Oswald Connolly- Silly

The few new arrivals all received little more than a nod and a glance as Oswald studied his team mates, wondering who'd speak first. He'd committed to this thing, and was wondering what the next direction the team was taking would be. After a few moments, Cobalt took the lead, apologizing for the bad impression he'd left and hoping for good luck in general and all that fun. This guy was...too enthusiastic. Emerald was one thing, she was just full of energy, but Cobalt was like a twitchy dog who took anything less than elation as a sign of disdain.

"Like I told you before, don't worry about it. Stress has been high, you showed up at a weird time, shit happens. As for restraint and tact...well, frankly, I think most of us could use those quite a bit. I could definitely stand to be more cautious, but then again, caution isn't very fun. Getting painted with Grimm guts is." Gesturing to everybody around him, Oswald shrugged. "Oswald Connolly. I'm here to kill shit, mostly."

Sangue Naga - Lunch

Lauren Negasi

"Is it obvious? I was planning to just sleep it off tonight and lay low during the next combat class." Lauren smiled sheepishly and started popping a small succession of chips into her mouth, one after the other. Subconsciously, she reached up to rub one cheek, where Ben's Semblance-powered fist had rocked her so hard that she saw stars until math class. It was just one of those things she needed time and grit to deal with, but...didn't mean it didn't smart.

I guess it looks a little obvious.

"Just thinking about Desire a lot. And...not gonna lie, yeah, it's a bit of a headache. The cap serves up a mean last ditch uppercut when he's gotta."

Her grin turned slightly rueful.

Gren Orchid

"This is good. Very good."

Gren was surprised at how many people were arriving to the Deli, almost to the point he was worried he was way in over his head. But he shook those thoughts off because he was way in over his head. In fact he was relying on it. The first to arrive was Sapphire, who didn't seem to notice Gren or was at least trying to ignore him. Whatever, plenty of other people to talk to. When Cobalt mentioned paying for food Gren just laughed. "That won't be necessary. I'll cover for myself and... The party." He would have said team but soon many, many more people were showing up. The rest of Team CODE arrived, which earned a nod from Gren.

Grane came not too long after, who told him that he invited his team as well. "Not all of them, but this is my team leader, Sapphire Rode. Perhaps you've heard of her?" Despite what Sapphire may have thought, Gren did know who her father was. He just never thought it was important enough to mention in casual conversation. Besides that Gren was well aware that many of his fellow students had personal family troubles, and Sapphire was no exception. While he has no idea what the specifics are Gren was certain that if they were ever to pose an actual problem Sapphire would be wise enough to let them know. And if not... Gren can play the part of willful ignorance.

Eventually Abel arrived, and with Krysthane at that. Gren didn't need to be a mindreader to know that Abel might have the hots for Krysthane, and he could see why. She was strong, attractive, intelligent, and sociable. The leader of Team KESS as well. Smirking to himself, Gren wondered how it was like under her leadership. Surely not as bad as working for Sapphire, right? "Hey Abel! Krystane! Over here!"

Soon Delta arrived with Roberts and Napoli, which was a surprise but nothing that Gren couldn't handle. Delta's weird semblance Eve gave him and Grane the moniker G&G. GG sounds better, but that also makes them sound like a couple and that was just odd. "Nothing much Delta, just trying to wrangle a party together. Haven't gotten a call yet, did you make sure you pass out my business cards? Also wussup Roberts? Take a seat, grub will come over shortly."

The area was getting crowded now, but Gren was willing to make space. Moving carefully around everyone Gren started to set up some tables, grabbing ones further away to bring them closer to the ground so everyone could dine and chat with one another. While he was shortly away Gren also went to the Deli Counter and ordered a party platter of sandwiches and drinks for everyone. Fairly generic stuff, but if anyone wanted anything in particular they could buy it with their own Lien.

As Gren returned from ordering food he had only three seconds to see the white flash. Three seconds were all he had to activate his Semblance to keep himself rooted to the ground, and it wasn't until he was hit that he realized that Shiro had just tried to glomp him. Which was quite foolish even if Gren didn't use his semblance to essentially turn him into a stone column, because even without it Gren was at least twice Shiro's size and five times as heavy. Still Gren could understand his partner's affection, so once he was certain that it was indeed Shiro and not a suicide bomber Gren released his Semblance and spun Shiro around in his arms. Gren toss the white tiger into the air before catching him, then setting him down on the ground carefully. "Nice to see you too buddy! I just brought some sandwiches, take a seat. There's some stuff we got to talk about. Don't worry, nothing too heavy."

