No, Loki isn't on that. Loki's a merc/actor who worked with Light on a movie because he's a good actor/stunt double. He's working for Cedric, though, but he isn't in the meeting at the moment. He's busy trying to break into the underground movement.

At what degree do you say Owlman knows the other members of the team? AKA My character, Patriarch's character, RoflsMazoy's cahracter, and the like?

Also how many people are on that team? I can't remember everyone.

Probably not very well. He likes to be seen socializing, but it's pretty hard for him to actually socialize in his state. He's probably talked with Light a bit on account of them both being freaks who can't turn it off, but other than that he probably keeps to himself, does the job, and pursues his agenda. Really, it depends on whether anyone regularly goes out of their way to talk to him.

Also, I'm not so sure about senior membership. He's really only been at this for a year.

True that; it's just that with most of the Heroes from Arc II gone, I either have to fill up the Inner Circle with OC NPCs or use more recent characters.

I have no idea. From what I've seen it's only redeeming feature is how weird it looks out of water.

The blobfish is a deep sea fish that looks ugly as hell out of water. This is due to the fact that its flesh has pretty much evolved to have the consistency of Jelly so it could deal with deep sea pressure. Inside water, it actually looks pretty normal. Outside of water, it looks and feels like a face entirely made out of snot.

Are any of you familiar with Zbrush at all? Wanna make a 3d sculpt of Light for a picture, and yeah. That program is different than maya XD.

And I could show you a few things. I'm only intermediate at 3d stuff myself, but maya is 30/mo for a commercial license, so thats not bad.
