"I'd rather refrain from exposing the intuition on how I got here. it's rather... Repulsive" The Masked man replied, looking down to his Oddish who seemed afraid for her trainer. Suddenly he perked up again an looked to the two. "Ah ha, It seems that you two have worked out a bond, I trust it will stay this way? I don't want any more fighting from you wippersnappers" He growled in a jolly and wholesome manner. Inside the mask he was beading with sweat, hopping they'd not figure out his identity. He knew for a fact that his friend was helping him, and when alone he would praise the boy for being so generous on his soul. "Are you planning to stay in this region as well? Perhaps we can journey together" He idolly insisted, regretting it instantly.

"Wippersnappers? You're starting to sound like my granddad back home." Abel laughed warmly, folding his arms across his chest. "I can't promise ever lasting peace, but I won't try to strangle her if that's what you're worried about." The boy shrugged, shifting his weight from one leg to the other.

Jade had her hands planted firmly on her hips, accepting the unspoken challenge set before her by the ace trainer. "As long as he stays out of my way, we won't have any problems." She smirked, backed by the calm nodding of her dragon companion. The ranger was just as surprised as Abel to hear an invitation of companionship from the masked stranger, her confusion written plainly on her face. "You wouldn't mind us hanging around? We aren't exactly the quiet types, as I'm sure you've noticed by now." She glanced back at Leo for his reaction but was met with an unhelpful shrug. "Well, we aren't opposed to it, but what of your friend here?"

"Yeah, what about me? I don't want to be hanging around a Ranger. It'll ruin my reputation." He groaned, sparks igniting the air between the two trainers as they had before.

"Well there is something we can agree on, my reputation as a Ranger shouldn't be soiled by the presence of an Ace trainer." The girl turned with her nose in the air, Abel's face marked by shock.

"Your reputation? You know what, I change my mind. Come with us, that way I can show you what people really think of you Rangers."

"Fine! I'll go, but only to show you how superior Rangers really are in comparison to your lame battle tricks."

And just like that the two were back into fighting, though this time they had their backs turned to each other, facing opposite directions to avoid looking at the other.

Ryan walked through the forest with his Beedrill as he looked for new and intriguing Bug Types. He had been hunting a Scyther for three days now when his ears twitched. A battle was going on nearby. He looked towards where the battle was going on when he stepped on a branch. He looked towards the Scyther and saw it run towards the battle. " No, no, no, NO!" He ran after the Scyther and burst out of the forest. There was a Ranger and what appeared to be an Ace Trainer looking away from each other as the Scyther ran forward. "Beedrill, Pursuit!" Ryan yelled as the Scyther went for the Ace Trainer. Beedrill dashed forward in a shadowy aura and struck the Scyther down. The Scyther got up and was about to attack Beedrill when Ryan spoke once more. "Pin Missle." Beedrill shot multiple Pin Missles point blank into the Scyther and watched it stumble. He pulled out a Great Ball and threw it. It hit the Scyther and clicked. "Close one. Forgive me travelers. I have been hunting this Scyther for three days now, and I got overzealous in my pursuit. Does anyone here know of any nearby Berry bushes?" Ryan asked as he picked up the great ball.

The crow's mask of hakobo's slowly edged to the syther, screaming in fear only for it to be a quick save and his life allowed to be free once more. Sighing in relief he watched it go into a pokeball and looked up to see yet another handsome trainer. Listening he looked around before responding. "A naturalist are you? I would suggest using some cash for potions, but asking for a berry bush shall give you so much!" he blurted before pointing to the edge of town. "there, I believe an orion berry bush grows there, so go heal up and get a quick snack...." He then leans forward and in a whisper talks to the knew guy. "Help me ditch these guys too, I think they're going to kill one another!"

Ryan was already on his way to the Berry Bush when the other guy began whispering to him. "Again, forgive me for the intrusion. Have a good day. Beedrill, come! We must hasten to reach the Pokemon Center before nightfall." The Beedrill looked over at the whispering guy and shook its head at him. It then flew towards Ryan as he walked off. "I must be more careful next time." U muttered as he found the Berry Bush. He picked all the Berries and planted one in the spot where it once was. He then hastened towards the Pokemon Center.
