: - Upon manifestation, 4 wide, arm-like appendages made of some sort of black/purple ethereal energy appear from Abyss/Maxwell's back - The eye upon his hand becomes active, but Abyss refrains from speaking, and is believed to be completely deaf. - Abyss can give people visions of everything they know and love being destroyed. - Abyss can use the ethereal appendages to float, but not really fly more than a few feet off the ground. Quick note: These alters are based off of the idea of "Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil." each of the personalities is an identity based off of one of these. Abyss is the vision of evil, and is based off of some of Maxwell's worst moments as a young child. The other 2 probably won't be evil, I haven't finalized everything, though I plan to put those up when they are being triggered. Bio: Maxwell was born with an eye on his right hand. It was closed for most of his early life. He could not operate it. His parents didn't want the eye removed, as they believed it was a gift from god, or something. When Maxwell was 6, he watched his father, in a drunken rage, kill his mother with a beer bottle. Maxwell's father was arrested, and Maxwell went to live with his uncle. The eye on his hand was open. His uncle couldn't pay for a surgery, so he had Maxwell cover his hand with some bandages, so people wouldn't have to see it. Over the years, Maxwell sat through abuse from his uncle. When he was 9, in 2008, during one of his uncle's usual sessions of beating Max with a stick, something in Maxwell snapped. Maxwell's uncle was nearly killed by something that..wasn't human. The Uncle was saved by a police officer that just so happened to be coming to the home to try and confirm a child abuse claim. Maxwell was diagnosed with DID, as well as having some sort of power, and was taken in to foster care, due to the whole child abuse thing. And now, Maxwell sits here, in Redbridge, waiting for the end of it all.

Name: Sebastian Orson Rowlett Williams Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: Ghosting. He can become intangible, fly, and turn invisible. If he is doing all three at the same time, he can only hold it for about six minutes (He checked one time). If he is just doing any one or two of them at a time (invisible flight, just invisible, intangible and invisible, etc.) he can do it for quite a while (So long that he got tired out waiting). Bio: Sebastian only got three things from his parents: a love for tai-chi, a pair of his father’s brown leather gloves, and a silver bracelet from Austria. Well, Sebastian actually got a lot of things from his parents but he considers those the only three things. It’s not that his parents didn't love their Sebastian and his three siblings. They just couldn't deal with the responsibility of having kids. They were extremely spiritual, world-traveling, vegan activists. Sebastian's father even practiced shamanism. They never stayed in one place for long. Initially, Sebastian parents thought they could take their children with them as they floated from country to country but when pregnant with Sebastian while visiting New York for Christmas, the couple lost their daughter for a few hours and decided to send their children away. Almost a year after Sebastian was born, his parents sent his two older sisters to boarding school in England and dropped Sebastian off with their only friend in the world, a younger woman they knew from college named Susan. Susan lived in Redbridge and raised Sebastian there. His parents would visit occasionally but he was never able to form an emotional connection to them. One night when Sebastian was six, he and Susan were walking home from getting ice cream, a mugger approached them. It was the first time he had ever seen a gun in real life and was terrified. He buried his face in Susan’s coat and thought “if only he couldn’t see us.” Then, they disappeared clothes and all. They, in fact, turned invisible and floated away passing right through the would-be robber. When Susan realized what had happened, she insisted that he kept what he could do a secret. When Sebastian was ten, his parents unintentionally had another son, Salinger. Salinger was dropped off with Susan as well. Sebastian loved his little brother and did all he could to be a good brother to him. Despite how good his life was, he grew feelings of resentment towards his parents. Knowing that he couldn’t take his feelings out on his parents because they were around so sparingly and not wanting to hurt his brother or Susan, he began to steal things. At first, it was just swiping ice cream bars from large supermarkets but then it became something bigger. He began to use his powers to pull off heist that would have normally required enormous planning and effort. His only real problem was the possibility of suspicion from the Blades but he was very careful about his marks. Sometimes, he would even return the items. Other times he would sell the goods and given away the money. Sebastian was settling into something of routine of being a good brother and surrogate son while using theft and some other risky behaviors as an outlet for his emotional problems. That all changed when Susan and Salinger went missing and the wall went up. Not knowing exactly what happened to them, Sebastian is determined to find them at all costs.

