This year was the same as every other year at Supernatural Academy, just the same. The beginning of the year party was in full swing, and, as per usual, the dance floor was empty as the music played, and all of the cliques were scattered about the large room with the interesting ceiling. You had your awkward first years looking for a.place to fit in, the generalists, the elves, the vampires, the face, the unseelies, the demons, the lycanthropes, etc, etc. It was boring for the while. A table with drinks lining it was at one wall while chairs were set up all over. Still, a dark haired female leaned back in her seat, her dark eyes scanning the room as she crossed her left leg over her right, her black, peep toe heels showing the contrast to her red dress very well. Her hair was in soft curls and beside her, a male with the same colored hair and eyes was.observing the same way. He looked almost equally as sharp with his hair styled cleanly, and his jeans and casual, but formal top. He tossed a look to his left as he watched his sister play with a strand of her curled hair. Alex and Billie Sanders. The demon siblings, or as they had been been better known as, the demon twins. Though they weren't. They shared a room, and though Alex would never admit it, he had helped.his sister with her hair. He often did little things like that for her because he was her.older brother, and Though he was keeping her biggest secret, well... she had his back just as much. She scared off the girls that became obsessed with him. "What are you thinking, Billie?" He asked, and the girl with tattoos on both of her biceps tossed him a look. "This is boring." She mused, her.fingers.playing with the pendant around her neck. It was a clear color for the moment, but Alex was always watching it, to make sure everything was okay. "It always is." He reminded her. "No one ever does anything about it either." Billie sighed. Their group had went to get drinks, and Billie stood. "Well, Alex, I am about to change that." She said, and he watched as his sister's heels clicked across the dance floor as she approached the deejay booth. "Well hello there, gorgeous." He greeted with a wink, and she gave a smile, her eyes blackening to show She was a demon and he smirked this time. "What can I do for you?" "Play something with one hell of a beat." She chuckled and she could feel his eyes on her backside as she got to the middle of the dance floor. She heard the beat start, and her smile grew as she began moving to the beat. He had hooked her up, big ten, and soon she saw people filtering onto the floor with her. Good. She kept dancing, one of the demon girls, Miranda, joining her as she danced and they began dancing.together. "Spicing It up, Billie?" She asked, and Billie's expertly highlighted eyes said it all. "Leave it to you." "You know it." Billie said before She slipped away from the growing dance crowd and Alex.looked at her. "Nice work." He complimented her, handing her some punch, pouring some rum from his personal flask into it. She took it happily, and drank. "Got to change It up every once in a while. You know, appease some other parts of me." Her words might not have seemed cryptic, but Alex knew what she was saying. "Hey, whatever makes you happy." He said, and soon they were approached by a tall blonde guy who allowed his green eyes to blackened and return to normal as he smiled to Billie. "What's up, Justin?" "Just wondering if Billie would want to dance with me." He.said, and Alex.fixated him with a hard look. "Nah, go find Randa, I'm sure.she's up for it." Billie said, and once he left, Billie chuckled. "What?" Alex asked, and Billie shook her head. "Nothing. Can I get one of my cigarettes?" She asked, and when he handed her one, she put It between her lips and he lit it for her. "Thanks." "Now, I am going off to find someone to dance with." He said, and she nodded. "You know how to find me if you need me." She reminded him, and Alex nodded as he headed off towards a group of rather attractive first years. He managed to charm one into a dance and he was glad she didn't know the first thing about him. "I'm Natasha," she said when she finally leaned back, forcing.his head into the crook of her neck. She had her back towards him, and now he could smell her perfume. "What's your name?" "Alex." He whispered and she giggled. "Wanna go find some place to talk?" She asked, and he smirked. He wasn't even trying, but he could also smell the.liquor on her breath when she spoke. "Sure." He said. And it was another usual event at the welcoming party. The teachers didn't necessarily condone the drinking or.the sex, but they turned a blind eye to it as long as no one was in mortal danger or got pregnant. And Alex loved it.

Pretty much everyone hated these beginning of the year parties, except maybe the first years who flattered around the large ballroom trying to find the group they would fit in for the rest of their time at the school. Than again that the first years were who those parties were for in the first place. All of the returning students either knew at least a little about each other or they just weren't important enough to know.

The light brown haired vampire sat watching the new comers to their group trying to make small talk with the others, something he avoided for the most part. After all what was the part of talking to them, right now they were a bunch of fakes anyway. Give it a few weeks then he would act like he gave a shit. If they were still there. The back of a hand hitting his arm brought him from his thoughts, his green eyes looking down at the sleeve of his button up shirt it wasn't exactly formal but it was as close as he would ever wear. Before looking up at his friend that held the glass out to him.

"You know, just cause you got popular by sucking up, doesn't mean you have to keep it up Devin." He said looking up at his friend as he took the drink from him. "Fuck off Logan." Devin said taking a sip of his drink making Logan smirk.

Devin was Logan's best friend since they first started here, and if there was one thing he enjoyed the most about being his friend, it was he knew how to piss him off. "Don't worry Devin, you know what I'll sit back so you'll have a chance with the girls tonight." He said in a mocking tone, smiling as he took another sip of his drink, before the boarding music was changed.

Like everyone else in the ballroom, his attention went to Billie Sanders dancing by herself. "I hate that stupid bitch." Logan glanced back to the other vampire standing beside him.

"It's been a year dude get over it." He said shaking his head a little. As the others started joining in on the dancing another vampire joined the two, only to drag Devin out into the dance floor, leaving him by himself.

He wasn't really planing on going out on the dance floor. Logan was a great dancer, hell he was a lot better than most of the idiots making a fool of themselves. However, he wasn't in the mood to dance tonight. Instead he finished his drink and headed towards the drink table for another, getting out a small bottle he poured into the glass turning the alcohol red.

---

Jordyn smiled as she walked to join her group of friends, though she wasn't the most popular in her little click, she surely had a way to weasel her way in at times. Unnoticed was actually something she preferred, it helped her get away with the things she did much easier. One of her fiends Amber yelled her name out as she worked her way through the crowd, only to get a wave in response.

"Jordyn I just heard about what happened last year! Are you okay?" One of the popular girls Heather said pushing her way in between Jordyn and her friends. Making her smile fade into an annoyed frown, the thought of her ex boyfriend who dumped her for someone else, being brought back to her mind.

"Yes, of course. After all, she's the one that will have to deal with his..BULLSHIT!" She answered, the last word coming out as a dark hiss. Making Heather laugh a bit. "Well, if you need help getting back at him. We'll all help." She said patting Jordyn's head that was at least inch shorter.

Jorydn smiled a little nodding before continuing to her friend. Things like that was one of the great things about being an UnSeelie, once you were in, you were in and anyone who bothered you, bothered the whole group. Once she got over to Amber she was hugged tightly, as Amber went on about they could finally be roommates. Before she explain that she was already put in with someone else the music started playing getting everyone's attention.

"Come on Jordyn, lets dance!" Amber said grabbing ahold of Jordyn's hand before she could refuse. This was the one thing she hated Amber, she was annoying and always wanted to room with her. Jordyn's dress swirled as she was pulled to the floor, and right into the slut that stole her boyfriend. The drink the girl was drinking spilling all over her. As the people around her started laughing at her embarrassment, she could need herself from crying. Jerking her hand from her friend she ran towards the bathroom.

Billie allowed herself to watch Alex for a few moments before she downed the rest.of her drink. She moved her hand in a bit of an odd fashion, but soon her brother's flask came into it. However, this one was different than the one he had poured into her drink and when she opened.it she smiled. Whiskey.

"Oh, he knows me all too well." She said, and she headed over to the drink table and selected another cup of punch, pouring the flask's contents into it before she turned to see Logan. It wasn't often that demons and vampires interacted with each without some gauntlet being thrown. However, Logan was civil, and his dog was no where.in sight. She half chuckled.at the thought before she walked over to him.

"I see the lost puppy is lost again, hm?" She said, her eyes scanning the room. If either group saw them talking to each other it could be a little messy, but Billie always had a purpose for going "behind enemy lines."

"Anyway, Alex was looking for you earlier. One of the new... um... I believe he said wind elementalists was giving you eyes earlier." She motioned her head in the direction of a.girl with platinum blonde locks and bright green eyes. "Take it or leave it."

She moved to walk away bit looked over her shoulder one last time. Logan did look good, but vampire charm didn't work on her. No supernatural charm did, her angelic half made her immune to it. "By the way, you're looking a little too good to waste it." She commented before heading.off, taking a sip of her drink and sitting in one of the empty chairs. She watched as a girl ran off the dance floor, others laughing at her.

With a snap of her fingers, Billie willed her hell hounds to flank her sides, looking directly at one girl. The one who had started laughing at the girl near immediately stopped. She was one.of Alex's ex girlfriends that had the pleasure of seeing Blaze and Storm get very angry.

Billie gave a satisfied smirk and saw as Blaze laid her head in her paws and watched as Storm sat himself up straight, allowing Billie to pet him. Blaze was the one who, though loyal to her, would leave Billie's side for Alex. Storm on the other hand, near never left Billie's side. "Go Blaze." She whispered her command and with a snap of her fingers her hound seemingly disappeared. It was a cloaking thing she had.learned.near the end of last year.

Billie continued to pet Storm, not knowing that someone was making their way towards her.

--

Alex was actually not all too pleased with himself. This girl, this succubus as he had found out, had been a.little too easy of game. Still, they were in a nearby linen closet, hands and.mouths.moving rather quickly. Still, score one.for Alex He guessed. He paused though, just as things began getting really hot and Natasha looked.to him. "What's wrong baby?" She asked, and he just moved his hand and straightened himself up before he saw a girl, moat.likely heading to the bathroom at a quick pace.

Now, what he found odd, was that he could sense Blaze following her, and she was.emitting a protective air. The girl wasn't a demon, and Billie normally wouldn't allow her hounds.to protect anyone outside a demon. It was peculiar. Alex found himself follow and he waved his hand where he felt Blaze and knocked on the door. "Excuse.me?" He asked through the door. "I saw you running into here, are you alright?"

He was.extremely curious now. His sister might have had a shift that caused her to want to protect the girl behind the door. After all, her mother was not only a guardian angel, but a seraphim. A high ranking angel. It wasn't unheard of for Billie any more to see things and act, but once they came.over she showed them the full extent of her demon half. And Alex was always there, making sure it didn't get out of hand.

Natasha was approaching, but Blaze made herself known and gave a snarl. "What the hell is this?" Natasha asked, backing up a bit.

"A hell hound. She's only a biter when commanded, though I don't think she likes you." Alex said with a shrug. "Guess that means you should head out."

Natasha let out a growl of her own before.storming off. She would fit in a Little too well in the succubus crowd. Once she was.gone.though, Alex stayed by the door, and waited.for.the girl to exit.

Blaze even calmed, sitting beside him and.allowing.him to pet her.

Logan watched from the drink table as the other students danced around on the floor looking like fools. Namely the bunch of new years that were dancing against the other vampires in his group, they were going to get a reputation of being easy quickly. Most of the vampires even the girls weren’t exactly subtle about who they slept with. With vampire charms it was like a game to them. With Logan, well it was still a bit of a game to him, seeing just who he could pick up, but at least he had the decency to keep some of it to himself. In this school it got around either way, but fifty percent of the time it wasn’t from him.

He smelt the whiskey and heard the click of high heels before Billie had even made her way towards him, looking out of the counter of his eye at her as she came closer. Normally if a demon walked up to him, he would be a bit more on his guard. The two groups hated each other, a spat that turned into a feud. There had even been a few times the Archmage and teachers had to pull them apart.

However, Logan had known both Alex and Billie before everything had happen. Whenever they weren't around their groups, they were civil to each other. Logan smirked at her question. "Maybe. Have you come to tie me back to my pole Billie?" He said with light chuckle, taking a sip of his drink as his eyes looked her over slowly before watching the room to make sure no one saw them talking.

Logan's gaze forwarded Billie’s direction, seeing the blonde his eyes flashed red for a moment. "It depends on if Lilly lets me get near one of her elemental friends." He answered frowning a bit referring to one of his many angry exes that he may or may not have cheated on. "Yeah, tell Alex thanks for me." He muttered more as an afterthought when Billie turned to leave not really paying attention to her anymore.

Though what she said next make him look back at her, his cocky smirk returning as he watched her walk away. Grabbing another cup of punch he made his way towards the group of elementals and leaned in whispering in the girl’s ear before luring her to the dance floor. Before the red head ran off of the floor, the group of shifters and a few others were laughing at her. In all honesty Logan almost went after himself, if it wasn’t for the girl already dancing up against him, already drunk.