With the gang all here Gren tried to get them all to gather around. Even those not part of Team SASG, since it's Gren was the type of fool to get as many people involved as he could. As he waited he heard Sapphire say something about Cobalt's leadership. It reminded him of her own stunt back at the island. "Cobalt will be a fine leader. So long as he remembers he has a team he can rely on and doesn't try to go commando against the final boss without backup or proper equipment. That's just stupid." Waiting for everyone else conversation to die down somewhat, Gren then beckoned for Grane to join him.

"Aight, Sapphire, Abel, Shiro, I want you all to meet an old friend of mines, Grane Blauer! He is a old friend of mines from waaaaaay back, back when we were kids even. He might be a bit thuggish but he's a hero at heart, hence why he's here. But he's also new in town, so I figured that this was a cause for celebration!" Gren rubbed his hands together and lifted them over his head, creating a a large holographic image of words saying "Welcome to Vale, Grane!" in bright colors. "So listen up everyone! After class and all that, I'm going to take Grane on a tour of the city. We're going to go everywhere all night, from the Horn of Plenty to the Land of Walt, Red Asphalt to The Club and even Sapphire's uncle. We can either walk or ride, but whatever were doing we're doing it tonight! Be there or be square!" At that Gren heard someone call out for him, and that his party platter was ready. Gren waved over to the counter and hoped that they would bring the food to him instead of having to leave the group to get it himself. He was kinda trying to rally people here.

Jasmine - Aura Control to Lunch

As she did to Varius, Jasmine found herself stumbling back after trying to attack the other classmate. It was only then that she realized the follow up potential and she struggled not to collapse to the ground. Once she found her balance, she sighed and flexed her fingers. "Wow, it's really strong," she muttered, realization only sinking in when it was used against herself. When he suggested they continue practicing, she perked up again in excitement. "Hell yeah, let's do it!"

And they would, until the bell dismissed them for lunch. Practically dropping the lesson, Jasmine was one of the first in the class to escape the room head for the food hall. "Food," she sighed, gathering a tray to fill with food. Primarily meats, but some fruits and soda too, for the faunus.

Cobalt Chideta

Cobalt looked over at Sapphire and frowned. He didn't like this girl very much, she seemed to be a very negative person. He was going to ignore her for now but he didn't think they would ever get along.

"I have a saying that I typically stick by. The first impression should always be great, cause it may be the last as well. That's why I'm a little stressed about how I'm coming off to everyone." Cobalt explained to Oswald after he told him to relax. Then Gren came back and Cobalt tilted his head.

"Wait what? I'm the leader?" He thought back to his initial conversation with Headmaster Ozpin and frowned.

One Day Ago

Cobalt nodded and smiled as he listened to the headmaster explain where he was going to be staying and such. As he zoned out and thought about how cool Beacon was, Ozpin continued to talk."You will be the leader of your team and as such will be responsible for all of them. They are on a mission but should be back later today." Cobalt vaguely acknowledged all of this as he thought about whether or not he should make a welcome back feast. Nothing too big probably. Ozpin coughed to get his attention and Cobalt's eyes focused. "Oh, yes of course! I'll get out right now! You're a busy man and I don't want to keep you waiting for me!" Cobalt got out of his chair and began to leave when Ozpin spoke. "You're forgetting your schedule Mr. Chideta. We wouldn't want you to be tardy." Cobalt chuckled and grabbed it from the desk. " Sorry." He backed out of the room and closed the door. Damn. That guy really knows how to make a guy feel at home. He's so calm all the time.

Present

"Oh yeah. Huh." Cobalt really should've played better attention when Headmaster Ozpin was talking. "I am not the type of guy to go blindly charging in. Unless I'm bored and I have at least a 96.438152 percent chance of winning the encounter. Then yeah I'll probably go charging in blindly." He smiled at the end of that statement and drank some more water. He put the glass backed down and his eyes twinkled. "I'm far from stupid."

Gren mentioned a party and energy practically began to radiate off of Cobalt. "Are we heading to any bars? I've been told I'm a fun drunk." He did not come from a town with good nor strict bouncers. Alcohol was a very available thing for him. "Wait who's Sapphire's uncle?"

Vega Venetia – VGNB - Deli N'Doul

After getting out of History Class, Vega proceeded to open her scroll to getting a message from Gratia, in her usual manner.

