I'd be interested in joining. Though I think that maybe you should change the Reaper a little bit; having it kill in a single day is kind of counter-productive if it's already extremely lethal. The longer someone's around, the more people they can spread it to. In my opinion, if the Reaper is the worst possible bioweapon I'd have it have a period between contraction and symptoms appearing where it's still possible for it to spread, and then once symptoms appear you die really quickly. But I think I'll have a nation that worships some facet of the Old World in some way. Not sure if they'll just worship technology; I've been playing the After the End mod for CK II, so I'm tempted to have the stories of America's founding have been twisted to the point that my nation worships the Founding Father as deities, with former government buildings serving as their temples. But perhaps we should make the story take place a little bit longer than just 25 years after the end.

Ultikana, that was good but the population was a bit high. On another note, here are some of the mutants that you can expect to see: Nosalis:(Metro series) A large mole that has developed large claws and a bipedal stance to better hunt prey and defend itself from predators. Though they live underground they occasionally come to the surface, they are usually found in groups in buildings with basements, basements, and underground tunnels/caves. Picture for reference:
Watchers:(Metro series) Mutation of certain dog breeds that normally roam in packs on the surface. Alone they can be dangerous but in packs can tear even heavily armed men apart. Picture:
Demons:(Metro series) This creature has so many origin stories no one truly knows what they were mutated from. Some say birds and some even say cats but one thing remains true. These creatures nest high and are capable are taking down slower aircraft. You either need to be really fast, really quiet or really strong in order to take these on. Warning: Extreme Caution
The list above are the more unique mutants, others are more like animals and some are badly mutated.

@Marshall, the military population was not In Additon but out of the population. I carefully added them to make sure it was exactly 10,000. Also, the population of Milwaukee, Wisconsin is 599,164..so..I would recommend increasing the population to .5 billion.

@Marshall You had said survivors per faction is 10,000..whatever. I will edit my population accordingly. I had originally had my total population at 10,000-seeing the new population of survivors I just raised it to 100,000<

I thought it was in addition so you were ok the first time, sorry I didn't make that clear. 100,000 is probably a better number though

Notice to the GM: The image you have provided for the world map cannot be edited externally, and it can't be copypastad. I used a screen-capture of part of the internal image to show where my territory is, but if you want everyone to update a central map (it seems UltikanaRe had the same problem as I) you may want to use something else.

Thanks, and yes I noticed that it was messed up after Ultikana mentioned it, it was an internet archive, the OOC will have a better one I found. OOC will be up in roughly and hour at most.

@MarshallGreat! BTW: Love the 'who's viewing' hotfix. Also; Should I create another faction? I was considering playing Rheinland and the Fourth Reich As Co-GM I could maybe find a world map if you would like, but if you have a specific one then that is is alright.

You can play the Fourth Reich as an AI nation if you want but you can't neglect them if someone else attacks you or something like that. You can't be like "We come to a temporary ceasefire for me to handle this other guy".

How exactly are we going to handle crossing oceans and the like? Even if the technology for doing so exists, it's going to rather rare I'd imagine. So nations on different continents would, for all intents and purposes, be completely isolated from each other.

Time to get the old SAILBOATS out of the mothballs. Do you like voyages that are MONTHS LONG, FILLED WITH SCURVY AND DISEASE, AND PEOPLE SLOWLY DROPPING DEAD FROM ATTRITION? WHO THE FUCK DOESN'T? SAIL YONDER, SAYS I!

I see what you mean but lets just assume that civilian ships and civilian planes are easily available. Otherwise this wouldn't be any fun. Oh and the Bering Strait is frozen over again, ice bridge ya know. That might help that travel issue, and I found a problem with the map, its hard to see what your place is like close up, so please try and provide another close up map as well.

I don't recommend wooden hulled boats, Krakens prefer their meat barreled rather than canned.

@Marshall That is fine, but if somebody wants one of them dead:
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
the above is likely, unless they are do-gooders trying to stop the Rheinland and not calling he fourth reich, but that is unlikely. Also, here is world map I found.

You're both wrong. "The enemy of my enemy is my enemy's enemy. No more, no less."

That is a nice map, I was planning on using just a plain blank map, do we have any votes?