--

Across the dance floor a tall blonde, Heather made her way other to where Billie was sitting a smile on her lips, until she got closer and noticed that she had out a hell hound with her. She had the pleasure, not to have had them after her before, she couldn’t help but a little nervous of going near them. “Billie! I hear that I missed you bringing some life into this party.” She said loudly her voice still soft and seductive showing her breed to be that of a Siren. Her eyes lingered a bit nervously as she took a seat not so close to her friend pulling a little on her trim of her black dress crossing her legs.

--

Jordyn was in such a rush in her embarrassment to get away from everyone, she couldn’t tell that something was following her as she ran to the girl’s bathroom. She was a mess, literally, the top of her dress had taken the most of the punch. So not only was the top of her dress wet, but also the bit of her skin that had been showing was stained the color of the punch and whatever alcohol had been mixed into it. Letting the door slam behind her, she checked all of the stalls making sure that they were empty before turning around and locking the door.

She allowed herself to sit on the floor and lean against the door crying, as someone knocked on the door asking if she was alright. Frowning she moved away from the door but didn’t open it, she had tried to go to one of the bathrooms farther away from the party so no one would notice or follow her. “I’m fine…please go away!” She yelled back through sobs hoping whoever it was would leave, the last thing she wanted was someone else laughing at her. She could hear another voice, that sounded female talking to the boy, although she wasn't able to hear what was being said through the door.

Jordyn only planned on being in the bathroom long enough to clean herself up and cry a little. Then she was going to head up to her room, and skip the rest of the party. However, as she sat on the floor, her blue eyes watching the shadow under the door, she realized whoever was on the other side still hadn't left. "Are you still out there?"

"If you're with that shapeshifting slut I swear..." She started as she stood opening door, figuring that whoever it was had followed her for Elizabeth. As soon as she opened the door though she stopped seeing Alex. When she saw the hound with him, she smiled a little. She said being one with nature on both sides she loved all animals, though she wasn't stupid enough to move towards it.

"Sorry, I didn't know you were who I was talking to. I'm fine." She said bloodshot and puffy eyes looking back up at him. Of course she knew very well who Alex was. She might not have been very popular but this was her second year here and she had learned about him and his sister at the beginning of her first year.

Billie's hand rested atop Storms head, gently for a moment as she petted him. He was hers and she was his. They had defended each other equally, and he had been Lucifer's personal hound for years before given to her, but it was also why she was so protective of him. Right after she had gotten him, her father blinded him. The only reason no one knew it was because of the hound's red eyes. She gave a gentle smile. "That's my boy." She whispered, but soon a voice caught her attention

She smirked. "About time, babe. God, could have really used your help in getting it started, but looks like what I dis worked, so what can I say?" She chuckled, Storm growling a bit before he composed himself again. A newbie vamp, both to the school and real life obviously, had just walked past. "Sh, baby. Its okay."

Billie turned her attention back to Heather. "So, how's things, dear? Still got your dog's on a leash or are they free for tonight?"

Billie and Heather's friendship was odd to say the least. Both popular, both a force to be reckoned with, and yet they didn't butt heads. Then again, Heather's natural allure held no affect on Billie, so she got to see the real her. And knew to be careful.

Soon a brunette just appeared on the other side.of Heather, her bright blue eyes shining and her lips smiling. Her dress being a bit more formal than the rest. "Well, hello ladies. Do I have the scoop for you two!" She said, and Billie rolled her eyes.

"What kind of scoop, Clarissa?" Billie asked.

"New guy. He's super sexy. Built with all sorts of tattoos and this awesome bit of facial hair that matches his ashy, chestnut hair. And his eyes are this unbelievable shade of hazel." She fanned herself with her hand to be a bit more dramatic. "He is a hottie, and from what I have gathered, quite literally. I think he's a pyro."

Billie thought for a moment before a guy came through the crowd, walking to them and Storm stayed calm even as Billie stood.

"Clary, baby, brush up on species. He's half fire drake, half demon." She said, and Clarrissa shot her a look.

"How do you know?" She quipped and soon the man dressed Rather sharply got up to them and Billie bit her lip, her eyes alight.

"And there She is." His voice was deep and Clarissa looked him up and down. "You're a hard one to find."

Billie shrugged. "I make my rounds. Its been a long time." She said, and she wrapped her arms.around him. Normally Billie wasn't at all affectionate or touchy feely, but for him it was different. "I misses you Adrian. Where you been?"

He chuckled, and the song turned slow. "Dance with me and we'll talk?"

Billie let him guide her out onto the dance floor, and soon Clarissa looked to Heather and leaned against a nearby seat. "Tell me you just saw what I did. I've seen her turn down the hardest players in the game, but this guy walks in and she's all... touchy feely, I gotta know who this guy is."

--

Alex waited on the other side of the door for a while, and when her voice came he spoke up. "Yeah." He answered and when she came out he saw punch all over her skin and dress and.promptly took off his jacket, draping it over her. He may have been a player in some respects, but he always took time to be a gentleman too. Besides, whatever happened had already happened and there was.no point in it being addressed again. He offered his arm to her after waving his hand.

"Don't worry about it. I didn't make.myself known." He said, and once they were on their way back into the ballroom Blaze moved.behind them, watching their every move with intent. "And don't worry about Blaze. She seems to like you."

Soon he turned his head back and saw Blaze disappearing, and when they reentered the ballroom, the song was still fast paced, but ready to change. Then Alex saw it and his eyes glazed over black. Adrian Desmond. His sister might have liked him, but he was.bad news. Billie had been ready to attempt to let her angelic half out, but not after him. He.made her darker. Granted, yes, she was.one of the strongest and most talented demonic powers he had come across, But the two mixed never went well.

"Sonofabitch." He cursed under his breath. He Hated Adrian, of course, the two in combat was an unfair fight because Adrian was half Dragon. He could control fire from birth, it was a skill Alex had recently developed. Well within the last century recently. His eyes turned.black and.remained that way for a while until the.tempo changed and.for the brief.moment He forgot, he remembered that there was a pretty red head with him.

He calmed himself quickly and gave the girl a dazzling smile. "I'm terribly sorry to have forgotten my manners. I'm Alex, and I was wondering if I could have this dance." He said to her, giving a charming smile. He looked away for a.moment and caught eyes with Logan, but it was only so brief. Mainly because he found himself paying better attention to the red head he had.found in the bathroom.

"So," he finally had to ask. "Who pissed you off enough to lock yourself in the bathroom? Probably a good thing you put a door between the two of you."

The doors opened widely as Jackie entered the ballroom, two other girls, Violet and Emily following closely behind her. Her dress reaching down to her heels, and her blonde hair pulled up into a ponytail. Looking around the dance floor until catching sight of Logan dancing with some new little blonde tart, making her roll her eyes. She wasn’t really the jealous type, but Logan was her roommate and hook up when he couldn’t get another date. Violet went over to the drink table she met eyes with Devin sitting by himself instead of dancing, she couldn’t help but feel bad for the little personal suck up of her group.

Usually hooking up with first years was below her, so she refused to come the last few years. Logan was busy dancing with the blonde that Billie had told him about, and didn’t even notice the fact that Jackie had come to the party this year. Until Jackie grabbed ahold of the girl Logan dancing with pulling her away from him. “You really should go find someone other than my boyfriend to dance with.” She whispered in the girl’s ear a mix between a growl and hiss in Jackie’s words as she spoke them.

“What the fuck is your problem Jackie.” Logan said angrily as he watched the girl run away, the music changing tempo. Frowning Logan caught eyes with Alex for a moment before Jackie moved close to him, her arms wrapping around his neck like they were a couple. “I wanted to dance and clearly that little trap doesn’t know how.” Jackie said smiling up at him, when he didn’t start moving she frowned eyes turning red. “Get off your high horse and dance with me, or you’ll have to see if you can crash with Devin tonight.” Logan hissed a little before starting to dance gritting his teeth, knowing she would actually lock him out.

--

"Sorry love, I was a little busy. I wish I could have been here watch though." She said as a vamp walked by in front of them. She couldn't help but laugh a bit watching the boy jump and hiss at the hound before quickly walking away. Most of the Sirens didn't really have a thing against the vampires, Heather just didn't care for the girls who tried to suck up her guys. "Things are better now that I'm back. Summer was boring as hell, it gets rather tiring luring sailors to their death." She said frowning a bit, before laughing when Billie asked about her dogs.

"Most of them are free for tonight. You give them too much attention and they start getting stupid you know?" She added smirking a bit.

If she were talking to anyone else she likely wouldn't have been so blunt. However, she knew well that her lies and allure didn't seem to fool Billie. She knew just manipulative Heather could be, and Heather knew well not piss Billie off, or try to date Alex. "Hey Thomas!" She yelled her voice demanding under her lure, getting the attention of one of the boys dancing. She typed her fingers against her cup and he stopped dancing with his hook up to head over to the drink table. Heather turned her attention back to Billie. "Isn't he a cute little thing?"

She jumped a little bit when Clarissa just appeared beside her. "I hate when you do that."

Heather rolled her eyes a bit at Clarissa's attempt to be more dramatic. Though when the new guy made his way towards them, Clarissa's eyes weren't the only ones looking him up and down. "Damn." She whispered looking at Clarissa, in looking at her Heather had a clear view of Alex and his red head. She looked back at Clarissa and nodded. “I’d like to see someone that wouldn’t go with that hottie. Though if I wanted to find something out. I’d go to someone maybe…closer than me.” Heather said softly her eyes lingering on Alex before Thomas came back with her drink.

--

Jordyn smiled softly as he draped his coat over her and offered her his arm. She hesitated for a moment before taking his arm, not sure if she wanted to go back to the ballroom. Her glaze went back to the hell hound when he brought her up. "I'm not, I have a way with animals." Jordyn said shrugging her shoulders a bit as they headed back to the ballroom together. When they reentered the room Jordyn's eyes swept over the crowded room to make sure people weren't still laughing about her. As well as to see if Elizabeth was still here. It seemed like there were more drunk people now than when she had left.

The music was about to change tempo and she looked up at him, hearing him cuss under his breath. Before looking in the same direction as he was, though she had no idea what she was actually looking at. When he looked back at her she had an confused look on her face. Alex's words made her smile again though, asking if he could have a dance. She almost told him that he didn't have to dance with her. After all would want to dance with a punch soaked mess like her?

"Well, since you asked so nicely. Hold on." She chuckled softly, before letting go of his arm so that she could put her arms through the jacket that he had draped over her, not even noticing when he looked away from her. "Don't want to get you wet, Alex. My name is Jordyn by the way." She said looking back up at him, before moving closer to him and putting her hand on his shoulder.

"Elizabeth Tanner, and she's the one that is pissed at me. I locked myself in the bathroom to stop people from laughing at me more." Jordyn answered his question frowning her eyes narrowing slightly before looking back at him with a smile. "Do you remember last year when someone tie dyed Elizabeth's hair, and every time she shifted she looked like a tie dye stuffed animal?" Jordyn asked a wide smile spreading across her lips remembering the reaction to her little prank she had played to get back at the girl that stole her crappy boyfriend and the fact the teachers never caught her. If Jordyn had actually been in better terms with him, Elizabeth likely would have gotten a lot worse.

To her surprise Jordyn was actually enjoying the slow dance they were sharing. Although normally she didn't care for dancing, perhaps it was because of the handsome man she was dancing with, or the fact he actually knew how to lead and she was actually starting to cheer up. "You know, you're really good at dancing." She said after a moment of awkward quietness. "Do you often dance with strangers you meet crying on the bathroom?"

Clarissa cast a sidelong glance over to Heather as she seated herself beside her. Closer than Heather wasn't hard to figure out, but Clarissa and Alex never actually talked. He was cute, but most of the time they were playing on the same team which made the girls she liked slim pickings. Though, she wouldn't lie, she did ever so often veer to men, but they were less interesting.

"Fratenize with the enemy? Hmmm..." Clarissa joked, looking over his dance partner. "His partner is kinda cute though." She said, and she disappeared, and when she reappeared she grabbed the nearest person's hand and drug them with her over to Alex and his girl.

"My, My such a sharp looking couple." She smirked and Alex looked over to her as she eyed up Jordyn. "Darling, I love your hair. Is it a natural shade because it looks absolutely delicious on you?"