It allows you to travel through intervals in time, therefore making you a time-traveler. Of course, this isn't particularly _useful_ as time always favors its original course of action. Most of the principles of this power are unknown: which way in time you travel, how far you go and so on. Ronan is only sure of two things: he can't control it and it makes his life a living hell. **Biography:** He doesn't know who he is or where he comes from. Whether or not the amnesia comes in par with the ability to zoom around on the fabrication of time is unknown, but he does remember a few parts of his life: his name, his age and his sarcastic and witty personality which hasn't seemed to lost any of its charm. Before ending up in Redbridge, he drifted as a con-artist and kept his abilities a secret, despite not having any actual control over them. It didn't really matter because at the time, the ability seemed to be dormant of its own freewill. After winning a large scam, he was able to buy a house in Redbridge. That was back in 2007. When everything went south in 2008, he packed his bags and was ready to leave. But how could he do so? How could he leave when he had an obligation to protect the girl who was somehow related to him? Maybe she could help him answer some questions of his own someday. ---  - **Full Name:** Violet McCormick - **Nickname(s):** Darlin' (Ronan only), Vi (from her parents and friends prior to the story). - **Gender:** Female - **Age:** 17 **Power:** Electrokinesis. In short? She was the type of child who would touch the socket and electrocute it. She can generate currents of electricity and move them throughout her body before allowing them to soar out of her fingertips. There are a few documented cases of when she had lost control of it: like the entire first thirteen years of her life. That counts, right? **Biography:** She was only eight, maybe nine in 2008. While she was old enough to understand what was happening, she couldn't understand as to why. Although her family had permission to evacuate, that was only with the exception that she would stay behind. Prior to story, she had several documented cases of her ability at work. While her parents were afraid for their lives, they were more afraid for their daughter's and forfeited their own survival to remain. This was until they were unwilling and physically removed from their house to "ensure their safety". At the time, Violet didn't understand. Maybe even now, she doesn't understand. It didn't matter, as by some struck of luck, she had stumbled upon Ronan McCormick, a man who had mysteriously shared her last name. She didn't understand, but he did. Even now, she doesn't understand. But he does. And that's all that matters: after all, he was the man who raised her. Maybe someday he could help her understand.

Name: Danny Balint Age: 23 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: Genome Identification and manipulation Genomes are dna strands of information that program your existence, Danny can identify which strand controls which attribute, and adjust it to his will. The only attributes he can't control are freewill, and the mutated genes that give the outcasts their powers. Basically, if he wants, he can make you a heroin addict, or make you need anger management classes for the rest of your life. Bio: Danny was raised in a very liberal home, was taught to think drink and act as a liberal. At the age of 13 he stumbled upon a book written By Benito Mussolini called the doctrines of fascism, after reading it over and over he discovered how much sense it made. After researching fascism and Benito Mussolini he discovered fascism's ties with the National Socialist movement and Hitler himself. At first Danny was scared away from fascism, but he eventually returned to the political and philosophical ideologies. Upon his reconversion at 15, he began to study National Socialism in depth, after several months of reading both Of hitler's books, a few writings of Julius Evola, and watching hours of Hitler's speeches he converted to Nazism. Upon his 17 birthday his powers began to develop, and his ability to identify DNA sequences confirmed his beliefs in racial differences.

