I'll be honest I haven't spent terribly much effort into developing Krysanthe's parents or backstory, they're both more of rough sketches rather than fully detailed novel affairs, that being said if something obvious seems off about my post that I missed because _{I'm bad} feel free to point that right out.

@Forsythe@Multi_Media_Man Hey before I respond I wanted to ask. The weird monster shadow thing with Diamond's arm was that a result of her semblance evolving or exposure to the weird grimm/human hybrid things they fought on their last mission. Is the trigger emotional?

It's her semblance acting up. From what I understood the thing Hari came up with is instantaneous and more violent. At the moment, Diamond can not really control it to any usable extent so I suppose it does trigger emotionally atm.

It'S more of a becoming the shadow issue than getting coated with it. Aside from making her somewhat more durable, when in full control Diamond could behave like a shadow - flatten herself against a wall, extend her limbs like when you shine light on something form the side and the like. Think of it as becoming the tool rather than creating it. Other than that it's exactly the same as before.
