Ashlyn's face turned a deep shade of red when Chris kissed her on the cheek. "U-um...we..might wanna stop...before we attract attention..."
Chris smiles and pulls a bit of her hair away gently as he moves in and kisses her cheek. "Yes you are..."Katsumi then interrupted as he spoke for many of the campers.. "So Is this when you two make out or is this when something dramatic happens?" Katsumi said to embarrass them into to stopping. " Public displays of affection are considered uncomfortable to many.. may I remind you that though moments like this are nice,.. This may be when you take it some where more.... private" Katsumi then smiled at them and walked away. He hoped the boy would take his advise.. Katsumi was no stranger to things like this..
Julia smiled modestly. "I don't really fully understand it myself...it's not something one can just look up...but if I had to guess, I think my DNA is able to mutate at a faster rate than normal, perhaps on command, and it can react to my surroundings as like a danger instinct or something. Like, I don't have gills now because I can breathe in the oxygen using my lungs, but submerged in water like that, I can't just breathe in oxygen, I have to convert water to oxygen if I want to stay alive, so my body makes it happen to keep itself alive. At least that's my guess. I'm no scientist, so I don't know.""Woah, that's weird. But still cool! It's like you're a cool mutant superhero or something!" The blue-eyed teen dazed off into a fantasy about superheroes saving the world for a bit. "I wanna be a hero, too..."
Julia chuckled. "I'm no hero."Julia smiled modestly. Vanessa looked up from her phone and saw a bunch of people in front of her. "Oh, there really is a camp, I didn't just get dropped off in the middle of nowhere. I guess I'll do the group therapy thing. Hi, I'm Vanessa, I'm 17, and I'm a technopath, meaning I can communicate telepathically with technology, though mostly computer based systems, and I have technokinesis, meaning I can move, shape, and manipulate technology." She took out a piece of techtechnology and merely held her hand still in tge air and the object molded and changed shape until Vanessa was wearing an Iron Man helmet."Hello Vanessa." The counselors said togeyher. "Your question is what on activity are you looking forward to?"
He turned to Devon. "You're a dragon right? Say, how would ya like to spar?" he said, with a smirk. "I've got an exercise schedule before I got to camp, but I had to remove sparring on that list because I didn't think there would be anyway to help me here. So how about it?" Also, David had not yet realized that Devon was a girl."Eh? Sparring?" Devon turned to the well-muscled boy with a look of slight awe. "Aw yeah, let's do it! I can totally practice the techniques teacher's been trying to get me to learn! But!" The bright-eyed teen gave a smirk and crossed both arms. "You have to be sure you can handle it. I'm not Devon Li, the Lizardman King for nothing!"
"No sparring. I you want that as an activity then please suggest it but you will not do it just to show off." The counselors scolded."Eh? It wouldn't be showing off. This is serious training! Family and personal honor are both on the line!" The overly-excited teen began waving both arms around in an attempt to express how important it was. "If the Lizardman King doesn't stay in perfect form, how can I expect to go home? I'll be ostracized!" Granted, it was a self-devised title, but it had taken such a large chunk of such a short lifetime to get it to stick. The hard-earned pride among peers...all of it would be useless if there was any slacking off here... ...Never mind the fact that a catnap had been the priority before the game; there were important things at stake now. "We can take it out in the woods during the break or somewhere out of the way! But, but..." The adamant teen floundered for a way to be able to go ahead with the match. One way or another, passing up this opportunity was not something that would be done easily.

The counselors told them. "Battles like the on you wish yo do would require a lot of rules. We must respect the traditions and laws of each species here."
