OK, thanks. Also you messed up. The F15E is the Strike Eagle while the F15C is just called Eagle. Of course I'm overlooking the fact it would be MUCH easier to put them together under the name "Strike Eagles" but it would also be much easier if it was just F15s or Eagles. don't mind me....hehe *begins to run*

glad to see I'm not the only one whom is impatient sorry, my friend on the other two RP sites I'm on just got back from having an Pneumonia and we haven't roleplayed in a month or so. I'm working on a post as we speak. the latest I say I could have it up would be...around midnight my time, or 6 AM where you're at.

It's not so much impatience and I'm eager to keep things moving fast. I know it's only been a day, and I as much as anyone am aware that RL can get in the way, and writers' block is a real and irritating thing. I guess I'm just excited about getting the group off and moving into our first proper mission, and getting the plot and story out there, especially now we have a bigger group to play with. I'm sure it'll come together, I just need to have a little patience!

I'm sure it will come together sadly You're looking at someone whom hasn't done a roleplay of this size and isn't REALLY confident in their posts. So I may end up always being the last one to post- not that that's a bad thing, because then you can react to others. I'm super tired and I got a headache. I stayed up till like 1 AM trying to make a cool looking fighter on Space Engineers and it's worn out my brain

Saturday morning here in the UK. Sun's out, though it's another cold morning. Got plenty of chores to get on with this morning, then editing my podcast for prospective release on Sunday Evening/Monday evening. Went to my local model-making clubs' monthly meet last night, that was a good end to the week, and had a couple of beers and watched some Family Guy while doing some story notes for my novel when I got back. Off to the cinema with my GF tonight to see Chappie as well. How're all you guys this weekend?

I'm going to finish up on the basecoat of my Broaside and sit down to either play games or watch South Park. Tomorrow I'm going to go to the Game Center here in my town and get some more paints, specifically orange,red and black. also going to sit here and wait for my firewarriors to get here :l Then I'm going to post on the thread and jump for joy as I do so.

Posed, sorry I tried to post last night but it deleted it. So I got this one up as quick as I could before work, sorry if it is a bit rushed/sub par. I will do better in the future.

All of the posts were fine, guys, seriously. Nothing to worry about at all, I really enjoyed all of them.

I'll get a GM post up tomorrow evening (GMT) once I'm back from work to move us along with the briefing, and get us set off for our next mission - anyone who hasn't posted by then will have to play catch-up.

and while we wait, would you like to see a RP idea i've had since...well, 2013?

I've tried to make it before but it dies off. this time I'm going to wait until I got a good plot and good coherency before I make it.

Super-long post with the mission brief is up, and goes all the way to launching off the carrier. Feel free to put your characters' own actions in at various points, there are plenty of suitable gaps in events where they can be taking care of their own business while things are happening. Once everyone's got to launching off the ship, or when another 7 days roll around - whichever comes first - I'll get another one up moving us along to the in-flight refuelling, and on to the landing at French Guiana too. Hope it was worth the wait.

Also, in reference to the * in my IC post - following the comic Twilight X, which is one of the inspirations for this setting, the USMC adopted a navalized, two-seat version of the A-10 informally called the 'Seahog' in this setting, to augment their aviation capabilities instead of adopting the F/A-18 to the same extent.