Alex chuckled a bit at Clarissa antics. "You must be the famous Clary?" He asked. She gave a look. "What do you want?"

"That yummy piece of demon-fire drake ass dancing with your sister. You two know him I presume? I need to know now so I don't cross any lines with her." She asked, barely paying mind to the person She was dancing with.

Alex's eyes flashed black. "Take him and keep him for all I care." He hissed. "Now go, trying to have a good time with Miss Jordyn here." He said turning his attention back to the red head and Clarissa rolled her eyes before disappearing. She reappeared by Heather again.

"Oh, darling, we have to know now. Alex hates him, and he's the.calm one. Billie so has to tell us. I'm off to the courtyards, join the fun when you're ready." With that Clarissa winked and was gone again.

--

Billie felt at home in Adrian's presence and she gave a smile. "Its been an age since I've seen you." Adrian said, and Billie looked down a bit.

"Three ages actually, but whose counting?" She asked, her pendant taking on a darker glow than normal. Adrian looked over her face and moved a hand to her cheek briefly.

"You chose the path, I followed it." He told her and she sighed.

"I wasn't going to leave Alex. The fact you two made me choose was hard enough, but my brother over you... I went with Tim in, and you have to admit, Alex has you beat there." Billie pointed out. "I don't get your deal with each other, but I'm going to tell you, a lot has changed since I saw you last. And you have a lot to make up for."

Adrian smirked. "Of course, love. You've always been my number one."

Billie gave a playful smirk. "Lie to me again, and I'll sic Storm on you."

The two chuckled which caused a few dancing couples around them to look. Billie Sanders? Happy? It was a near foreign concept it seemed.

Soon Billie leaned closer into him as they danced and when the music stopped He draped an arm over her and she led him towards Alex and Jordyn, at least she was sure that was her name. "Love? What are we doing?"

"Quit calling me love, Adrian, and we're going to invite them out to the courtyard with us. So you two are going to sit down.civilly," she began her eyes blackening. "Or so help me I'll exorcise you both."

Adrian smirked. "Alright, B. I'll be civil."

Billie nodded. "Good."

--

Alex waited the moment Jordyn took and smiled as they began dancing. "Well thank you for accepting then." He said, and when she spoke he laughed and gave her a wicked grin. "That was priceless. I was waiting for the day someone got her. That bitch is crazy." He.said, and then he looked away. "Back before vampires and demons hated each other Billie had to scare her away from Logan. God, you'd think a shifter wouldn't be afraid of another animal as much as she was afraid of Blaze." He chuckled.

Then her next question made him sigh. "Not normally, no. Normally I'm a stick in the mud and waiting for the courtyard.bonfires to start, which they should be soon. Or, and I'll be honest, I find other ways to occupy my time." He said. "This year I think it's about time for a change. Some shit different day kind of thing, you know?"

And enter Clarissa, and after their brief.conversation Alex turned his full attention back to Jordyn. "Sorry about that. Clarissa is a good friend of Billie's." He explained. "Anyway, do you want to come out to the courtyard after this? It's a lot quieter than in here?" He asked and when the song ended, he noticed Billie and Adrian approaching. He eyed Billie when they got there, but Billie smiled.

"Hello, hello." She said, "I'm Billie, Alex's sister, and this is my friend Adrian. Want to join us? We're heading to the.courtyard."

Alex gave a look which made Billie's eyes blacken. "For Lucifer's sake, Alexander. Both of you need to get over whatever the hell it was that happened between you. I'm asking for one night." Her pendant was growing darker still. "One fucking night, is that really too much to ask?"

Alex held up a hand. "Go on, if I don't Come down now, I'll be by later." He said, "Besides, I do have the.lovely Miss Jordyn to worry about too." He said, and Adrian chuckled.

"Yeah, can't burn too much." He said, and Billie snapped her fingers and watched as Adrian began gasping for air.

"Billie, enough." Alex said. Billie released her.mental hold and Adrian took in a deep breath.

"I was.joking." Adrian coughed.

"You two have a long history of taking.jokes personally. Behave or I will make you behave. You savvy?" She asked as her eyes.returned.to normal, and her pendant returned.to a.slightly less dark state. "Hope to see you both out there."

Alex watched as Billie and Adrian walked.off. "I'm sorry, normally she's not like that. Adrian and I don't get along, but when he's around her... she's different. If you don't want to head.out there, we don't have to." He explained before Justin clapped his shoulder. Alex.focused a bit and Justin's soon red hand.moved away quickly.

"Damn it Alex." He hissed. He then looked. "Oh, my bad bro, come out to the courtyard though. They've got a huge bonfire going. Even got stuff.to make.smores you weird ads bastard."

Alex.sighed a.bit, and Blushed. Hey, He was in human form, he did like smores. A bit of a vice actually. But it embarrassed him because He was known around as a demon badass, but letting any bit of human out was a little embarrassing to him.

As soon as the song was over Logan reached his hands up and pulled Jackie's arms away from around his neck. While he usually might enjoy the attention from the little queen of his group. He knew damn well what she was trying to do, scare off any girl that showed interest in him so that she wouldn't be alone tonight.

He headed out to the bonfire hoping to catch up with the girl that got scared away, as many of the others were getting drinks or standing around talking. As he got to the courtyard his eyes caught the sight of Devin learned against the wall whispering softly in the blondes ear. The girl was by now so drunk she could hardly stand up straight.

"Devin. What the hell man!" Logan said roughly his eyes red.

"You let her walk away to dance with Jackie. That makes her fair game. You can have her when I'm done." Devin answered with a bit of smile has the girl slapped his chest jokingly.

Logan looked at Jackie frowning who had followed him out. He was this close to not only getting laid but also having a meal tonight. "You own me a bottle Jackie." He hissed talking about the little viles of blood that he often had to get from Molly before walking towards the bonfire.

Jackie rolled her eyes following him again. "I don't owe you anything. If you want a meal maybe you should have picked someone better."

"Why don't you go be a bitch with the other mutts, Jackie." He said angrily a little bit louder. Jackie growled grabbing hold of his arm. "I know you're hungry. So I'll forget you just said that to me." She whispered darkly in his ear. Before pulling him towards the small bit of their group already there.

--

Heather really hadn't even bother to look much at Alex's date until Clarissa said she was cute. "She looks your type too, love." She said taking a sip of her drink as Clarissa disappeared. Heather smiled to herself, now she could figure out who this guy was without having to do any work herself. Or worrying about the aftermath if Billie got pissed about being questioned.

Sitting her drink on the floor she grabbed ahold of Thomas and pulled him on to the dance floor. A few of the guys giving her partner a dirty look. Normally she would sit with Billie and use this time to look over the fresh meat, not to mention it kept her guys from fighting as much. However, she would be damned if she would be the only one sitting around instead of dancing.

Clarissa wasn't gone quite as long as Heather thought she would be. When she appeared beside her again, Thomas jumped and she frowned at how easily scared her new boy toy was. "Really?" She said looking behind her at Alex before nodding again. "Alright I'll see you out there." Heather answered as she disappeared again. As soon the music ended she made her way to the bonfire Thomas following close behind her.

--

Jordyn smirked when he complemented her work. "Thank you. I wish it would have lasted longer though." She said as he looked away from her. "Really? Hmm maybe I should get myself a dog." She laughed softly. Avoiding the fact that she knew who Logan was quite well. Jordyn raised an eyebrow at Alex when he said that he was a stick in the mud.

The second part of what he said seemed more believable. He was handsome and a gentleman towards her, what girl would turn that down? "That's hard to imagine." Jordyn pulled away her eyes looking him up and down before moving closer again a mischievous grin on her face. "You're cute and good at dancing. I'll dance with you next time if you don't have a girlfriend by then, of course." She said with a bright smile on her face. For the most part, she was trying to cheer him up a little after seeing how he reacted to her question.

Alex's words about this year time for being the time for a change made her nod. "That sounds like a good way to look at it. It’s what I'm actually hoping for, that this year is much better than last." She said before they were interrupted. Jordyn turned her head towards the brunette in time to see the girl finish looking her up.

A blush played on Jordyn face as the girl flirted with her a little, she had never been into girls, though the nymph side of her reveled in any complements she got about her looks. “Yes it is and thank you.” She answered before Alex started laughing and asked what Clary wanted, Jordyn didn’t miss the way he hissed at Clary, nor the tenseness in his hold on her when they continued to dance before the girl disappeared.

At the mention of the courtyard Jordyn was the one to tense up a bit, she knew about the bonfire that they always had at the end of the party. Though she had never done to it, in fact the Arch mage had warned her not to go. Not only because of the fact that she way a forest dwelling creature, but because her powers were set around nature. “You mean you want to go to the bonfire?” She asked as the song ended looking away from him. “I’m not really…” She started before his sister came up to them.

“Hello.” She said timidly before giving a tight smile at her friend. She was about to answer before Billie started yelling at Alex, making Jordyn’s eyes widen a bit quietly watching their interaction. Though when Billie started chocking Adrian she gasped a little bit moving a bit closer to Alex.

Her eyes warily watched the door even after Billie and Adrian left, and Alex started to apologize for his sister. "Is he the one that Clary girl was talking about that got you all upset then? He's scary looking." She said looking back at him, fear creeping in her voice. Though it was because she had been afraid of his sister before meaning her. How she was terrified. Alex said that they didn't have to go outside, and Jordyn frowned looking at the door again. She really didn't want to, but at the same time she was afraid of what would happen if they didn't. His friend coming up and talking about how huge the fire was didn't help her nerves either.

No, she couldn't do this! She couldn't go and watch as they burned the wood from the trees, she couldn't bring herself to listen to the screams that came from the plants they cared nothing about. She turned to look at Alex to tell him that she couldn't go. Though she caught his blush at the mention of s'mores, and it stopped her. He had helped her when she was embarrassed, he didn't have to dance with her but did. Plus his blush was really kind of cute.

"Yeah, I'll go to the bonfire with you, I've never been to one. Though can we not sit to close to the fire?" She said offering a smile. "I'm an unseelie nymph and burning nature bothers me a little." She added bitting her lip a bit and looking at him. She wasn't going to go very far in details of how it did, because surely he would think she was crazy. Even some of her friends thought she was. As they headed outside Jordyn looked at Alex. "So...s'mores?" She said with a grin. "They any good? Never had one."

When Clarissa got out to the courtyard where the large bonfire was, she noted that it was only the Arch Mage and his assisstant, Deandro, there. It wasn't odd per say, but normally the Arch Mage just lit the fire and was.gone, so Clarissa decided not to make herself known and stay invisible. Partly because the Arch mage looked a bit troubled, and partly because she wanted to be nosy.

"The students will be out here soon" Deandro pointed out, his bright eyes watching the fire. He would eventually take over as Arch Mage, once it was deemed he was ready.

"I'm fully Aware." The arch mage spoke, the troubled look deepening. This drew Clarissa in closer, and she made sure to stay far enough away to be off his radar.

"Have you heard anything back from Lucifer?" Deandro asked, and the Arch Mage nodded.

Lucifer? Clary thought, but soon she was back to listening.

"Six more cages have been opened since last month. That brings us up to 13 now, and he can't find.a way to stop them from opening. Its something to do with how they are binding.themselves to the human vessels. Lucifer may be coming here soon. He's more worried about this than I am. But my plan still stands. The.one cage neither of us wanted to open did." He sighed, rubbing his chin. "This survival test is now necessary, especially now with Azrael free."

"Azrael as in-"

"Unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before he finds his way here. As much as I hate it, you, the teachers, and I won't be able to atop him alone. He's too strong." The Arch Mage closed his eyes now. "And according to Lucifer, Azrael may only be second.in command which means we have other problems to address."

"But I thought Azrael was the most evil. He's been in the cage nearly as long as the school has been opened, and that's been centuries!" Deandro exclaimed, and the Arch Mage hushed him.

"Hush Deandro, Lucifer has his suspicions, but the one who he thinks it is hasn't been let free yet. So he's revealing the cage as we speak, just in case." He said, and soon there was some talking in the distance.

"I suppose we'll finish this later, the students are coming." Deandro said, and once the group's came out, the Arch Mage and.Deandro went in. It was then Clary materialized.

Azrael? she thought. Billie and Alex knew more about demons than most of their peers, being as Billie and Lucifer were so close, but there was something else gnawing at her. A survival test. That sounded all too ominous for its own good.