>Beryl Harken, Otter Faunus.
>Likely swordsman.
>Currently in the dorm.
>Work on your fucking grammar.

Tsk. Vega was not in her content mood. Taking a trip back to Mistral in the morning and coming back to Beacon made her somewhat irritable. Either way she responded back, typing on her scroll…

>You should learn how to write in full sentences. ;)

…ending with a witty comment.

Vega then proceeded to the cafeteria until learning from nearby chatter of a new deli. When she entered the deli, she saw the tiger-faunus…that same person and the same Orc faunus that wrecked the dining hall on her first day. It seemed the tiger-faunus was at his antics again in air towards the Orc faunus, as she looked at the Deli’s menu from afar annoyed at the sight of them as she continued to keep her face of contentment.

Krysthane grinned happy that he willing to spend some time together, as they entered the shop she saw that many people already had the same idea. She briefly debated whether they should sit by themselves or with someone else but the decision was essentially taken out of her hands when she heard someone, Gren? Call them over. Shrugging Krysthane replied to Abel, "Guess we can join the party over there." she said as she made her way over to the rapidly expanding tables. To her surprise just as Gren came back to the tables from somewhere he was suddenly attacked by a... what seemed to be an overly friendly faunus. "One sec." she muttered to no one in particular as she took her scroll out and whipped out a message to the other two members of her team, as Sepia was already here.

To: Skyra, Ebon
From: Krysthane
Subject: Lunch Plans
Hey team, everybody's having lunch at the new deli place, Sepia and I are already here. You guys should drop by.

While her scroll was open she quickly checked names and appearances that way she knew who everyone was. Of course she had done that when she first got here but double checking never hurt. After what she hoped counted as a relatively brief look at her scroll she stashed it and looked around. It seemed like half the school was crammed into the Deli already. Krysthane turned at the sound of Gren making an announcement, apparently they were going be bringing Gren's friend on a tour throughout the city. She immediately thought of what little experience she had with the city, maybe she could get those guys at the cat cafe place to give them a ride. They had bragged about having some nice rigs, she was sure they wouldn't mind sharing.

Krysthane would have to visit them as soon as their 'night on the town' started. She turned to Abel while she waited for her other teammates to show up, "Hey do you have a ride for tonight? If not then I might know some people we can borrow vehicles from for the night." Krysthane offered. Then she called out, "Hey Sepia, could ya come over here for a second?" Assuming the friendly faunus came over Krysthane would explain, "You know those guys from the cat cafe on our last mission. I'm going to see if I can get rides from them for whoever needs them, sound like a plan?" Krysthane ended her explanation with a question because being leader was good and all but she hated making decisions without some sort of feedback.

Benjamin Lloyd

"He'd better, that match means he's going to be low on Aura for the next half a week." Said cap commented, plopping down at the same table as his teammates with a tray of food in hand. Exactly when he arrived in the cafeteria was much harder to determine, but he clearly hadn't had any trouble finding his teammates. Not that he usually did. Even in a massive crowd, they tended to stand out. He casually picked up his piece of pizza and took a large bite, looking from Lauren towards his left, to Sangue towards his right, before back to Lauren. "He didn't really expect to be fighting Lizzie fucking Borden. Sound like anyone you know, Lauren?"

Not bothering to stifle his grin, he took another bite of his pizza. "Amy's doing much better. Gave her an Ibuprofen and instructions to keep hydrated and rest. She'll call if she needs us."

Luke Schwarz -- Isolation Contemplation

Eating his pizza in uncharacteristic silence, the raven-haired young man noted that he was alone here in the cafeteria. Perhaps not physically, of course-- there were plenty of people seated at the long table, so eerily reminiscent of those in a high school, but on a more spiritual, metaphorical level, the one-seat gaps on either side of him that separated the bruiser from the other, nameless masses of students may as well have been chasms as deep as the core itself.

In other, less needlessly-verbose terms, he didn't know anybody here. This table was full of a bunch of strangers, and he couldn't just insert himself into their social groups at his leisure. It wasn't as if he was as carefree as Monkey D. Luffy, he had committed enough faux pas in his life as it was!

...Where's my team?

Seriously, Jack runs off half the time, Mokuren runs off all the time, and now even Cian's nowhere to be found. This is a mess!

...Am I the only one of us that likes the others?

He frowned, brow furrowing as he musingly tore the crust of his second slice in half, chiding himself for considering as his jaw worked. That couldn't be right. Everyone had gotten along perfectly fine on Sunday, and they'd gone out and had some fun together like any other team...

