Ebon's Semblance is basically Telepathy and Telekinesis which he calls "Mind of Matter", but it works on just about everything, even inanimate objects. Specifically what it's like is as though he was right where the person or object is, and he can see what they see, hear what they hear, and feel what they feel like he was there himself. He can also use this power to communicate with others or distract them by filling their thoughts with white noise or making their imagination work against them self. He can telekentically control inanimate objects or unconscious creatures. Ebon mainly uses this power on his R-Types so he can figure out what he needs them to do, as the telepathic reading is instantaneous; he can read the thoughts of everyone or everything around him in less than a moment.

I must not have read this character sheet thoroughly (or you must have edited it later) but there's no way I would have approved this as is. There's a reason Charles Xavier is pretty much the most benign man ever. However, if you were to remove the bolded parts, that'd be fine. Sharing the senses of anyone in his vicinity is a pretty powerful kind of telepathy in and of itself.