Clarissa's mind shifted, however, ounces he caught sight of Logan, and by the look on his face he needed rescued from Jackie Enderman. Oh, Clarissa could do something about that. She smirked and reappeared between the two.

"And who is this luscious piece here? You're looking awfully good to waste on these ungrateful bastard, my love." Clarissa focused on Jackie, and even took her hand in bot of hers. "Oh, me Amor! Honor me with thine beauty! And perhaps later we could get to know each other on more than a first name basis." She gave a dazzling smile, "could show you just what a real woman could do, oh vampiress queen!"

A few people giggled as Clarissa moved down to one knee. "Would you do me the honor of sharing such a beautiful night with me? Though not as beautiful as yourself."

A few vampires laughed this time, but the.loudest bit came from the side where Billie was sitting. "Oh, you get it girl! Tame that beast!" She whistled and Clary.polite, breaking her form. Billie knew the signs all too well.

"Oh come on! Won't save me from the uggos, and won't let me have a chance with this.fine piece of ass either? You're killing me!" Clarissa whined a bit dramatically. She noted that some of the vampires were leaving, going on about it being lame.out there anyway. She then caught sight of Heather, Alex, and Jordyn and a smile came.upon her face. Now if they could keep Logan around, and maybe get some blood.in him, the could really party.

--

Once Billie and Adrian began on their way to the courtyard, Adrian found himself Stil rubbing his sore neck. Soon he.looked down to Billie who was walking with an air of confidence she never used to have. He remembered the girl from so long ago, who didn't dare use her powers against anyone, which he found odd for a demon. Then, again, She had always said that she and Alex were trying to lay low, so it made more sense to him now than it did then. Still, she was so different now, and.it made him wonder. "I see you weren't kidding about things have changes. You've definitely gotten stronger." He commented, his hand moving away from his throat. "Normally demonic holds are.hard to keep on me."

Billie gave a shrug before she looked up at him as they entered the courtyards. "What can I say? I toughened up. I had to. Alex and I weren't on speaking terms, and he can't always fight my battles for me, so I went back to hell for a while and Lucifer trained me. Of course, this was right after you left, so yeah... 30 years in hell with Lucifer wasn't a bad option."

"Lessons from Lucifer?" He asked, and Billie nodded.

"Yeah. He practically adopted me as his own." She answered ,and soon Clarissa's antics began and Billie smiled. Though it didn't stop Adrian from noticing the glares she was receiving from the group of vampires across from them.

"What's up with that? Demons and.vampires normally get along famously." He quipped, and Billie rolled her eyes a bit after shouting out to Clary.

"Its not that hard to figure out, Adrian. I dated one of them ,we were together for. A while, he tried to feed on me, I freaked and set Storm and Blaze.on him. Of course, this slimy little bastard went around telling everyone that I was sleeping around and in a psychotic rage I set my hounds on him," Adrian's face soured as she spoke, "so, once word got to Alex, He attacked, and thus blood feud ensues."

"Where is the little prick? I'll roast him." His eyes took on a fiery glow, and she could see.his veins changing.colors.

"Relax, Adrian. He's.not worth the energy, besides, he.stays away." Billie assured, and though she could see his veins return to normal, when he exhaled a stream of smoke came.out. she shook her head. "Temper."

He gave her a look and shook his head this time. "You should mind yours too. I thought I was a hot head. Shit, I'd be afraid to be.put up against you."

Billie smirked, as she thought, if you only knew the half of it.

She shifted her.line of sight and first saw Heather with Alex and.Jordyn not too far behind and she lifted her hand and waved before turning to Adrian. "Mind getting me and Heather drinks? Would prefer you and Alex be in close proximity with a cooler head."

Adrian nodded and got up, but before he left he placed a.kiss to her cheek and she brought her hand up to her skin. A small smile came over her face, but she quickly reconposed herself when Heather got to her. "Babe, you missed Clary go full theatrics with Bitchpire." Billie quipped her eyes motioning over to the fading scene. "Anyways, enjoying the fun?"

Her eyes.looked over to Alex and Jordyn who were busting themselves with the smores stuff. "My brother is so lame."

Clarissa finally appeared beside them. "Not to all the girls I like." She said, and Billie shook her head. "You know I hate being blunt dear, but you, Adrian, Alex? Sounds like a good story to tell."

Billie rolled eyes. "Its been ages.since we've all been around each other. Granted it ended ugly between them, but hey, it's in the past." She said, and Clarissa gave her a look. "I was young ad vulnerable, barely able to keep a telekinesis hold on anything if thay tells.you anything, and then I met Adrian. He and I clicked, but the there was telling accident and he and.Alex never really saw eye to eye after. They use to be close, but then it all went up in smoke. Alex would be able to tell you more on it than I would. I just know I had to choose and I chose blood. Now topic drop, please, don't want to scarring Alex's date like I nearly did a bit ago." This earned her.another look.

--

Alex watched the.look on Jordyn's face and he was about.to tell her.it was okay, but then Justin came up and had to say something. He knew.he was blushing, but when Jordyn spoke, he gave me a small smile. "Smores? You've really.never had.one? It's a human thing where they roast marshmallows and stick it between two Graham crackers with chocolate. A little odd, but they are delicious." He chuckled. "Wow, I do sound kind of lame when I talk about.it?"

He laughed a little and offered his arm to her again, and once they made their way into the courtyard the scene with Clary and Jackie was coming to a close, so he just brought Jordyn over to the smores table while Adrian headed back in, leaving Billie with her friends, and he watched the vampire crowd start to thin more. Good, No cause for a blood bath for now. He took up one of the metal fork things that rested on the table and put two marshmallows on and he.made one.up for Jordyn too.

"Here since going by the fire might not be wise." He said, and he held out his hand and with a bit of concentration a s glowing orb of blue, yellow, and orange flames appeared, becoming only large.enough for Jordyn to roast over. "Normally, I can't get the flames to stay this.small, but I worked on it a lot over the summer. As demons.get older, they develop more.skills." he explained, "Helps when the Arch Mage let's you stay over the summer too."

He watches the flame glow and focused a bit and watches as his fork thing levitate over the flames he had in his hand. He didn't show this to everyone, simply because his control was often times subparagraph and he could only hold it for so long. But he dint want to hirt, nor scare the girl before him.

"If you want, after this we can just say some hi, how are yous and head back in, or walk around the other.courtyards. it's a little darker, but at least it's quieter." He said, looking at her over the flame in his hand before he heard something bang.

He looked.up and saw some fireworks overhead abd when he looked away, he saw the Dragon crowd was doing it. He smiled a bit, "Theye crazy." He chuckled, but he saw how pretty the.colors were and soon he saw.one.of them take form and fly up through the fireworks with a bit of Brutish grace. At least it was calm for now.

He.notice Adrian making hos way back with two drinks and one was place in Billie's hand the.other in Heather 's. He gave a bit of a head shake and He allowed the fire.in his hand.to die.once the marshmallows roasted. He didn't want Adrian to see.and think he needed to show off. that got him in trouble last time. "So, tell me what it's like.being a natural creature, seeing as demons are unnatural it would be nice to hear what it's like from the.other side."

Secretly he envied.creatures like that because he would never know what it's like.

Jackie had pulled Logan over to sit with the other vampires, her little lackeys Violet and Emily following behind Violet holding Jackie’s drink, handing to her as she sat down on the other side of the little queen. Logan let out a low hiss as Emily went to sit on the other side of him, making her go sit beside Violet. It was all he could do not to pull Jackie off of his arm and throw her into the fire. No, he shook his head a little trying to regain control. Normally he had better control of himself then he felt he had now, it was the hunger that was getting to him, and he wasn’t himself. Quiet, withdrawn, and angry that is what thirst done to him. When it was really bad it caused him to go back to his violent nature, though he never wanted to let it get that way. He usually carried a few bottles of blood with him in case.

He was so far out of it that he didn’t even smell the familiar perfume until he was being pushed over by the person wedging between him and Jackie. His red eyes shot open looking beside him to see Clary sitting beside him, as she started flirting with Jackie taking her hand. What the hell even was that shit she was talking? Though he smiled realizing what was happening, this wasn’t the first time she had pulled something like this.

Jackie looked at Clarissa has she gone on after taking her hand frowning. “What the hell are you even talking about?” She said trying to jerk her hand away only for Clarissa to smile at her and say she could show her just what a real woman could do. “Go away!” Jackie growled at her jerking her hand away. As Jackie looked around in horror as she realized everyone was watching them, it was embarrassing enough before Clarissa got down on her knee. Though now she heard people giggling and Logan was already quietly laughing beside her. How even the other vampires where laughing as well as the demons on the other side. Billie Sanders yelling out to Clarissa egging her on.

Logan was the only vampire that didn’t glare across at Billie, his red eyes glancing over at her across the fire before laughing harder as Clary yelled back.

By the time that Clarissa had finished yelling back some of the other vampires had started to leave while others were still laughing even Violet and Emily, who stopped when Jackie stood up and looked down at them. When Clarissa turned Jackie slapped her across the face yelling at her to fuck off before storming away back inside embarrassed, Violet and Emily quickly following behind her.

Logan watched them walk away, before looking up at Clary smirking despite how withdrawn he was feeling right now. “Thanks, beautiful.” He said before looking at where Jackie slapped her. “You need me to get you some ice?” He asked, Clary was like a little sister to him, they were rather close despite the fact they didn’t hang out as much with him not supposed to be around Billie. When she got up and walked away he sat looking around more of his group leaving because it was lame or they had dates. Before sighing and getting up to go look for Molly.

--

As Heather made her way outside Jackie Endman pushed her out of the way growling as she did. “Watch where you’re going bitch.” Heather hissed lowly only getting a growl in response. She turned to see Billie wave her over and waved back making her way towards her. Oh she saw the kiss that Adrian placed on Billie’s cheek, as well as the smile that was on Billie’s face before she had chance to hide it. As Adrian passed her eyes roamed over him again before looking away and at Billie.

She laughed lightly. “Awe too bad, I was wondering what got stuck up her ass this time.” She looked around her for Thomas before frowning and sitting down, he was with her a moment ago. She looked over at Billie and smirked. “Not as much as you seem to be love, I saw that little kiss.” She teased before the subject got changed making Heather smile again before looking at Alex and his date and Clarissa appeared.

Heather gave Billie a look as Clarissa did when she didn’t answer the question, the whole answer was so much better. “Oh god what you do to the poor girl?” Heather asked laughing just a little when Billie said she scared Alex’s date. Clearly the hounds weren’t set on her, as she was over at the smore table, instead of hiding in a corner somewhere.

When Adrian reappeared Heather looked up at him as he handed her a glass of punch and smile. “Oh, um thanks love.” She said her voice full of allure as she took it from him, not even remembering asking for a drink. She lifted the glass up and smelt it more out of habit and trust issues, because she didn’t know Billie asked him to get it for her. She looked across Billie at him. “You didn’t happen to see a little black haired boy in there getting his ass kicked did you?” She said frowning before looking at Billie. “I seemed to have lost my new little toy.”

--

When they made their way out to the court yard Clary was being told to fuck off by the tall blonde girl behind her. Though Jordyn didn’t really see very much of it before Alex lead her over to the s’mores table, avoiding her being so rudely bumped into as Heather was. She smiled a little as he made up the metal fork before taking it from him, her eyes looking over at the bonfire not quite sure how they were going to roast the marshmallows without getting too close to the fire. She looked back at Alex as he spoke holding his hand out, small flames appearing as he did so. Jordyn’s smile widened a little bit looking up at him, if she didn’t think it would look a little bit weird she would have waved her hand over it to see if it was hot like real flames. She wasn’t actually afraid of the fire, only bothered by the fact they were burning a living thing to fuel it.

Holding the fork over the flames she really wasn’t paying as much attention to the marshmallows as much she was to him as he explained about demons learning their skills. “That’s really cool.” She said looking back down at the marshmallows on her fork. “Faeries don’t really develop new skills, as much as gain better control over what they are born with.” She said watching as he levitated his folk over the fire she smirked and moved her folk out of the way a little so he could roast his.

"That sounds good to me." She said looking over the flames at him. Though there weren’t any of her friends that would be out here, she wasn't going to keep him from saying hi to his. "It's so nice out, let’s walk around after." She added before the bangs from the fireworks started. She was actually having fun with Alex and didn't really want to go back inside yet.