Well, again, except for Mokuren. If it weren't for the fact that they shared a dorm, he'd have almost sworn the baffling fox faunus to not even exist...

Pulling out his scroll, he pulled up the group message they'd managed to all agree to setting up the Saturday after their trials at the Casino. This team needed something to stick them all together, or else it was bound to fall apart. It was a law of the universe -- if nothing exists to bind certain objects in place, they will inevitably separate and spread away from eachother. It was just as true as nature abhoring a vacuum or opposites attracting.

And hey, if someone needs to play glue...

Emerald Felicia – Deli N’Friends

“Restraint!? Now that doesn’t sound fun at all!” Giving Sapphire a mock glare, clearing not being serious. “Last time I was restrained people died.”

“No, not really.” Emerald put a potato slice in her mouth, before chopping down on it, never to be seen again. “But it was a pretty bloody affair.” It was about then that Shiro showed up, Emmy couldn’t help but giggle, he was such a silly boy. She could practically feel the hyperactivity radiating off of the tiger Faunus, it made her feel more…well hyper. It was like they could feed off each other, weird.

She watched as Shiro ‘attacked’ Gren, and how Gren effectively tossed Shiro around before setting him upright. Coooool. It wasn’t just Shiro that had showed up, Krysthane had come with him, and swarms of other people were showing up in bunches. There table had become quite popular it seemed.

“Shiro! Krysthane! Other people! Mah gawds!” It was slightly overwhelming for Emmy. Being the people person that she was, it was pretty much the best thing ever. And hold on there, had Gren just mentioned something about a celebration?

Cobalt mentioned alcohol, and Emmy quickly looked at him with a horrified expression. “No! I’m not getting drunk again! That ended bad! Very bad!”

Diamond didn't take up the offer, sticking with a glass of pear juice. It took a while for the real topic of conversation to arrive, but she was patient. She was all the more disappointed when Cobalt finally got to the point.

"I beg your pardon?" Diamond deadpanned. The hypocrisy of that statement was mind boggling. "Not one to go blindly charging it? You felt the need to enter a dorm with a raised gun that you proceeded to shove to my face! So much for first impressions." the redhead growled. "So I'm sorry, but I couldn't care less what Ozpin said, you're going to have to show me you do have what it takes to lead us, and you have until Friday to do so, otherwise, well I'm sorry, I am not trusting you with my life for a second. The last 'leader' I trusted pretty much made us cause more grief than good, I had to do half of the job for him and we got this close to being wiped out." she said, theatrically showing two of her fingers nearly touching.

"I think 'Wait, what? I'm the leader?' Speaks for itself." the thief sneered and got up, dropping the money for her drink. "Enjoy your lunch." she said and turned to leave, intending to find someone to copy the notes from history from.

Gratia Mindaro - Cafeteria, Lone Table

Venetia was certainly irritated today, if she was already resorting to cheap "wit" in order to response to whatever had bruised her ego (in this case, Gratia's laconic manner and abrasive tendencies). An obvious side effect of flying all the fucking way back to the motherland. Why did she even go back? What the hell could have needed their leader's presence on a school day? Gratia couldn't think of a single fucking thing.

The huntress chewed away at her roll again, an aura of utter nonchalance and impassivity surrounding her and the table she was sitting at. The irksome chit chatter of the student masses around her seemed to flow away from the lone teenage girl. She was completely, utterly, alone.

Gratia shot off a reply to Vignoble's leader.

>What crawled up your cunt today that has you bitchier than a mongrel in heat?

And she returned once more to her lunch.

Naoko Kuma-

Naoko looked at Taidan and gave him a sly smile. "If you say so T." He had a tendency of calling his teammates the first letter of their names. Just a little quirk he had. Then, without warning, Naoko went for Taidan. He attacked with his right fist with a single spear strike. Hopefully, creating a smaller surface area would make it more difficult for Taidan to focus his aura to reflect the attack. Although, if he could, Naoko would sure as hell squeeze every bit of information that allowed his partner to deflect the attack.

Oswald Connolly- Fallout

Groaning at the suddenly booming group of people, Oswald delivered a lopsided smile to Gren's announcement. While he enjoyed the trip to Sapphire's uncle's bar, he was neither up for a rerun, or for any other recreational activities that night. Turning to Shirou and Gren, Oswald shook his head. "I'll have to skip out on this one. Got my share of song and booze last night." Turning to Sapphire, he couldn't help but laugh a bit. "Looks like you're in over your head with this one."

