It's funny, on Spiderman Unlimited for the iPad based on Spiderverse there was a Goblin Spiderman as well as what looked like a Daredevil/Iron Fist/Spiderman amalgam called Devil Spider...

He had a lame story though. He was an evil Peter who killed other alt Spidermen he came into contact with to gain more power. After redeeming himself he was killed and continued the fight as Ghost Spider.