The fireworks were so pretty. It made her happy that she had come outside with Alex after all or else she would have to watch them from her room window. She hadn’t seen Alex look way from the fireworks back towards the bonfire still watching the pretty colors, when he let the fire die out she looked back down at him before giving a soft blush at how easily she forgot who was with because of the lights. She picked up a couple of gram crackers and a piece of chocolate, sliding one of the marshmallows off the fork between the crackers and held it out to him.

Jordyn smiled when he asked about being natural, she wasn’t really sure if she could be called natural being a hybrid, though she might have been to a demon like him. “Technically speaking I’m not natural.” She said as she made herself a smore. “I’m more of a forest dweller so, it’s a little lonely expect for when I’m here to be honest. I prefer the Unseelie so I don’t have a lot of dealings with other creatures other than animals. Unless the humans, Nymphs or Seelie come into the part of the forest we are in. However, they aren’t as welcome to the outsiders in the forest as the one here, so I am a bit of an outcast. The nature is nice and relaxing though, nothing like here. Compared to here it’s boring.” She laughed a bit looking around at the people around them.

“On the plus side it helps my powers grow quicker.” She let her hand fall towards the ground it looked like a sparkle of light came from her fingertips falling to ground before the grass grew over the patch of dirt they were standing over, a few daisies growing through the grass despite the darkness. She bent over the flower dropping in her hand and she put it in her hair before she stood up and smiled at him. She could do a lot more but she wasn’t one to show off. “How about you? What is it like to be a demon?” She asked taking a bite of her smore.

The slap connected, but Clary watched as Jackie stormed off pretending that it hurt. She was a spirit, and she only felt things when she wanted to. Unless they were other spirits or understood their anatomy. Obviously Jackie did not. Then Logan's voice came and she smiled. "Anytime. I finally see.why Billie calls her Bitchpire." She chuckled before waving her hand a bit. "And I'm fine, darling, promise. I'm a spirit, shes just lucky I even allowed it to connect."

She.paused a moment. "I'm going to see if Billie Will make the other demons clear out. Its always a riot when we're all together." She smiled. "You better come.if I do it."

With that she.moved and what ensued with Billie was nothing less than astonishing. Billie was the strongest demon she had ever seen. Period. Hearing her admit that it was back when she wasn't as strong made her wonder more. Adrian hadn't quite come back yet when Clarissa spoke. "Babe, can you shoo the losers? I want us.to have a real riot."

Billie smirked. "I suppose. Just have to let.Adrian adjust to him. I rather.like not torturing him."

Clarissa.rose a brow, and when Adrian came back he sat back down beside Billie, placing an arm around her. "I didn't actually. More focused on minding my temper. Fucking vamp bitches need to watch who they're talking to."

Billie tossed him a look before her eyes cast to Heather. "I can always send Justin and company on a toy hunt if you'd like." She offered but Clarissa spoke again.

"What were they saying?" She asked.

"Shit about Billie. No one talks Shit on her while I'm around." Adrian growled, his veins slightly glowing again as another stream of smoke escaped his lips.

Billie rolled her eyes. "They can hate on me all they want. Besides, if it came down to it, I could rip them to shreds effortlessly." She spoke, her hand.twisting and a flask flew from Alex's pocket. "Hell, with Blaze and Storm, my hands would never get dirty."

Adrian shook his head. "You shouldn't have to. They don't know you."

There was a brief moment where Billie and Adrian locked eyes, but Clarissa interjected. As hot as Adrian was, Clarissa felt something off about him. "Anyway, commence with the shooing, we need to have a really good.time."

Billie sighed, and she stood, heading over to the other demon crowd. "Boys, girls, scat." She said to them and they offered her a look.

"Why?" One asked, and Billie's eyes blackened.

"Its time for Blaze.and Storm to play, and I'm in a mood to allow them to use.you as chew.toys. Now, scat." She said, and with a snap of her fingers Blaze and Storm appeared again, snarling and growling and she watched a bit satisfied as they scattered. "Good boy, good girl."

Storm followed her back to the fire and Blaze ran over by Alex and Jordyn.

"Blaze leaves you now?" Adrian asked. "You've had her since she was young young."

Billie shrugged. "I'm giving her to Alex.for his birthday."

Clarissa then nearly tackled her in a hug. "Babe! You're so the best. Were going to have so much fun!! I'm off.to find Lo."

With thay Clarissa disappeared and Billie looked to Heather. "She's hiding something. She's too hyper."

Adrian looked confused, but Billie went on. "You think she's.getting ready for another week long disappearance?"

--

Alex hung on every word she said, barely.noticing the flask being removed from his pocket. Jordyn came from interesting lineage, and seeing her fingers sparkle made him smile. Then she asked him what it was like to be a demon. He paused, unsure how to answer. For a demon He spent very little.time.in hell. Only about two centuries, which was more than he allowed Billie when they were young. He really had to think.

"My experience has been far different than others. Billie and I left hell young. She couldn't have been.more than about 50, and I was maybe... I don't even remember, maybe 170. Our father, he tried to kill Billie, so I brought us here under Lucifer's discretion. He allows us back whenever. We just can't go near the cages. Our father has a way of corrupting that makes it difficult to come back from."

He explained, "Cages are meant to keep the really bad demons in, the ones who break our.laws. Our father broke a very sacred one. There are only about 50 cages now, but the numbers are on a rise, hence why the demon crowd is.so large here. But being a demon. Its different. Here I feel a bit confines, my true form is.much larger, but binding to a human form allows me.to remain on earth without negative repercussions. It has made my powers slightly weaker and harder to develop, but it was a conscious decision to remain on earth. So, we took the delays."

He opened his hand.again and shows the flame. "Billie, though younger than me is a lot stronger than me, and I'm only so strong because.of her. But don't tell anyone I said that." He chuckled, willing the flame away before seeing.Blaze, and he pet the hound. "You want to pet her? She's actually quite sweet, once you get past the fact she's a hound of hell." He said, and Blaze sat, waiting to be petted.

Logan gave a tight smile as he looked around Clarissa when she said she would try to get Billie to make the other demons leave. It had been awhile since he had got to openly be around Billie. He looked back up at Clary when she told him that he better come over, he raised a eyebrow and smirked lifting his hand and drawing a cross over where his heart used to beat. "Of course Clary, would I ever miss a chance to hang around such beautiful ladies? Oh, and Alex of course." He said with a still rather withdrawn laugh. He watched as Clary walked before looking around at the other group of vampires who were starting to leave as well. Luckily they hadn't been paying attention to his and Clary's conversation. Once the rest of the vampires left and he was sitting by himself, Logan decided to go find Molly. Just because Jackie screwed up his date didn't mean he was going to let it ruin his night. Not to mention that he hadn't gotten to hang out with his friends for a while now.

It didn’t take long after looking around in the other courtyards for Logan to find Molly farther away from the bonfire, by one of the lakes. Actually more like sitting on the lake, which she had frozen solid, her black dress covering her legs as she sat crossed legged on ice, her eyes closed and head hanging low as if she had fallen asleep sitting there. She was so quiet that had it not been for his better eyesight and scenes of smell he likely wouldn’t have seen her in the first place. Logan cocked his head to the side a little looking over at her. “Molly?” He asked his voice quiet not really sure if he wanted to know what she was doing out there.

Molly’s dark blue eyes looked up as she heard her name being called, a small polite smile spreading on her lips as her already adjusted eyes met Logan a little of his features lit up by the little bit of light that came from the bonfire showing through the leafs of the trees. "Hello Logan, what can I do for you?" She said her bell like voice breaking the silence before the movement under the ice made her look down at it again.

The movement didn't go unnoticed by Logan his eyes going down to the ice as well before meeting Molly's again, an eyebrow raised. "Do I even want to ask?" He said frowning a little bit. No matter how much he needed to get blood from her seeing she was the only who so easily got it, Molly still freaked him the hell out sometimes.

"Depends, do you even want to know?" She answered slowly with a bit of a smirk of her own looking at him. When Logan didn't answer right away Molly frowned. "What do you want Logan?" She asked again her tone far from the polite tone she had a moment ago.

“I struck out tonight, you wouldn’t happen to have any blood on you, would you?” Logan answered red eyes looking over her darkened figure as she smiled at him.

“I do actually, just hold on a minute, and let me finish something real quick.” Molly said sweetly, standing up she slowly made her way off of the ice, the edges of it starting to melt back into water behind her as she walked. Once she got to the grass at the edge and the water turned back to liquid, the little red headed fire elemental boy that she had trapped over the ice came up gasping for air. Turning her back to Logan she squatted down beside the water, holding her hand out to help the shivering boy out of the water. “Next time you don’t pay up before you leave, I won’t let you out.” She whispered leaning in as she helped him out of the water and letting him run away back to the school before turning back to Logan. Pulling a bottle of blood out of nowhere and handing it to him, Logan putting some money in her other hand. Molly frowned counting the money before handing it back to him. “This isn’t enough I raised my prices on the blood after Jackie fucked me over. But you’re a good customer, you’ll just owe me a favor for this one.”

Logan hesitated a little, frowning a little unsure if he really wanted to do her any favors. However, he was thirsty and wanted to get back to the fire. “Yeah, sure, I’m not killing anyone or some shit like that though.” He said taking the money and heading back towards the bonfire, when he smelt Clary’s perfume beside him, Logan had the bottle to his lips. “Hello beautiful.” He said looking out of the corner of his eye and tipping the bottle up drinking the warm blood within it.

--

Heather frowned a little annoyed at Adrian’s answer, solely because she didn’t want to leave her friends to go look for Thomas. “Fucking great.” She said looking back at the school doors, before looking back over at Billie her lips still pursed. A small smile spread her lips and she shook her head. It wouldn’t help to have Justin and the others go looking for him, the only way it wouldn’t turn into a bigger fight would be to go herself, and truly she didn’t care enough to go looking.

She watched laughing a bit as the others quickly scattered away from Billie’s hounds, though when Storm walked past her following Billie she did tense up a little bit. After all those years she was still a little afraid of Storm. Heather watched as Clary almost tackled a smiling a little, though when Billie brought up Clary being to hyper, she frowned. “Maybe. Though isn’t a little close to the beginning of the year for that?” She said looking at where Clary had been standing. “Maybe she is just excited to see Lo.” She said giving an unsure smile.

--

Jordyn wasn’t the only one that was interesting, and she found herself not really paying attention to the people around them as he told her about what it was like for him as a demon. A little surprised when he throw around the age 170 as if it was nothing, she almost wanted to ask how old he was but decided against it, as she looked over towards the fire and group of demons as he told about how they had to leave hell. She honestly couldn't begin to understand what it would be like to have your father try to kill you. While her father wasn't the best or the kindest, he had never gone so far as to try and kill her.

She couldn't help but smile as he lit the fire in his hand again. Before laughing at his words about his sister, being stronger than him. It wasn't until he reached down and started Blaze that Jordyn noticed her being there to interested in what Alex was saying. She smiled back at Blaze and slowly walked a bit closer to her, reaching her hand out for Blaze to smell before petting the massive hell hound. “She really is very pretty, though she is the first hell hound I have seen.” She said looking up at Alex a wide smile on her face as her body relaxed more than it had since they were dancing.

Though she frowned a bit looking at the last group of demons leaving and going back into the castle, before looking back at Alex. “I think I might have wasted to much of your time. It looks like your friends are leaving.” Jordyn said sadly her hand still softly petting Blaze’s head.

Billie looked over to Clary, finally catching her in her line of sight. Logan was beside her, and now for the part that Billie knew needed to come. Shooing Adrian. He was a hot head and he would hinder their good time, but first she spoke on Heather's notion. "Perhaps, it has been a while. Just worries me. I remember last year. She was there and then gone for a week." She said, turning her body to Adrian who looked down to her.

"What?" He asked.

"Adrian, you need to go too." She said, and he gave her a look. "You came in on my night to spend with people I don't normally get to. Get to know the Dragon crowd, for all I care piss off the demons or vampires, but you can't be around."

"Ain't that a kick in the nuts." He said, removing his arm from her, and her eyes blackened along with her pendant. Storm picked up on her mood and a.low growl came from his throat, and Adrian froze.

"Now, look, as good as it has been seeing you, as much as I love having you around, I have changed. Things are.different. If you want to stay on my good side, you've got dues.to pay just like all the others." She stood, her eyes returning to normal and Storm sat up, his growl leaving him. "So, scat."

Adrian stood and.looked down to her. "You really have changed. Its kinda sexy to see how much I've rubbed on you. But I guess I'll listen."