Diamond's response to the situation with Cobalt was...to be expected. He was a bit surprised at the venom with which she spoke, but they'd hardly met on good terms. He understood the girl's reluctance to blindly follow another person after their mission. "She might be able to use a little restraint and tact as well....but she isn't wrong. One errant shell got a few dozen people killed. The members who are no longer here killed all but one of them, I believe. Diamond kept her hands clean of it all, as she was on reconnaissance when the first shot went out."

Sighing at the realization that he wasn't going to escape that line of thought any time soon, he leaned back in his chair. "That's why. I don't know exactly what living on the streets was like for her, but the prickly pears tend to have reasons for their thorns. It just takes a careful hand to avoid getting stabbed."

Sangue Naga - Lunch

"..."

Sangue observed Lauren carefully, then decided to keep silent. She gave a small nod at Lauren's statement, and though she wanted to cheer her up somehow, Sangue had to keep in mind that cheering people up was the last thing her confidence could drive her to do well in.

The red-haired swordswoman looked up to her side, only to find her team leader, Benjamin Lloyd, sitting next to them.

"Hello, Ben," Sangue greeted, her idle tone never fazing. She did feel happy that her team leader popped up. The more teammates that were around her, the better she felt, for some reason; especially of the leader himself was around, as that meant the team would be more prepared for sudden situations that occur out-of-the-blue.

Hearing that Amaranth was doing well, Sangue's concern for Amaranth's health turned into a longing to see the Faunus. Though Sangue did not know much about Amaranth aside from knowledge she acquired from brief conversations between her teammates, she still considered her teammates' healthy conditions to be a higher priority over any mission.

It was a shame that she did not know how to transfer the thought into a message without making it sound like a formal speech.

The red-haired woman glanced at Ben's food, then at her food. Then she took a look at Lauren's food, then at Ben's food, and then her own again.

"..."

Sangue carefully took another bite out of her pizza.

Cobalt Chideta

Cobalt sighed and tossed his wallet on the table. He cursed lightly under his breath and began to speak. "Pay for whoever needs to be payed for Oswald. I have to go take care of this." He had fully expected something like this to happen, but not in front of so many people. This was going to take some work to fix. Cobalt pushed his chair out and walked towards where Diamond had run off to.

It took a little running but he caught up to her quickly. "Is there any particular problem you have with me? I get it, I fucked up last night. I'm trying to fix it okay! I payed for like, five people just now so I could try and make up for my mistake!" He was yelling now and getting quite frustrated. He took a deep breath and sighed. "I didn't ask to be the leader you know, if I had been listening when Headmaster Ozpin said I was then I sure as hell would've declined. Do you want to be leader or something? I can make that happen. Probably." He wasn't too sure about that last part actually. He would have to talk to Headmaster Ozpin about that one.

"Oswald told me the whole story. I'm not gonna claim I'm any better or worse than your last teammate. I'm going to be the best that I can though. But I can't be that best unless I have a team to back me up. I'm not asking to be friends, although I do want to be. I'm asking for another chance. So can we please start over? I'm Cobalt Chideta, it's nice to meet you." Cobalt reached his hand out and smiled.

Diamond - Outside the Deli

To be honest, Diamond did not expect Cobalt to to try and fix this in any way at all. She was surprised he did, and so quickly - so far he struck her as the type that would be silently brooding over his failure. Alright, plus point for you. the girl thought, stopping to actually listen. She swiveled slightly away as Cobalt yelled his frustration out, but kept a straight face despite thinking it rude and not exactly the proper tone to use when 'trying to fix it'.

She was a little conflicted about the next part. It made her feel a little bad about herself for snapping at Cobalt like she did when he didn't even want the position, and yet she felt justified, hearing as he didn't even paid enough attention to the headmaster himself, missing a rather critical information. Her composure broke when Cobalt asked her if she wanted the leadership, her eyebrows shooting up.

Sighing, Diamond hung her head and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Look... For what it's worth, I'm sorry for snapping at you at public. Maybe a learning point for both of us to have these conversations behind closed doors next time. And no, this isn't a power struggle or some shit like that. I have been relying on only myself right up to starting my studies here. It is... hard to trust someone to make decisions for me. Including the headmaster making one about who's going to be the man making them for me. That doesn't mean I feel qualified to make them for others myself, quite the opposite. But I meant what I said - if you can convince me you have what it takes, I will follow you to battle regardless of what I might personally think of you, so consider yourself still on the first chance in that area." Diamond explained.