Name: Jack Sullam Age: 19 Gender: Male Appearance: Power: Jack has the ability to heal with the touch of his hands. Injuries like broken bones, cuts and some infections he can fight off. Bigger injuries require more time and take a lot of energy out of Jack, meaning he may need a rest after something big. Though Jack cannot reverse death, fight addictions and a lot of illnesses, if he doesn't understand them or the way they work, he can't fight them. Bio: Jack had never been an outsider, though he was never a massive 'popular', and spent his free time out with his friends, playing football (soccer to some) or working with his dad at a small veterinary clinic. His mum had died during child birth and whilst this upset both Jack and his dad both had come to terms with it. Jack's powers had become apparent when he was 12 and a friend fell out of a tree and broke his arm. Just by helping his friend to his feet Jack had fixed the break, though Jack slept for a day afterwards. Since then he had practice on animals (His dad found out pretty quickly and in the end accepted it.) and sometimes friends when they were hurt, he is now quite adept at broken bones and the like. However when the city was evacuated Jack couldn't save his dad from a firing squad who were looking for Jack. Since then Jack has wandered, looking for a real group to travel with however so far he has found it difficult to trust anyone.

Name: Philip "Bulbman" Tates Age: 29 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: Light manipulation: Focusing light (like a magnifying glass), Bioluminescence (glowing, though he can make only one body part or area do it, or not do it at all if he wills it.), Camouflage (bends light around him, but it isn't perfect, and only works on visual frequencies) Bio: Before the shield he was a roady for a rock band. The band gave him the nickname "Bulbman" because he was so good with the lights. Secretly, he was using his power to produce the tricks they saw on stage. They say that if the groupies want to get to the band they sleep with the roady first, but unfortunately for him, that wasn't a possibility. Every night, when he falls asleep, he glows. In fact, if he doesn't think to turn it off, he glows even when he's awake. At first it was very dim, but over time it got brighter. Now it is as bright as the morning sun, bright enough that he sleeps on a cot in his "greenhouse", a room in his base where he grows food, medicinal herbs, and weed, because why not? Are they going to punish him more for being a mutant that gets stoned? His base runs off of solar panels he sets in his greenhouse and living room, as he produces more than enough light now to run his TV, Xbox, and Computer. Politically, not that it matters to someone who hasn't talked to another soul in person for over a year, he's anarcho-capitalist. He's a strong proponent of self-ownership and taking responsibility for one's self and one's actions, and only considers someone an adult once they can do that. In his ideal society, people would work together voluntarily, and no one would rule over them, save those they gave power to do so. That's one of the reasons he hasn't left his hide-out in the basement of a night club to look for people yet. If he found someone else, they might violate the NAP and try to rule him. --- Name: Justin Lee Nickname: Shockwave Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: Energy waves (directed at target or he can ride it to move forward quickly. Bio: Found by Philip Tates, living alone, just after the shield fell. Philip raised him until his 16th birthday, when Phillip gave him a cellphone, 12 volt charger, and some supplies and told him he should go live on his own. He didn't need Philip to look after him anymore. Occasionally he still calls Philip, and Phil will send him on missions. Likes to freerun, using his power to save himself if he tries to jump too far. --- Name: Dr. Mahatma Patel Age: 37 Gender: Male Appearance:  Power: Mimicry: Physio-mimicry: Lets him copy actions he's seen done. Bio-mimicry: Lets him temporarily copy the physiological traits of another person, giving him the powers of other outcasts for a few minutes. Innate understanding: Understands how powers work, gaining more understanding the more he uses them. Bio: Once a simple geneticist, he was studying dozens of possible causes for Outcast powers when he found that he could fight like the best soldiers on the base, despite having never studied martial arts. He soon found that he could also copy the powers of prisoners, and even grew to understand those powers once he had studied them for a few days. This allowed him to produce devices for the Blades which mimicked those powers. Currently stationed on Redbridge. --- Name: Susan Delory Age: 24 Gender: Female Appearance:  Powers: Telepathy: Perception Distortion: Makes people think they see, hear, etc. things that the didn't. Sensory overload: Overloads a person's senses, knocking them out. State adjustment: Alters their mental state, making them suggestible (like sodium penthal), sleepy, irritated, or calm. Bio: She met "MrPredator", Philip's youtube name, on the internet shortly after discovering her powers. She suggested that she use her abilities to get information from the blades in her city. Philip told her she should only do it if she thought she could get away with it, as he didn't want her to get caught. She eventually learned that the Blades liked to bring women onto the island to officially "work the off duty venues for the troops." Unofficially, if they couldn't send the men on shore leave, they decided to bring the shore leave to them. She hopes to find a way to take down the shield so that they could escape or, baring that, to get the Blades to leave.