They locked eyes again, and Adrian leaned down and kissed her. It took her.off guard, but he walked off with a smirk on his face, and Billie watched him leave. "You know, flattery doesn't get far with me!" She called after him, and he just chuckled. "Ass hat."

She sat back down, and petted Storm before turning her attention to Alex and Jordyn. Her pendant had returned to the normal color, but again still slightly darker. "Alex! Jordyn! Come on, turn down this fire and give us the Ally special!" She smiled towards them before she saw Clary coming over with Logan. "Well, well, this is quite a treat. Logan, it's been ages."

"Thanks for shooing him away. A good bit of eye candy, but I don't know about him yet." Clarissa said and Billie waved her hand.

"He was getting too touchy feely anyway. Besides, Adrian will be around me a lot now, and Logan isn't a regular thing anymore." She said, patting the seat beside her with a smile. "Besides, Logan is pretty good eye candy." She winked.

"You're horrible!" Clarissa exclaimed with a chuckle. "Heather, tell me I'm wrong."

"Hey, Adrian and I aren't a thing. Besides, last I remembered my blood.is a bit too dark for Logan's liking." She said with a smile. She received a look, and soon she saw the fire go out and a blue flame take it's place.

Alex's voice came. "Better not be." He said, "hey, Logan, what's up?"

Billie rolled her eyes. "I'm not 200 anymore, Alex, I can take care of myself. By the way, thanks for the change. I love.your fires. Burn without fuel, reminds me.of hell fire."

"It is hell fire." Alex.said, and Billie shook her head. "So, Logan, Heather, this is Jordyn. Jordyn, you've met Billie and Clarissa, this is.Heather and Logan." He introduced.

Billie smiled. "I do apologize for earlier, doll. I do have temper issues. Half.of why I'm here." She said, a bit of a lie, but a.smooth one. She noted Blaze enjoying the attention of the red head. "You should see her pups, Lucifer is.letting me bring them to the school for a while."

--

Adrian walked.off but hung back, listening to the conversation going on, and it boiled.his.blood a bit. He and Billie weren't a thing, but he did have to admit that she was strong, something that he needed to bring to his boss's attention. A good getaway, being shooed off, but soon he found his way towards a lake where he saw a blue eyed beauty there. He smirked. He recognized her from somewhere he was sure.

"Hello there," He greeted, "Know anyone who can give me the run down of this place?" He asked, smoothly. "I assure you I can help out when time comes if need be."

--

Clarissa smiled to Logan. "Hey, Billie shooed," she began, turning and seeing her.speaking to Adrian. "Well, she's finishing up. So, come on! Come on! Come on!" She smiled, taking his hand and Damn near dragging him. She saw the kiss, but Billie.reacted as normal. She was very difficult to read, but this Adrian, Clarissa could tell was.bad.news. He emitted dark aura, immensely dark. Billie's was too hard to read, and Clarissa stuck to lighter aura's.

She was.glad when they got to the group, and the change in heat was.nice, but Clarissa's eyes met the red head from earlier. "Hello, gorgeous!" She greeted with a smile. "You know, this hell fire light makes.your hair.glow superbly." She wiggled.her eyebrows, but Billie was speaking to her.

"Clary, give the girl a.chance to adjust." Billie said.

She pouted. "I can't help Alex and I have the.same.tastes in beauty."

She turned to Logan. "Babe, tell me.about you. I feel like we haven't.spoken in an age!"

--

Alex smiled, seeing Blaze react well to Jordyn and nuzzling her hand at the compliment. "You should see her pups." Alex said, but.looking towards the group and smiling. "Nah, those aren't my friends. They follow Billie and I around that's about it. But here in a minute you'll get to meet everyone."

He watched the exchange between Adrian and Billie and his eyes blackened. He hated Adrian. With. A. Passion. But.once.Logan and.Clary were there, he took Jordyn's hand.and led her towards them. With a.motion of his hand the fire went out. Initially he was going to ignore Billie's request, but.he did.it.for.Jordyn. So the wood wouldn't burn. He moved his hand again and the blue flame.appeared above the wood, cascading around it.and dancing a bit.

After the introductions, he.noted Blaze sticking near Jordyn and he smiled, looking towards Billie. Her.pendant was darker, but once Clary spoke, Alex shook his.head, but Billie shut it down. He shook his head and turned towards.Jordyn. "This group here. These are my friends. Logan was the only vampire that knew what happened really when the feud began. Heather and Clary are good company too, according to Billie, and Logan." He explained, but then gauged away.

"I agree with Clary, it is time to catch up." Alex said, looking to Logan. "Its been far too long, and Jackie makes it impossible for us to hang out in my dorm now."

He.rolled his eyes and he shook his head, "fucking Bitchpire."

He could have easily stopped Clarissa from dragging him along, Logan didn't. Easily keeping up with her as he finished off the blood, being pulled along behind like a rag doll, although he completely missed Billie being kissed by the new guy. Billie wasn't the only one to notice how hyper Clarissa was being, or to be worried about it. "You know I missed you, Beautiful. But you're pretty hyper tonight. What's up with you, Clary?" He asked still being pulled along as he stuffed the bottle in his pocket.

Logan smiled a little bit when Billie called out to him. As if she didn't know that Clary told him that she shooed the idiots that flocked around her, just to see him. "I've been told it feels like that when I'm not around." He said laughing a little, as he dropped Clary's hand and started walking towards the fire on his own accord.

Logan gave a confused look between the girls as they talked, before smirking slightly and sitting beside Billie. "And whose Adrian? Some little new blood to your group?" He asked looking at Billie before smiling as she called him eye candy.

Heather laughed a little looking up at Clarissa. "No, your not wrong. She is horrible. Though I do have agree about Logan." She answered smiling and looking across Billie. Logan shook his head. "Not happening again Heather."

Logan couldn't help but frown a little at what Billie said, she had another boyfriend already? It was hard for he to keep up as much anymore with not being allowed around her. He smirked a bit at Billies words about her blood before shaking his head. "It is, though I'd think you would know me enough to know it wouldn't be just about the blood for me, B." He whispered softly in her ear unable to help himself as usual as he reached behind her and grabbed Heather's drink. Before laughing a little the arm wrapping around Billie giving his usual one armed hug, before moving his arm and taking a drink of the punch. "Even if you weren't, I wouldn't chance it with your hounds."

He looked at Alex and nodded to him. "Nothing much, man. Just enjoying the company of the girls." He said with a slight laugh before handing the glass back to Heather. He smiled and nodded to Jordyn, even though he knew her, Logan acted like he didn't. Watching the interaction between Clary, Jordyn, and Billie he laughed a little as Clary pouted. "Better hide your girl Al."

He let out an annoyed sigh. "Don't even get me started on the little Queen. She is lucky I didn't throw her ass in the bonfire after the shit the bitch pulled tonight. Clary babe if you could help me get to my dorm tonight. I'd love you even more." Logan said a slight hiss coming out with his words as he closed his eyes, before opening them again. "I have been pretty good though. I spent my summer with the humans, hitting up some awesome parties, and getting drunk. I did almost get thrown in jail for a little mishap due to thirst. Though I would rather not talk about that."

--

"Oh." Jordyn said laughing a bit embarrassed for thinking they were all his friends. "I was honestly nervous about saying hi to so many people this whole time." She finished looking back down at Blaze. As easily as she might have opened up to Alex because he was kind, she was shy and preferred to stay unseen for the most part. She looked up as Billie yelled her name, before Alex grabbed her hand and started to lead her towards the fire. Jordyn hesitated to walk faster to keep up a little tense looking at the fire. She could already hear the wood screaming in the pain of the fire, her one hand going up to cover her one ear. Before Alex waved his hand putting out the flames and quickly replacing with his own flames.

"Thank you, Alex." She said softly before he yelled at his sister, catching up to him, so he wouldn't have to pull her anymore. When they came to the group and he started to introduce him to his friends. Jordyn smiled slightly staying close to him. "Hello" She said shyly waving a little bit. If his friends were anything like his sister, she was a little afraid of getting to know them, if they were like him than it would just take a bit for her to adjust. She gave a tense smile to Billie as she apologized for earlier.

"Oh that...that's fine. I'd rather not say why I'm here." She answered as she felt Blaze rubbing against her hand again. She smiled widely petting the hound again. Jordyn smiled looking up at Billie when said something about puppies. She opened her mouth to say that she would love to see them, but Clary pulled her attention to her making her blush deeply again the nymph part of her eating it up. "Um thank you." She said looking out the corner of her eye as Alex shook his head. Her blush only turning deeper at Logan's words, because she wasn't Alex's girl. Or she didn't think so. She smiled a bit looking up at Alex as he explained his group of friends, already starting to relax though she had just met his friends.

--

Molly smiled politely before laughing softly at Logan’s words as he took the money back. “Of course not! What kind of favor would that be? I could do that myself if I wanted.” She said getting another uncomfortable look from him before he walked away. Even as she watched him walk away, the smile stayed on her face as Clarissa Poltergueist appeared and started pulling him still drinking towards the fire. It might have seemed like a useless little deal, a favor for something she worked hard to get. However, she had a feeling that this little favor would come in handy when the time came.

It wasn’t long before she heard another voice in front of her, making Molly look away from the water she was playing absentmindedly with, turning to snow and look forward towards the man. Even though she was sure she recognized him from somewhere, she was much better with names than faces, and couldn’t really place him. “Hello.” Molly greeted back slowly, her tone polite but amused at the same time. Not really sure what to think of a stranger just stopping to greet her. Molly titled her hand letting the fresh powdery snow fall back into the lake as he asked about someone to give him the run down. Oh so he was a newbie! It still didn’t explain how she knew him.

“You should try one of the teachers, or better yet one of the people in whatever sad little group you’re in.” She said with a soft bell like laugh looking away from him back towards the water. Molly was a busy woman and amusing as this stranger was, she had better things to do with her time than show newbies around the school. However, what he said next made her look back at him a small smirk on her face. “Really now?” She said sweetly, her blue eyes meeting his hazel ones, before she stood up and started to walk towards him. “And tell me, cutie. What exactly do you believe a newbie like you could help, me, with?” She asked having to look up at him, now that she was right in front of him.

Billie looked over to Logan as he spoke and she bit her lip. "I wouldn't know how mch of a treat though." She chuckled, "But I do have to say, just looking at you makes it easy to imagine. Besides, my little thunder Storm here actually quite likes you."

"Billie!" Clarissa exclaimed. She had ignored Logan's question on purpose. She didn't want to ruin their time together. She knew it had potential to ruin it. "Any who... yes, Billie who exactly is Adrian? And how are you two not a thing?" Clarissa asked, seeing Alex.heading their way and.once.Logan began answering she saw Billie smirk a bit at his words, and Clary smiled.

"Of course I can, and I could always creep her.out some more. God was that fun." She smiled widely before.Billie spoke.

"Or you could send her my way." She said. Jackie Enderman pissed her off to no end. He thought she owned Logan and her lackies. It was a huge difference between the two. Billie didn't want people to follow her around, Jackie always wanted to be in the spotlight. "I would take so much pleasure in suffocating her to the point her groveling was real."

Alex shot a look to her. "Really?"

"I won't lie about it. I miss Logan sneaking over to our dorm and hanging out with us, but Jackie started tailing him. Fucking Bitchpire." She said.

Clarissa could see a change was needed. "Billie. Story time, you gotta explain Adrian to Logan."

Billie went to speak, but Alex cut in. "Adrian Desmond is bad news ,and He needs to back the Fuck off. Damn near got her killed last time."

"Oh, we are going there now?" Billie asked, sarcasm in her.tone. "Who introduced us?"

"You wouldn't leave the house the first like century we came.to earth. I thought that someone like you would help you." He said, and he noticed what he said too late.

Luckily, Billie caught.on. "You mean devious and fucking nuts? What did you expect. He's half fire drake, eventually he.was.going to um, I don't know, make things.go up in smoke. Besides, you don't have to worry. He's changed, I've changed, and I made a.promise to Lucifer if he ever waltzed back into my life I wouldn't let him get in my head again. You weren't there after the fact, Lucifer had.to put me.back together. Just.so I would even talk to you."

Clarissa couldn't take seeing the two nearing a fight and.neither could Blaze who was now.resting her head in Jordyn's lap, whimpering softly. Billie and Alex never fought from what she understood.

"Change of.topic, I overheard a rather.interesting conversation earlier." She spoke.loudly, and Billie fell silent near.instantly, and Alex looked to Jordyn and mouthed that he was sorry to her. He had.barely.noticed that the fire had began to burn white.with his rising temper.

