- Dust Katana, The Iconoclast: A katana with a blade reinforced by dust, as well as the signature polish made from a special dust compound, giving the weapon an unearthly blue sheen. The blade's cutting power increases drastically with even a little bit of Aura applied to it, and due to the sharp concentration of dust, is able to completely break through Aura shields and defensive Semblance techniques if enough aura is applied to the blade, or if Rennard's semblance was applied to the blade. The sheath itself is incredibly sturdy and can be used for blocking.

Specialty: He can function as a hybrid between an assassin, where he can dispatch opponents in an instant, or a fighter, who can duel others rather effectively. In the end, he prefers to end fights with as few blade strokes as possible, as that was what his weapon was designed for. Evasion is his choice of defensive response, but his sheath can be used to defend as well.

Rennard however doesn't use his semblance as much as others do, and saves it for special techniques. Instead he has mastered high speeds using aura alone to bolster his own speed and strength, even as far as to be able to move at blinding speeds. Unlike others who have speed through Semblance though, it takes him more effort and more aura in general to move at those blinding speeds, so he has to make each one count.

Semblance: Vortex Edge - This semblance uses slashing storms that can be called upon up close or far away through the blade's usage. The blade's own cutting power transfers into the blade storms. He can directly apply his semblance rather than aura into his blade to increase the cutting power to a ridiculous extent, as well as some other neat tricks.

Storm - Instantly slashes an opponent from long range. Can be charged to increase damage and area of effect.
Maelstrom - Summons a series of blue pillars that after a moment, slash a larger area. This does incredible damage against large foes.
Binding Maelstrom - An improved Maelstrom that if landed correctly, will bind anyone caught within it, and force them to take the blue. The blue pillars act as pins that hold the opponent down, and are random.
Tornado - Rennard moves incredibly quickly while using his Semblance all around him, effectively slashing anyone he passes. He can use this consecutively, but that would cost him a fair bit of energy and require more time to recover, but dispatches large amounts of foes almost instantly.
Eye of the Storm - A single strike and sheathing of the blade. Does incredibly damage to one target, or if close enough together, multiple. He dashes through them with a single slash, freezing them before sheathing. As he finishes sheathing completely, the struck targets will suffer a fatal wound.
Yukikaze - He'll summon a maelstrom right in front of him for a single moment, guarding and reflecting any attack in that time span, and taking advantage of the stagger, will retaliate with an Eye of the Storm.

Personality: (Ah, characterization. It has the potential to be as infinitely complex as the human mind itself, but short and sweet will do too. Your character's motivation should ideally go here. And it can't hurt to have some quirks!)
