Daniel Parton: Nodding to Arran's question. "Everything but the coffee. I needed to put on a new pot." Another order was in the window. "Please excuse me." He headed back and continued moving and taking orders. He wasn't the only one on the job, but the influx of people meant that they were all busy. He greeted people as they walked in and talked with s few of the regulars where he could. Sometimes he wished that the deli wasn't located in such a busy area. But of the flip side if it weren't then it could be boring and would not be nearly as fun and he wouldn't get the same amount of hours. For sure there were days where he'd rather stay home and kill time. He'd gone back to watch the old episodes of Sailor Moon. That was his usual MO. Watching things way after other had seen them. There were a few current shows he kept up with but most he just missed completely.

ARRAN WHITE Arran listened to Xander, nodding her head, “We have done a few covers, but…” She was interrupted by a hand on her shoulder, twisting in her seat Arran found Kyle standing behind her, “Sorry for interrupting, but you have to go in twenty minutes,” He lowered his voice, “You don’t normally start chatting with strangers, is something up?” Arran grimaced; her appointment. It might have been important but, having nothing to do with music, she had totally forgotten about it. “Ask Ben for a lift, it’ll get you there faster.” And with that Kyle walked away, leaving her frustrated; of course he would have set an alarm, although how he knew about it was beyond Arran. She turned back to Xander, “I’m sorry, you were saying?”

"You can just wait here, Jeeves" Maxwell stepped out of the limo, and walked into the deli. There was a good number of people there at this time. Maxwell sat down at the nearest empty table, and waited. He picked his phone out of his pocket and began to look at random websites while he waited.

"Welcome to Charlotte's Deli." Daniel called out as Maxwell entered. "I'll be right with you." Taking dishes back to the busing station in the back he washed and dried his hands before heading back out and over to the newest guest. "Alrighty, what can I get you to drink?"

Xander "Vega" Chaser Inventory: Backpack, School Supplies, Flandre Scarlet Fumo Plushie, Wallet, Phone, Earbuds --- Xander repeated about what he said, who Flandre was and where she came from. "She's my fourth favorite character from the franchise." He says, before picking up Flandre again and petting the doll's head with his clean hand. He left her on his lap, using his other hand to eat his sandwich and drink his water. Though, his eyes shot towards the new person in the Deli, he seemed to bear his teeth upon sight of this fellow. Xander didn't like that type of person, at all, he could tell by how they walked, acted, and dressed. He eventually turned his gaze back to Arran and continued to pet his plushie.

ARRAN WHITE Arran listened to Xander smiling slightly. “Mhim, I can see that” she said, smiling outright. “Personally I don’t think I’d be brave enough to cuddle one of those in public, if I had one to cuddle.” Arran thought about it for a second, “Well I do have my teddy, but to cuddle him I’d have to have him.” She frowned for a second, remembering her teddy flung haphazardly across a half-made bed. “Wait… did you say fourth? Than who's the first three? Not that I’d know them if you told me, but I still wanna know!” She perked up there, grinning again; anything to stop the calling spiral into despair, and if there was any day she had to keep floating, it was today. When someone walked into the deli Xander had bared his teeth, not the most obvious gesture but one Arran had picked up anyway. Glancing at the boy who had just walked in, and was looking at his phone, Arran noticed he seemed rich, the sort of rich Arran had lived amongst before, the sort of rich Ben was, the sort of rich that for the most part she hated bitterly. Scrunching up her face Arran could feel the anger building, bubbling up inside, rising, and taking over, an explosion primed to blow. She had to squash it; she had to squash it now. Normally she dispersed her anger or despair with music, loud and fast, the words painting how she felt in bright colours on her heart. Taking a deep breath Arran reined in her anger, calming down, reminding herself that here and now was not the time, and anyway; as far as she knew the boy who’d just walked in wasn’t like the rest, it was always a possibility.

He muttered afterwards, a bit more sad when saying that to himself. "First favorite is Cirno, she's an ice fairy, second favorite is Remilia Scarlet, Flandre's big sister, awfully close to first place, and third is Suwako Moriya, goddess of the Moriya Shrine." He said, bringing up his phone and showing pictures of the three, as well as Flandre.

"Erm....yeah....the games have no male characters what-so-ever, but they're pretty great games..." Xander said his redness on his face returning.