"What kind.of conversation?" Billie asked.

"Deandro and the Arch mage were talking about instating a survival test. Something to do with 13 cages being opened." She answered, and the.look exchanged between Billie and Alex was unnerving. Clary knew it. The two did.know.

"I'm not drunk enough for.this." Billie said, standing. "When I come back, I'm going to pretend that I just heard that, I'm going to get something stronger out of.my room, and I'm changing. While I'm up, I'll look for boy toy, anyone else want anything?"

Alex.nodded. "Bring an extra shirt for Jo, and the puppy pictures, those will lighten the mood. And.my rum. Oh, and that stash I kept for Logan."

Billie nodded and headed off, and once.she was out of sight Clary spoke.again. "I have to ask, Alex. What kind of reaction would she have had to the.name Azrael?"

Alex's eyes blackened. "Tell me that he wasn't let out."

"What's the deal with cages? I mean, why would it cause the start of a survival test." Clarissa asked.

"Lucifer designed the cages to hold hell's worst. You've had.to break laws of our kind and then some to earn a place there. There's only 50, but the.number has been on the rise." He said. "Just tell me, Azrael wasn't let out."

Clary grew quiet. "He was. Why? Is that bad?"

Alex shook his head. "Billie can never know. Understood?" He said. "Azrael is our father, he's been in the cage since Billie was really young. He's the reason we came to earth, and she might.lose.it if she finds out he's out."

Clarissa was shocked at the news. She just nodded, and soon Alex spoke again.

"I'm not near drunk enough for this, so I'm taking a page from Billie and I'm just going to pretend I never heard that. Now, on a lighter note, Logan, man, if.Clary can't get you in your dorm have her.bring.you to mine. Shit, it'd be a.riot for all of us to party all night long."

It had to be in Sanders blood to avoid topics that were bad, but Clarissa.felt relief after getting it off her.chest. "But, but, my dramatics!" She whined. "I need.more New gossip. Or you know, some one.to love.up to."

Alex.looked to Jordyn. She had been quiet and he saw Blaze loving up to her. "So, Miss Jordyn, how was.your summer?"

--

Adrian smirked. "Adrian, before we go much further." He spoke, and he smirked, turning and seeing Billie heading inside and he.pointed. "You see her. Billie Sanders. I know her quite well, and though I do have my own personal set of skills, I could have her.do anything for me. From what I have gathered already, no one exactly wants on her bad side." He said.

He noted the snow and he now.knew where it was he.recognized her from. "I also am a rather powerful demon's left hand man." He.smoothly spoke. "Here to recruit mainly, but I do need to know where to look, love."

He shoved his hand in his.pocket. "He.spoke highly of you, told me that you'd want this." He said, handing her a pouch. He didn't know what was in it, but if.Azrael gave it to him, he took care.of it. "I do have people in mind already, one in particular, but one, no matter how strong, is.enough."

His eyes watched the girl before looking back over to the fire, and after a while he saw Billie.come back out in jeans and a t shirt with a.bag on her arm. This would be an interesting place indeed.

Logan blinked a little at Billie’s response before smirking and looking down at Strom sitting in front of her being petted. Billie sure as hell did have a way of making it tempting. Logan chuckled a little looking at Clary when she said Billie’s name like she did. “Don’t worry Clary, if I was going to try and do anything, it wouldn’t be with you and Heather around.” Honestly at that point he had forgotten his question of who Adrian was, all together. For the most part if he wasn’t impressed or had a reason to remember someone that wasn’t female. Logan didn’t. Soon Alex and Jordyn joined them, and they started talking about Jackie. He smiled nodding at to Clary.

"Seeing her embarrassed was one of the highlights of my night." Logan said before Billie made him laugh. He sort of enjoyed how much Billie and Jackie hated each other. "As much as I'd love to see that, beautiful. I don't think that would help me to be allowed around you. Thanks for giving me something to picture next time she pisses me off though."

Logan eyes widened a little when Alex said this guy almost killed Billie, his month opening a little to say something only for the two to get ready to start fighting. His lips turning down into a frown as he listened to the two of them going at it. If there was one thing Logan didn't miss about hanging out with the two of them, it would have to be the little quips between them.

Logan preferred to not take things to seriously when around his friends, as it brought out the asshole in him. "This isn't something I've missed." Logan said tone annoyed as he looked over at Clary beside him.

Jordyn can't help but watch the two of them tensely, she really wasn't sure if she was comfortable around Billie not fighting and angry yet. But she wasn't comfortable around them fighting for sure, her eyes looking at the fire seeing it change colors.

Blaze laid her head on her lap and started whimpering, making Jordyn look back down to the hound frowning. She could feel the poor babies sadness seeping through her, she petted Blaze's head softly, making a soft hush sound as she did. Muttering soft sweet words to her quietly trying to calm her. Before looking up as the subject, she gave an uneasy smile and nodded at his sorry. The subject change wasn't any better. If anything it was worst making Billie say she was leaving. "I would love to see pictures of the puppies." Jordyn said smiling brightly.

Even Logan smiled when Alex said he still had his stash. Good because if the two of them were going to be like this all night. Logan was really going to need to get drunk off his ass to deal with it. "And try to hurry babe, I don't know how much longer I'm going to out here, if this shit is kept up with me sober." He said good mood clearly close to being ruined.

Logan, Heather, and Jordyn all nodded as well when Alex said Billie couldn't know about their father being out. "Honestly right now, partying all night sounds a hell of a lot more fun than dealing with Jackie. It been a while, as long as no one sees me as usual." Logan answered Alex before looking at Clary. "Ah don't be like that babe, I'll tell you what, I left my keys in my dorm. You want to get them for me before we go to Alex's? So you can creep out Jackie still."

Jordyn smiled looking up from Blaze. "My summer was pretty good. I spent it with my mother, and helped nurse some of the animals that got caught in a forest fire caused by a storm. As well as replace and heal some of the trees." She said, before seeing Heather looking across the others at her with an raised eyebrow. Jordyn blushed a little bit. "Well it might not sound the most fun, but as a forest dweller it was." She added looking at Heather who laughed making Jordyn look back down at Blaze.

"Stop being a bitch Heather." Logan hissed.

Jordyn frowned a little bit looking back up at Alex. "How was your summer, Alex?"

Billie came back changed into a shirt and pants, a beat up Thomas following behind her and going to sit beside Heather, who started checking on her new toy. Jordyn thanked her taking off Alex's coat from around her and slipping the shirt on, covering her stained skin and dress. It was slightly colder without the jacket though she offered it back to Alex.

Logan took the bottle of Scotch from Billie and moving over so she could sit beside him again. "So, you alright with me coming over to stay the night at your dorm, beautiful? Seeing how you missed me so much." Logan asked taking a drink of the Scotch straight out of the bottle.

Heather smiled a little bit, her hand resting on Thomas's face, before looking at Billie. "Billie, I thinking I'm going to head in and take care of my toy and make him feel better, love." She said giving Billie a quick hug and going back inside.

--

“Molly.” She said smirking herself as Adrian told her his name. Quickly able to place the name with the face and remembering where she knew him from, or actually recognized from, as they hadn’t officially met before. Still despite her smirk she found this rather annoying. Had Azrael already started to become impatient with her? She could only open cages so quickly, it was a rather painful job after all, and despite her power it did tire her out to lose some much blood. Molly’s eyes followed as he pointed to Billie Sanders, her lips pursing slightly as she watched Billie walk back inside, listening to him talk. “That is all well and good Adrian. However, if I believed everything people said they could have. Well I wouldn’t be the top dealer in this school, now would I? Everything I need from the demon twins I can get with going anywhere near them, and I am fully able to protect myself.” She said matter of factly, the air around them chilling slightly as she spoke.

It was so cute how he waved his status of left hand man around, Azrael must have left the fun of telling Adrian that she out ranked him to her. She smirked a little bit, blue eyes watching him closely as he talked, no she would let him think he was in change for a little while. Men with power, even false power, were just adorable. “Yes, I believe I remember seeing you before.” Molly said her voice soft and quiet. Her smirk turning into a grin as Adrian said he was here to recruit, because that meant that Azrael wasn’t getting impatient with her, he was sending her help. “Ah well, why didn’t you start out with that cutie? Finding where to look is going to be the easy part of your job.” She said with a laugh rocking on her feet a little, as his hand went down to his pocket. After all they were in a school with possibly every creature but normal humans.

A look of surprise showed on her face for a moment, not because of the fact she was highly spoken of, but the pouch Azrael had sent her. She hadn’t asked for anything, so this had to be another gift. Molly quickly took the pouch from him pulling on the string as he continued to talk, she looked up at him from her lashes. “Besides the demon twins?” She asked before remembering he might not know that the others called them that. “By that I mean Billie and Alex. May I ask who you have in mind?” She asked before pulling the string loose, and reaching her hand in the bag, pulling out a lace necklace a soft smile on her face. How sweet of Azrael, she remembered slightly mentioning her worry of the cuts being seeable when they last saw each other the night before she returned to the school. Though she frowned unable to get the clasp to hook together, she looked up at Adrian who was watching Billie coming back outside. “Don’t suppose you could hook this for me, Adrian?” She asked her tone polite once more before turning her back to him once he agreed, pulling her long hair out of the way and showing the thirteen thin yet very deep tally marks craved into the base of her neck, which the lace of the necklace would cover.

Molly smiled a little her fingers lingering on the necklace for a moment, before looking back up at him. "If I was you, I'd start with the demons they are the easiest to recruit. Though any dark creature shouldn't be that hard either, other then the vampires, they likely won't even talk to you. I can help with them if you would like." She said her eyes watching him a few moments before looking to fire. "If you can get Heather Blackburn there to trust you, the Siren group could be wrapped around your fingers too."

Once Billie got up to her dorm that she shared with Alex and immediately stripped out of her dress, and pulled on a pair of light blue skinny jeans and a black t shirt before throwing a shirt in her bag for Jordyn. She had so much to bring down she knew she'd need it. She threw everything else in there before sitting at her desk and.opening the top drawer. An odd looking chalice was placed on it and she emptied a vial of blood into it and spun her finger in it as she began speaking in the old demonic language, the one almost everyone forgot.

Soon another voice came. "Yes, Billie?"

It was male and smooth, and Billie stared.into the cup. "Why didn't you tell me?"

There was along silence, but the voice came again. "Because, it wasn't bad then. I don't need you flying off the handle. I need you in control, your form is already frail to the.light you hide. We can't afford you losing control... in either direction."

"Adrian is back, Lucifer." She told him. "He's different."

"I'll look into him too. Just be careful. I'll be bringing the pups next week. I need to speak.with the Arch Mage anyway." He said, and soon the connection broke, and Billie sighed. If she was gone much longer, she knew Alex would worry. But relief flushed over her, and the pendant returned to a full normal.

She grabbed up her bag and headed back it, finding Thomas not too far along the way and had him follow in her tow.

--

Alex couldn't deny that he was glad the mood changed as quickly as it had, hopefully Billie would come back in a better mood. He knew the almost argument wasn't entirely her fault, he had noticed her pendant take on a darker than normal glow since Adrian's return. She always went more demon around him, so Alex would lay off until it got too bad. He smiled at Jordyn's summer story. She was definitely someone he wanted around more, and the fact that Blaze was so keen on her made it that much better.

"Good to hear. Sounds interesting to say the least." He said.

Then she asked about his summer and he grinned. "Well, the beginning was chaotic. Blaze here had her pups and we were in hell for a while, to make sure the pups were healthy. She misses her pups, but here in about a week they'll be good to come to earth for a while. Then we came back and just travelled for a while. Went to Romania, Moscow, and then we came back here a month early. I wanted some extra lessons for fire control, and the Arch Mage was alright with it, so here I am. Kinda boring really, but seeing Blaze and her pups was awesome."

Not long after Billie returned, and he watched the exchanges rather intently at first, watching when Logan spoke to her. "Oh hell yeah, babe, you know you are always welcome. Fuck, I get you all night. You can even sleep in my bed if you really wanted to." She.smiled, brightly. Now that was off, her pendant was normal, but now slightly brighter than usual, and Alex could feel the change in her. It was warm, and calm, well, calm for Billie, and it was nice for once.

Clary was feeling it too obviously. "So, we're partying all night, and I get to creep out Jackie Enderman twice. Now, so long as Logan and Billie ain't macking on each other, I think this is going to be awesome." Clary Then looked at the two. "For real though, don't make things awkward."

