Energy Manipulation(He change his energy's base form, like making it grow, shrink and much more), Generation(Can create his own energy type which is red and has a property of fire), and Absorption, Enhanced Attributes(Peak conditioning)

Skills

Cassius is a very skilled Parkour enthusiast, usually using his powers to aid him in the practice. He's a skilled fighter, having been in various brawls in his youth. Technologically smart( he can hack phones, bypass firewalls, and cut/edit video feeds to a point)

Appearance:
Personality: Cassius isn't very wordy but he can be talkative at times. He's morally unaligned but seems to have a benevolent attitude. He hates the Colonel and his men however, he wouldn't hesitate to kill any of them. He is at times very daring, willing to take on an army if needed.
Weaknesses: Water, Ice

Looks good, but yeah he is going to need some serious weaknesses with that kind of power.

Would thirst count as a major weakness? Like thirst for energy? I'll have a list of minor and major weaknesses, well try to anyway or I'll nerf my character ^.^

Not to nitpick, but the thirst controlling him doesn't seem like much of a weakness. Judging from your description, all it does is make him more violent. By the way, sup stryder, long time no see.