ARRAN WHITE When you’re like me, Arran thought, you gotta have something to be interested in, even if it was a random person who’d piqued her interest. Xander showed her pictures on his phone of the characters he was describing. All pretty girls. Arran grinned, “No boys what so ever? Sounds like heaven. …Unless of course you’re me and don’t really like girls.” She thought about if for a second, “Although I guess if they’re from a game than they are probably better than real life.” She was smiling sadly again. Today was a good day; as of yet she hadn’t yelled at anyone or disappeared to sob, or rage somewhere. Not to mention Xander was interesting, and for Arran interesting was always a good thing.

Sophia Vollstandig The girl, whom Sophia now knows as Renee, shook her hand, answered her apology then asked her a question. "Yeah, I'm a regular. I come here often to buy books, stationery, and other things. Though I also just come here to read," she replied Renee's question, grinning wide remembering the frequency of the last part. "I'm guessing this is your first time here? I've never seen you here before," Sophia asked.

Xander "Vega" Chaser Inventory: Backpack, School Supplies, Flandre Scarlet Fumo Plushie, Wallet, Phone, Earbuds --- "From what I've seen, yeah, they're better than real girls...maybe cuter too..." Xander says, rolling his eyes somewhere else as to try and prevent and ease his emabressment. "Anyway, besides being in a band, what else interests you, hm?" He said, his now focused on the pretty rich boy, seeming to stare at him for a while. He only cuddled his plushie even more, as to attract attention to himself, though this time on purpose, what was he planning?

ARRAN WHITE “What else interests me? Hummm………” Arran thought about it, “Well Music, obviously. And I guess, reading, cooking, and wandering. I quite like sport, but I don’t really play any, Horse riding’s fun but I can never control the horse so I don’t really bother. Watching movies, as long as there’s no romance. I quite enjoy doing a lot of things, but mostly I do it by a moment at a time basis, if it interests me right then, then, I am interested by that. Sad, I know, but it works.” She frowned. “And you.” She stated bluntly, “Right now you interest me. You cuddle her” she nodded at the doll, “In public, but then are embarrassed for being caught. You look lonely but haven’t admitted to it, and you don’t” she paused here for a second “seem to like rich people.” Arran gestured slightly to the boy Xander had been staring at. “Not to mention, you didn’t seem to mind overly much when I just dropped in at your table.”

Xander said, a bit curious before hearing Arran out, and then replying to her statement, quite annoyed. "Ay! Wait right there! First off, I am NOT lonely!" Xander said, obviously denying it as he looked at Arran in a sort of anger, sadness, and annoyance, he beared his teeth, clearly not liking to go on this subject. "Second of all, I don't CARE what people think about me cuddling Flandre-chan, I was SURPRISED to find somelne directly 'catching' me." He said, this was half true. "You could call me 'friendly' if you're wondering about how I don't overreact to you sitting here. And last but not least; I don't care if you're rich or poor, I care about how you ACT, and I can tell by looking at him that he may be another wimpy snob who can't hold himself in a fight." He said, letting out a sigh of annoyance upon finishing. The last few words he said were unusual, coming from a boy who cuddled his plushies in public.

ARRAN WHITE “Ok, Ok, Ok, don’t get your knickers in a twist.” She threw up her hands “You better accept it when someone approaches you offering to be a friend. They don’t come often and when they do they stick around. It’s not fun being lonely, I should know, and If you want me to find you interesting for you, I’ll have to know you for you.” And here she smiled sadly, “Most people only see what’s on the surface, and I admit I’m one of them, but I try, I do try.” She could see how he had miss read her intentions but couldn’t work out how to fix it, a single tear leaking out her eye she pushed the chair back, “Thank-you for your time, I’m just going to excuse myself.” Flicking her head to clear off the tear, she headed to the bathroom, trying not to burst into sobs, It wasn’t Xander’s fault, she simply was too emotional, it was too easy tip her into this state. Running the tap she looked at herself in the mirror, a lonely girl who just wanted out.

Maxwell put down his phone and looked towards Daniel. "Oh, I'll just have a water, please." Maxwell caught some weirdos staring at him a bit, though he was used to this. Who didn't want to look at the best guy in the room? Though, Jeeves usually watches for any "unwanted attention" from a distance.