Name: Jason Diabolus Age: 17 Appearance: (Except no piercings and his eyes glow slightly) Power: Necromancy (That includes Summoning the spirits as just spirits or the physical body. As well as being able to talk to the dead). He can also manipulate spirits to make himself fly. Bio: Jason was a regular boy until his powers manifested on his 13th birthday. At that point people became afraid of the boy, his own parents tried to take his life out of fear of the 'monster' their son had become, and he had defended himself. This resulted in the death of his parents, and the boy running from his life. Now he lives among the outcasts, plotted for the chance to destroy those who wronged them. Then reintergrate with the world. The boy hates those who have personally harmed them, but not the rest of the population. The boy is in a watch list by the guards on the bridges. As he is classified as highly dangerous.

In easier terms, it's the ability to reflect: both to the original user and onto the owner of the power itself. While Milla can't reflect any physical attacks, any mental or kinesis can easily be repelled and sometimes successfully used as a weapon against the source of origin. This is not all, however, as she is able to reflect physical motions onto herself and thus use a form of muscle memory (which allows her to copy any physical move such as dancing, fighting, fencing, etc) offensively. **Biography:** A violent and angry woman who was born and raised in the Midwest of the United States. Even from a young age, she showed promise and had even attended an unnamed Ivy League college for a short amount of time in order to become a business owner someday. This, however, ended quickly as she quickly decided that she hated it dearly and dropped out. Taking any money remaining from her bank account, she shut it down and said goodbye to her (wealthy) parents before ending up in Redbridge. Though she only worked small end jobs for a short amount of time hoping to "find herself" and end up in the college world again, that didn't seem to happen as she suddenly became involved with the Blade siege and mass evacuations. After discovering abilities of her own, she started her own band of survivors hellbent on revenge, killing Blades left and right. The concept of Leygates have long been accepted by normal society as geometric lines that stretch across the globe, however, it is only Wiccan suspicious that Leygates are forcefields of concentrated energy, which is usually created from the death of a mythological creature or other strong being that holds a large amount of energy in their body and that these "gates" for the lack of a better term, can lead anyone who can tap into their source to another area. Whether or not this is true, Rusty is unsure, all he knows is that he can find himself in various places in the world thanks to the ability to hop through these "gates". Unlike warping, he can only go where the location of a leygate may be found and can go further distances, however, it requires more concentration and energy. **Biography:** A Redbridge local, he generally lives a carefree and playful lifestyle, never taking anything too seriously. Even when discovering his powers, he was entirely open about it and had even traveled to Hawaii once or twice returning with gifts for his family. Nobody really seemed to mind and authorities had even offered to "look the other way" while he and his family escaped from Redbridge. Generally, he could've taken the offer, but he didn't. Instead, he joined sides with fellow classmate, Jude Abel and despite his age at the time, was surprisingly mature. Having known about Jude's power for a while, it interested Rusty greatly (and so did the fellow Outcasts). She's even more dangerous due to being completely and utterly in control of her power. **Biography:** Adopted from China after being left behind by her parents, Taylor was brought in and raised in a generally loving, Christian household. And she hated it. Though she had love for her brother and parents, there was a certain sense of restrictions that prevented her from being the way she wanted to be. Her abilities became apparent at a young age and believing that she was cursed with the Devil, her family left her to rot after the second or third mass evacuation. Though, out of the entire group (discluding Adam), Jude is the one who has the least amount of control over his ability. Not only is it extremely minimal, but it also strains him greatly. Even the simplest of lifting can lead to a migraine for days and he shouldn't even think about lifting a car, that'd probably knock him out cold for a day or two. **Biography:** Like Rusty, Jude was also born and raised in Redbridge. Jude discovered his abilities only shortly before the events that happened in 2008, causing him to keep it a secret in fear. Though this was generally an easy task, considering that the ability was weak and able to hide. The only other person who knew about it was Xavier, Jude's younger brother. Or so he thought, which was proven wrong upon meeting Rusty Argyris, who claimed to have known about his power for a while and tried recruiting Jude, claiming that there was a "bad future ahead" for all of the Outcasts. At the time, Jude had scoffed at it, but looking back at it now, he can only stop and wonder what would've happened if he took the offer sooner. Nevertheless, Rusty came to Jude's aid after he found himself surrounded by Blades after a siege while protecting Xavier, who also had an ability. Xavier was able to get away safely and Rusty was able to move Jude out of the way of harm at the time. Despite the initial mistrust, Jude and Rusty later formed a team before joining up with Milla and the others. In fact, Milla's brutal tests in order to find his power often end painful and pointless. Though Adam very much does have a power, being that it is Narration, restricted only to literature. This means that Adam can manipulate events and even reality through the usage of a pen and paper. Though this is ridiculously over-powered, it doesn't seem like he'll be discovering this anytime soon -- especially with the lack of paper, pens, laptops and anything else you'd need for writing. **Biography:** Adam was born and raised outside of Redbridge, somewhere in the United Kingdom (though nobody in his group ever cared or asked as to where) and was only a teenager when the events on the island began. Interested in journalism, he was able to get his hands on victory after winning a contest to visit the exclusive Redbridge to write a few articles during the summer. This later led to his downfall after witnessing the traumatic events against young "Outcasts" including the brutal death of a young child, he rebelled against his publishers and began to write about the crimes being committed in the city. Despite his young age, he was still silenced and eventually branded as a traitor, being left in exile and roaming the ruins of the abandoned city.

