It will most likely be some kind of double attack, using both attack stats, sorta like how Pokémon can attack together in the anime and manga.

My guess is that any damage done by swinging the Honedge would depend on it's attack stat. But this brings up the question of; can a Pokemon channel an attack through the Honedge (ie, could a Zangoose use Slash with the Honedge)?

Depends on the attack. I'm leaning towards no. However, the wielder would be able to use attacks that Honedge knows, e.g. Slash.

I might make an exception with something like Shadow Ball since Honedge is a Ghost-type, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

I NEED TO STEP UP MY GAME WITH THE POSTING. Any ideas guys? The only Rps I seem to like are high casual. Does anybody have tips for having longer posts? I know things like, be descriptive and whatnot but other then that? Maybe he could just make a slight CS. Name, and a personality close to his other one? Or maybe the opposite? And it could be like some sort of huge RP thin, in which his swords are having conflicting thoughts and are fighting about stuff all the time. I feel like that would be some top rp.

Well considering the second sword disappears when he evolves into Agislash, I'm hesitant to make the second sword a separate entity. His evolution already brings up some deep metaphysical questions, I'd rather not add any deep moral quandaries too

I assume the sword could turn into the shield, or it could be some sort of melding of minds, where the two egos become one individual entity.
Or it could just be some weird limb-like extension of its "body", who knows. They're all sword-ghosts, no need to overthink it.

Anyways, I had something typed up but forgot I hadn't actually saved it before I swapped the battery out of my laptop. Whoops. Shouldn't take too long to reconstruct, though I may need to leave for Houston today. That would delay everything until about ~1 AM.

Card Captor: if you wanted, you could introduce a second NPC Honedge that you join with to evolve, the same way that Slownro and Shellder become Slowbro or how Magnemite become Magneton. Alternatively, you could just make the second sword an extension of yourself. It's up to you, really.

To Everyone: I'll have another post up once the last one or two of you post. I don't quite remember who has posted and who hasn't, but I'm pretty sure almost everyone has.

Please do Ampharos! And I find that another NPC would be badass Card, think of the Rp, heck, whenever the other leaves when he evolves once more it can be this whole big thing! But of course your choice!

Ah, but guys, you are clearly missing the solution. Obviously, the second Doublade would be the half of Cal that's already been driven to madness. Further evolution is impossible until he accepts that the world is a messed up, nonsense place.

Personally, I'd rather not stress myself out too much over post length. Also, despite what Ampharos said earlier, introductions are great opportunities for long posts, anyway. The fact that everyone just transformed into a Pokémon and has no idea what happened just adds more fodder.
