No one is making power ups right now. Power ups will be made 2 weeks before a major arc starts. I'll integrate it in either major or side stories to it fit if one is deserving for a power up.

As for Ice Make Mages, I personally think listing spells while it helps, the magic itself is based on creativity and ingenuity and I'm willing to allow creating spells out of nowhere for it, depending on how it is handled.

Revan's going to train in increasing his ability to restrain the King Hydra, as well as increase the amount of Satan Soul form's he can take. He'll also make a plea to the Magic Council to give him back a piece of his Demonic Heart