She didn't take the offered hand though. "But as far as personal things go? I'd rather be actually shot at than just stare down the barrel of a gun, even more so when I'm home, wearing bloody pajamas. You don't even realize how lucky you are you managed to scare me frozen. I would have likely hurt you right there on instinct." Diamond said in an angered tone, her arm flying up to Cobalt, and all of a sudden the man had the blade of a jet-black knife pointing at his stomach to prove her point. Dissolving the weapon back into her own shadow, she looked away: "That's nightmare fuel I won't soon forget. So I'm sorry, but I don't feel like being buddies, or even too comfortable being around you if you have that little impulse control." she finished and started walking again.

Shuai Taidan - Aura Control Class

What was aura? The lifeblood of all beings, the power of the soul that every creature but the terrible Grimm possessed within them? For all that humanity relied upon it, there was so much that they had yet to learn, so much that waited out there for them to delve deep into. The amount of potential knowledge was so vast, but in the end, here, at this very moment, Taidan cared little for what the mysteries of aura could offer him except for what pertained to his current interest.

That was, of course, blocking Naoko's attack.

Aura always seemed as if it could do anything, a powerful form of energy that could be manipulated by people for all sorts of purposes. But there were limits; it was the power of the soul after all, and so it would be the owner of that soul who would decide what their aura could do. A relaxed dude and dudette would have a pretty flowing, untouchable type of aura, and they'd probably wouldn't have a hard, rocky wall of immense defensive power that maybe a stubborn workaholic cop could utilise.

He himself, as a cute, fiery guy, wouldn't have had any of that. He was fiesty, energetic, burning like the sun that gave them all life! Even as he breathed and cycled his aura around his body, he could feel the sparks, the crescendo of heat and fun in his blood that was so utterly him. Though that did bring into question the matter of how static his soul was. What if he, the ancestors forbid, became a boring, lazy husk of a person? Besides being yuck and horrifying, what would it do to his aura? It did stem from his soul after all, but how malleable was the soul by the stuff he did in life? How much of his personality was influenced by it? Where did nature end and nurture begin? Was he always going to be such a cuddly guy?

Would he one day no longer be the raging firestorm?

His aura spiked, energy seemingly rolling of him in waves as he met Naoko's attack with a finger. The fire in his blood screamed, rushing towards that single point and condensing into a visible, golden-orange glow.

This was Taidan's soul.

A scorching power that found Naoko's fist exactly.

"Nooooooooo!", Skyra flailed and fake-shouted. "Not my tomboy image!" Another fit of laughter arrived and shook her tiny body.
It took a while for this fit to cede and after that Skyra looked right into Mokuren's eyes and with a serious, but still somewhere joking, voice she stated: "I already wear a skirt in combat... and here in school, too, with that uniform. I don't need no dress!" While still that close, Skyra breathed in and caught a whiff of Moku's lovely, foxy smell. How did she manage to smell that nice all the time?
That thought, though, was for another time, since her scroll beeped.

"Huh... Krys is inviting me for lunch... to this new deli place or something...", she looked up from her scroll and sized up Mokuren for a minute until she, suddenly excited again, spurted out: "Wanna come with me? Eat a nice lunch? Don't worry about the money, I'll invite you."

Mokuren watched Skyra flail as her tom-boy image was mercilessly destroyed, and twirlied an invisible mustache, laughing evily out loud.
"HahaHAhaha" However, all joking and laughing aside, she managed to retain some shread of sanity when Skyra spoke. "Ohh, a skirt is no good. It has to be a beautiful dress, one that flows and makes you look so beautiful" Mokuren explained, her nose bleeding as the prospect of such an attractive sight. Then, on a stray bit of wind, Mokuren caught Skyra's scent in full, and it made her happy. This girl, this faunus, smelled so good, for whatever reason it was, Mokuren wasn't about to complain. What she did do, however, was advance on the girl and nuzzle her neck, but only for a few seconds, since she was interupted by bleeping. "Die foul bleeping thing!" She exzclaimed, before Skyra dealt with it. Apparently, it was an invite to lunch, with Skyra. Skyra inviting to lunch. Skyra Lunch!

Swiftly imitating a tomato in colour, Mokuren bit her lip hesitently for a few seconds, and then nodded.
"I...like that idea. It's a date!" She declared with great vigor, only to freeze when she heard what she had actually said, and remain stiff, awaiting the judgement of Skyra.
