After running for a while, Cruz found Slick under a tree. "Slick! Oh for all gods, I've finally found him...", he said, relieved. He wasn't that much away from the party being held, so he heard the chatter. However, he stood there with Slick. He shot an blue orb made of Data in the way so they could find him.

Then, as he looked around, he saw another tree. But the scenery from it was so familiar and warm... that it hurted...
They were under a tree's shadow, the sur radiating as it never had before. Cruz was able to make Lhermite appear as an hologram, but for him it was real. "This shadow is really nice for relaxing. It feels so good to rest with nature embracing you...", he said. "Yeah, I do think that as well. Even though I am not actually feeling it..., Lhermite responded. Cruz laughed and kept looking at the blue sky. A gentle breeze carrying the leaves gave them that sensation of tranquility.
"Umm... Cruz... I wanted to talk something.", Lhermite said. It was hard to figure, but he was really timid at that moment. "What is it?", Cruz asked. Lhermite looked away from his eyes. "W-W-Well... I don't know how to properly say this... I mean, I don't even know what I'm feeling now... but...", Lhermite kept speaking. As he spoke, it seemed like a tear fell from his eye. Cruz looked at him and in the next moment, was hugged by Lhermite. Theorically speaking, because an image can't touch a real being. "I'm so grateful that I met you...! I am... one lucky Artificial Intelligence...! You never left me alone like a simple machine... like if I was unreal... you even introduced me to everyone...! That's why I... I am saying this. You're not my friend... your my only family!", he said. Cruz tried to hold his tears, but upon hearing those words, he was... reallu happy. He made of Lhermite a human. He wasn't able to say anything, but he demonstrated that they were really close by hugging him back with a smile.
"... Lhermite...", he said, looking at the ground. The scenery made those beautiful, yet painful memories return. The regret of not bringin his AI had been tormenting Cruz for a while... I... I should have brought him with me... why was I so weak to move and do what I wanted from the beginning?! But instead, I agreed with his idea of sacrifice and now I have to... move forward knowing that I made the wrong choice!, he thought, punching the tree near both of them.
Ryan followed the trail of data that had been left behind and found Slick's body. He looked was watching him and he walked closer towards Slick. He noticed Cruz and frowned. "Crying does nothing. It only makes the pain worse."
Elza's stomach rumbled angrily and she decided to give up her search for Meruin, food was more important right now. Now she thought that the cafeteria was around here somewhere...
Deus nodded with what Ryan was saying. He then leaned in closer to him. "Whatever our Actions may have been in the past, we need to move forward no matter how heartwrenching our decisions in the past may have been, we just need the memories of those dear to us, that's our atonement, the memories of those we hold most dear." Deus said hoping he had helped him feel better. He thought that the reason that Cruz was crying was because he lost someone dear to him. He knew how he felt then because of his personal experiences
Tony sauntered over to the line where they were serving lunch. He piled his plate high with food, needless to say that Tony enjoyed eating. He looked around for familiar faces and manage to pick Marcus out of the crowd. He had no idea he was drunk so he walked over, "mind if I sit here?" he asked.

"... Yeah, you're right. And he would probably be angry if I acted like this...", Cruz said, drying up his tears. He returned to smile.
Marcus groaned motioning his hand for Tony to sit at the table. He took a big gulp of his canteen and rested his head on the table using his arms as a pillow. " Hey....it might be because I'm drunk ,but let's host a battle royal." He hick uped." The whole school could be the battle field but we might have to ask the head master first." He mumbled a few things and then randomly shouted." We must not tell 3(Meruin)!!!!!!! She'd kill me and I sure as hell don't want to die single and young!"
@DaDrummer676
Tony chuckled, "yeah that's probably not the best idea. How about we wait till tomorrow? Speaking of fighting, I heard this year they might introduce group battles. That would be sick, as long as I didn't get stuck with a shitty partner that is" Hart plowed through his food, the guy could eat.
Ryan looked at Slick. He let some of his armor melt off and had the water pick Slick up. "We're going to the nurses office." He walked towards the school as he took a needle out of his pocket. "Test." He spoke into it and then smiled when it glowed green. He slipped the needle into the water and had it put into one of Slick's pockets. He made sure no one saw him do so and made it to the school's nurses office. He knocked on the door, then broke it open with more water. "He requires medical attention." He set Slick down on the bed then called his water back to him. "Good bye." He picked up the door he had blown off its hinges and set it back in place where it should have been. It fell over almost immediately. He walked down the hallway as he pondered his next plans.
Deus stomach began grumbling. "Aghh...Now that we got that out of the way...Can we go eat lunch, I haven't eaten anything since I got here" Deus asked as he put his hand on his stomach.
@MagusDream
Marcus laughed. "Yeah we should wait till tomorrow to confront the headmaster about my glorious idea." He sat up slapping himself to attempt to sober up a little. "Ha! That'd be funny as hell if they stuck you with a weakling. Oh! What if we are only paired with the other council members?"
@DaDrummer676
Tony finished and threw his tray away, returning to Marcus he sprawled himself out in his seat and continued the conversation. "That would suck.... If we were paired with other council members wouldn't we be too strong? We would only be able to fight other council members."
"Yeah it would be way better if we had more council members as opponents then average students ,but if either one of us ever cross paths in a battle we could probably kiss the school good bye." Marcus clentched his fist. " I can't wait for a fight.....I'm so pumped I'd accept any challenge right now!"
@DaDrummer676
Ryan walked towards Marcus. "No you wouldn't, we don't have our Gauntlets yet, and a violation of such rules would reflect poorly on the Student Council. Remember that 8. That's your rank correct?" He asked as water dripped from his sleeves. He looked at his sleeves and frowned. The water stopped dripping and he shivered a little. "Once we do get our Gauntlets though, do you know who holds spot number 6? I wish to find him ASAP."
@Slendy
Tony chuckled at Marcus' enthusiasm, "easy boy, don't go rushing about blindly looking for a fight. Patience and strategy wins a fight. The underdog always wins if he can outsmart his opponent." He kind of regretted saying this, it made him seem smart. "But yeah, lets crush some skulls while we have the chance! Fighting is the reason we're here right?" There, that made it seem more normal. Tony turned to see Ryan rudely intrude on their conversation. "Calm down he won't actually fight anyone yet, but I believe Eris is 6 if I remember correctly."
@Slendy@floodtalon
"I know how to follow the rules." Marcus pouted like a little kid."Yeah its 8." He sips the canteen. Marcus was lost ,but he didn't want to tell them so sat there starring blankly at Tony and Ryan. He doesn't know why he could remember 3 and who she was but none of the other numbers... Besides Tony."Hey kid(Ryan) if you ever find this Eris person could I watch you fight her?"
@floodtalon@DaDrummer676
"Certainly. You will be the one fighting her next after all if you want to be 7. Of course that means you will inevitably be going after me soon." Ryan said. "And when you do come after me... well, I do hope that the principal was right about the Gauntlets negating damage to the school. On a separate note, would either of you like to help me search for Eris?" He asked politely to the both of them. They both seemed very hotheaded, but that would serve him well in the future.
Eris walked into the cafeteria and looked at the assortment of food almost drooling at the sight of it all, "Sis never said it would be this... expansive" she said as she walked behind Marcus with her blades/slashes trailing behind her in a single file line. She loaded half of her plate with fruit and the other half with some type of meat before sitting down and putting her actual sword on the table infront of her and digging in to her food.