Xander "Vega" Chaser Inventory: Backpack, School Supplies, Flandre Scarlet Fumo Plushie, Wallet, Phone, Earbuds --- "H-hey, w-wait!" Xander said as he reached out his arm as to try and stop her, but failed to do so. Xander only looked upset as he saw her go ofg, before picking up his backpack and Flandre and sadly heading out the door. He went into the alley next to the deli and saw an emoty trash can which he kicked strongly, sending it flying against the Deli's wall with a 'clang!' He yelled out loudly, overflowing with amger, "BAKA BAKA BAKA BAKA! I'M AN IDIOT! MY ONE CHANCE AT A FRIEND AND I BLEW IT DUE TO MY STUPIDITY!" He only yelled out again, kicking the empty trash can once more before slamming his back against his wall and covering his face with both hands as he, perhaps expected, began to cry. He moved his hands down from his face and cuddled Flandre as to try and ease his emotional pain. "I f**king blew it....I could have had a friend...and I blew it.." He said, crying softly, exasperated with his lonliness.

ARRAN WHITE Fantastic; her life was just one long melodrama, friggin fantastic. Arran watched tears roll down her face. Tears of anger, rage, hate, but also of loneliness. She wasn’t what you might call pretty, far too much like a boy for that, but with her face scrunched up and tears flowing free, it could only really be called ugly. Wiping her hand across her face, Arran grimaced, she had to get it together, this was a public bathroom, and if there was one thing Arran hated, more than spiders, enclosed spaces, and seeing herself cry, it was someone else seeing her crying. It not only made her look weak, but she felt it as well. … Calming down, her anger abating, Arran splashed some water on her face, thankful that no one else had entered the bathroom. Coughing slightly, she gasped for air, her eyes widening in panic as she got none. She was coughing violently, pushing all the air out of her lungs, and so her body, desperately needing air, gasped for it, but to busy coughing to take any in. Closing her eyes she kept trying to breathe. It’ll stop soon, five… four… three… two… one Sucking in air, Arran started coughing again, hacking up blood that splattered across herself the sink and the mirror. There wasn’t much really but it had sprayed everywhere, making it look like there was more then there actually was. Gasping and spluttering, she coughed again, spitting out another mouthful of blood.

Renee Miyume Renee nodded in response to Sophia's question and she answered, with a sweat drop on her head, "Yeah, it is my first time here," She then commented "Never really did a lot of shopping in my spare time," She looked at the clock on the wall, as she wondered as to what time it was. Her mind echoed her parents derogatory words about wasting time, and the guilt that came with them swelled once again.

ARRAN WHITE Gasping Arran focused on her breathing, nothing else, just her breathing, in… hold… out… hold… in… hold… out… When her breathing was back to normal, with just the occasional wheeze, Arran blinked and looked around. The coughing that came after she got herself worked up, or after exerting herself too much; that was normal, normal for her at least. But the blood, …that was new. Grabbing a fistful of toilet paper, Arran wiped up the blood, flushing the bloody paper down the loo. Grimacing she looked in the mirror, really all she wanted to do was lock herself in here and never come out, but the realistic side of her knew that that couldn’t happen. She tried to clean herself up best she could but the blood wasn’t gonna come out of her shirt without soaking it in cold water, something she wasn’t going to do here. She could ditch it of course, her shirt, it wasn’t like she wasn’t wearing anything underneath but her shirt was the only thing she had with long arms, and there was no way she was taking that off. She’d just have to hope no one paid her enough attention to see the splattering of blood across her front. There wasn’t a lot of it, but still enough to possibly attract unwanted attention.

Daniel Parton: "I'll be right back with your water." Off to get the water his attention was drawn by Xander and Arran's unceremonious end to their conversation. One went off to the bathrooms while the other exited the deli altogether. "Excuse me, you need to..." He didn't get the chance to finish the sentence before the boy left. "Great." Glancing back at the counter the manager motioned him to continue on. Deli Manager: Having sent Daniel back to work the manager stepped outside and looked back and forth for where Xander had gone. It turned out to be easier than expected as he was making a racket in the nearby alley. Coming around the corner Xander was apparently taking out his anger on the trash cans. The man of course had no time for this and addressed the situation. "Excuse me young mam. You left without paying."

GM Unnamed woman @Daniel and Xander's location There was a young woman at an adjacent corner of the alley way from Daniel and Xander. She had been staring at the sky mindlessly and for a reason even she didn't understand. The kicking of trash cans and yelling from Xander disturbed her. She stood up, and started to hobble towards the noises. She found where Daniel and Xander was and stood at the very end of the alley. She moved as if she wasn't entirely there, possibly drunk. Her eyes traced the two figures, as she was leaned a but forward. She let her two arms fall by gravity's whim in front of her, completely relaxed. Her face was emotionless. A bag that was strapped around her shoulder fell to the ground next to her. Her clothing was plain, a sweater, shorts, and sneakers. She wasn't blinking, not once.