Each animated object gains strange capabilities not unlike other outsiders (although they are less potent and cannot be developed beyond what they initially have) and can communicate with other objects like them somehow. The capabilities of the objects she animates depends on how much of an attachment she has to it. She currently has three living objects: - *Pippin:* A large (4'5) teddy bear with super strength and durability. He is has a sword and shield made out of car parts. He is the leader of her troupe when Lily cannot give orders. - *Dae* (short for Daedalus): A bird stuffed toy that can talk and mimic voices. - *Bob:* He is a toaster. Don't question the toaster, or he'll launch laser beams at you. No, really, don't question. **Bio:** Lily discovered her ability at the age of 4, unfortunately she collapsed after she did so - which was the first hint at exactly what cost her abilities came at. Her parents, who were normal, tried their best to hide her unusual talents, but it was inevitable that they would be discovered, especially since her creations had a tendency of moving around - unfortunately, they were discovered at the worst possible time; when public outcry against those would later be called 'Outsiders' was at its peak. Raids were conducted, and Lily's parents tried to evacuate along with their daughter. They _nearly_ succeeded. There was a riot. Fights broke out and death occurred. Lily had no idea what was going on, she was just frightened. Her parents disappeared suddenly in the conflict, and she was left all alone, at seven years old. Through luck and a little bit of theft, she has kept herself alive, but she sorely wishes she could find her parents. It is now 2015, and she has decided she's had enough of waiting.

Destruction Beam- Melanie sends out a beam of destructive energy that first does nothing, but then explodes at the target she shot, this takes a lot of energy to use, last resort ability. Overpower- Melanie releases lots of powerful energy in her body, sending pulses that make nearby electronics shut down near her. DE Weapon- Melanie enchants a weapon of choice with DE, making it deal more damage to her enemies on impact. DE Creation- Using Melanie's power of her destructive energy, she can create anything out of DE, of course, the bigger the object the more energy it'll take, she can also make 'artificial' living things like DE kitties. (she likes cats.) Scatter- Melanie can scatter a creation she has made, making it turn into several shards of DE that bounce around and hit her enemies. Emotional Trigger: Bloodlust: When put into a furious state, (friend is killed in battle etc) Bloodlust is involuntarily triggered, giving Melanie intense speed, nothing else. Just speed with her abilities and body.This ability is not permanent, just until Melanie calms down. Bio: Melanie discovered her ability when she was 8, she was quite a mischievous little child because of it. Her parents were normal so this was a surprise to their family. Melanie's family consisted of three kittens, her, and her mother and her father.