When Heather announced she was leaving, Billie hugged her back and kissed her cheek. "You know where to find us if you change your mind, babe." She said, and Clary hugged her too.

"Oh my Lucifer! Slumber party. We can tell funny stories, embarrassing stories, and, and." Clary went on, watching as Billie went into her bag again.

Billie pulled out a photo album and walked over and handed it to Jordyn. She opened it and smiled. "These are my babies' babies. Storm made sure that they were well protected. I haven't quite named them all yet, but this spunky little one we call Firefly. She's the most active of them, just like Blaze was." She said, pointing to a photo of Blaze curled up with a pup with a red stripe halfway down her back playing with her paws and the other ones.asleep around their.mom. "there are four, quite a large.litter for a.first one. But she's good with them."

Billie left the photo album with Jordyn and.instead of sitting.next to Logan, she sat in his.lap. "So, baby doll, tell me all about you since we last.got to really hang.out."

Clary shook her head and moved over to look at the pup pictures. "They are so cute!!" She gushed, and Alex.nodded.

"Firefly is a trip, only.girl out the bunch. The boys are very well behaved, but Fire marches to the beat of her own drum." Alex said. "She is such a mama's girl too. I think you'll like her."

Alex looked over at Billie and Logan, briefly. If it wasn't anymore obvious... Alex chuckled, watching Billie drink from Logan's bottle and laugh. He liked when she was more on her.angelic side, even if slightly. She always maintained a certain air that brought out the best of her, and it was contagious. He hated Adrian more for the fact that she hid it around him. He then went back to looking at the pictures and smiled.

"This one is.my favorite." It was all the pups passed out and Storm laying in the middle.of them, his eyes clearly watching them. "They got big quick, would you believe they were only a week old here."

Billie wasn't focused on them as she sat with well, technically on, Logan. "Lucifer only knows how good it is to be around good company. The.demon crowd.is boring.nowadays. I see you are never quite so bored though."

She brought out her bottle of Jack Daniels and took a large swig. She offered it to him too before she leaned back against him. "Hey, remember the last time we acted like this? Fuck... I miss being around you, Lo. You're just enough good looking, just enough as whole, and.just enough sarcastic to keep me laughing." She thought back to the last time. It was before she and Devin got together, and she got so drunk that she laughed herself.off a chair and she ended up sitting in Logan's lap Damn near the entire.time. "I was smashed."

With that she took another long swig and chuckled. "Its going to be a Damn good night."

Billie shot a look over to Alex, and he seemed.happy around Jordyn. It showed, and she shook her head. "You know, Ally could.have sworn we were seeing each other on the side the entire time we've known each other. Something along the.lines of we act too much like each other or some.lame ass Shit." She said before getting louder. "Because we know Ally is notoriously corny!"

"Hey, hey, it's not corny! Its called being.romantic, something that you obviously you read enough of." He teased.

Billie.laughed a bit. "So lame. Sometimes I can't believe we're related."

--

Adrian chuckled at Molly's antics. Azrael had said she was.different. He did listen to her, and he.commented. "Alex wouldn't go for me, but Billie is.definitely worth some extra.effort. If this crowd that follows her and Alex around are at least halfway decent, Azrael can teach them the rest. I just don't.know how it will go with Billie Damn near being Lucifer's daughter. I think she actually is sometimes." He said before.he turned and clasped her necklace for her.

"There you are, love." He watched Heather walk away. Sirens? That would be interesting to have around. "Demons, sirens, vampires... what of the Dragon crowd here, think they could be swayed? I know most wouldn't go for it, hence why I got landed here. None of the.others I've met would simply because Azrael is a well known creature."

He heard.something that he hadn't in a very long time, and when he.looked, his eyes slitted, almost serpent like in appearance and he could see Billie sitting in someone's lap. "Who is that?" He muttered to himself.

Jordyn smiled listening to Alex’s summer story, her hand absentmindedly petting Blaze’s head as he spoke. Even though he said that his summer was boring, it sounded so much more fun than her summer, Jordyn never got to travel herself, and she couldn’t help but think how lucky he was to be able to do whatever he wanted to do, go wherever he wanted. “Your summer sounds a lot more fun than mine actually.” She said with a small laugh before Billie came back and she took the shirt from her.

Logan couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at Billie’s words about sleeping in her bed for the night, it had been such a long year without being around his friends very much, that for a spilt second he forgot how quickly her moods could change. He laughed after he lowered the bottle, the change in Billie’s mood affecting his mood slightly as well. “Don’t tempt me, Billie.” Logan answered smirking a little before Clary’s words turned his smirk into a wide genuine smile, as he shook his head at her.

Heather smiled hugging Clary back as she nodded to Billie’s words. “I might stop by later tonight, love. It depends on when I get done with Tom.” She said with a laugh giving Logan a quick hug before waving at Alex and Jordyn really quick before leaving.

Jordyn smiled as Billie showed her pictures of Blaze with her babies, she laughed softly as Billie talked about the one they called Firefly. “You have such pretty babies.” She said smiling though her words were directed down towards Blaze instead of Billie, she smiled up at Billie. “They are adorable, I can see why she misses them so much.” She added before looking back down at the book as Billie left it with her.

Logan had the bottle back up to his lips when Billie sat in his lap, his free arm wrapping around her waist to keep her from falling off, so he could reposition his legs to make her more comfortable as he took another swig of the Scotch, his arm lingering around her waist even after moving. “Honestly, I have not been up to very much.” He said frowning a little, there really wasn’t much he could do not being around his friends, plus he didn’t want to sound like a dork and say he spent a lot of his free time last year in the music room to avoid the group that thought he was their friends. Because honestly that made him sound insanely lame, and he kept the fact he liked music hidden from everyone but Clary, because it wasn’t the juiciness gossip and she had appeared on him playing. Or at least he hoped Clary had kept that to herself.

“Though, that rumor about me sleeping with Jackie’s little werewolf sister was true. Wish you could have seen the fight that caused. It was fucking epic!” He said with a laugh. Logan loosed his grip on the bottle so Billy could have it. “How about you B? What have you managed to get yourself into while I haven’t been around?”

Jordyn looked across Alex at Clary, before scooting a little bit closer to Alex and holding the book out a little bit so that Clary could look at them better as well. She looked up as Alex talked about Firefly, a wide smile on her face as he talked about her, and how she would like her. “I don’t doubt it, she looks like she’s spunky and is playing in most of those.” Jordyn answered with a light laugh looking back down at the book and slowly turning the pages looking at the pictures. Jordyn let out a soft "awe" sound when he pointed out his favorite picture. "Do hellhounds usually grow that quickly than?" She asked not actually knowing much about hellhounds.

Logan laughed softly at her words about the demons being boring. He missed before Devin screwed up the friendship between the two groups, the demons were just the kind of boring needed to even out the wildness of the vampire group. Taking her bottle when she offered it, taking a swig as Billie leaned back against him. "Honestly, I don't remember a lot of it, after you landed on my lap and Heather brought out, whatever the hell that was." Logan said before laughing at the compliment she gave him, his arm tightening around her. Even though he didn't remember a lot of that night he did remember when they used to hang out all the time before everything got fucked up. Before Billie started dating Devin, and when he was dating Heather and started bringing her around Billie slowly. It was times when he thought about that, that he felt like kicking Devin’s ass again himself. "I missed you to B. You are just the perfect amount of crazy and bitchy to keep me entertained."

It wasn’t any surprise to him that Alex thought that. Hell he was asked about a hundred times when they were hanging out. For that matter when Billie and Devin first started dating Logan had a few people come up to him to tell him Billie was cheating on him, and he would have to explain they weren’t together. It really wasn’t his favorite time in their friendship, when Devin stabbed him in the back and took the girl he knew Logan liked.

Jordyn laughed quietly at the two of them, her eyes up from the book as she finished looking at the pictures and watching the two of them. Billie’s good mood had calmed her down a little bit, and Jordyn had to admit she liked being around Alex and even Clary when she wasn’t flirting with her and making her all flustered. “You are a little corny, but it is part of what makes you so cute.” She said beside him though her voice was still pretty soft, and a little amused at the same time.

Logan listened to the two of them grinning, he laughed a little hearing Jordyn’s words. “See your brother has to be corny, it’s the way he picks up chicks.” Logan teased Alex a little bit before pulling Billie back against him to whisper in her ear. “Besides everyone knows you get the looks it the family.” Logan’s other hand wrapping around Billie’s legs before picking her up off his lap and sitting her down in his place in one quick effortless movement. “I’ll meet up with you in the room B. You ready Clary?” He asked with a smile, before grabbing his bottle from beside Billie and looking over at Jordyn. “If you don’t party with us, it was nice to meet you, beautiful.” He said before heading towards the building.

“You know I think that you might be able to even catch Jackie before she passes out.” He said holding the door open for Clary even though he knew for well that she didn’t even need the door to be opened, but still he was a little bit of a gentleman towards Clary.
--

Molly muttered a small thank you before telling him where to start, as well as pointing him towards Heather. Even though she wasn’t sure if he could gain Heather’s trust, part of her wanted to see the cute little demon playing with the Sirens. They really were a fun group. “Dragons? Honestly, I doubt that they can be swayed, their pretty suborn. However, I’m not around them much so it might be worth a try.” She answered with a shrug. “You really aren’t just going around telling the others you’re working for Azrael are you? Because it wasn’t the easiest getting him out of that cage you know.” She said with a slight frown on her lips as she crossed her arms.

She looked back towards the fire as he turned to look at the others, making a slight ticking noise with her tongue at Billie sitting on Logan’s lap. “No wonder he was so eager for a fix. Cutie is going to get himself in trouble.” Molly said with a laugh, before her glaze moved back to Adrian seeing his eyes slitted. A small smile played on her lips as he muttered to himself. Molly fully planned on using Logan later on, though…she had a feeling something fun was about to happen with Adrian here. “His name is Logan Smith, he is one of the popular vamps here.” She answered.

Molly watched as Logan and Carissa headed back inside. “I actually have plans to play with him myself for what I’m here to do. Though if you keep him alive, I don’t mind if you play with him a little bit, cutie.” She gave a dark smirk up at Adrian as she played with a strand of her hair. “If you don’t ruin my work, I won’t fuck up your work, Adrian. Which believe me, I can do it easily.”

It was nice to have Logan around and not have to pretend to hate him. It was nice to be acting relatively human, and the best part for Alex was the happiness he saw in his sister. She was normally so down and it was hard to be around her when she was teetering on the dark side. Hell, her composed was difficult because he could see the constant inner struggle. If only she would accept the light too, her.mood would carry like it was now, bringing a calm demeanor about. He.liked that about her angelic half. He truly did.

However, he brought his attention back to Clary and Jordyn would continued to look at the photos. "Oh, Blaze was bad the first week away. You'd probably never believe it, but Storm kept her going." He said, his eyes falling on the hound sitting alert near Billie and Logan. "They are mates, bound forever now. And Storm is very protective of his Billie and his Blaze. Little known fact about hellhounds, they are loyal above all else."

The question about the pups caused him to shake his head. "Not normally, no, but it's because Storm is an older hellhound. If you notice he is quite a bit larger than Blaze, and he was the runt of his litter. But they won't get nearly as big as he is. Maybe a little bigger than Blaze." He explained, and he.patted her head. It was kind of cute to see her looking at the.photos before.he spoke to her. "Next week, Blaze, you'll have them back."

She placed her head more.on Jordyn's lap, but more.prominently. Alex smiled to Jordyn when Clary and Logan headed off. "Well, we are about to take this party up to our dorm. If you want to come along, you are more than welcome, if not I can walk you back to yours."

He stood, giving Billie back her photo album and offering a hand to Jordyn before allowing himself to offer his arm. "Lead me." He said before turning to Billie.briefly, seeing Blaze ready to follow.him. "You gonna be alright?"

"I have Storm, I'll be up after a minute. Just need a bit of time is all." She said, and Alex nodded, heading away with Jordyn, watching the fire go out at his will.

"So, when the pups come, you are more than welcome to come and see them. The day after they arrive of course, Blaze will want her time with them, and so will Storm." He said.

--

Billie could feel something in her.stomach once Logan put his arm around her, just like she always had. He was Her vice. Her secret crush that she had tried to go after but couldn't find it in herself to. She was dark by nature, but he.brought out the.light with her. She held on to the light when she was around him, She wanted so badly to accept.it, but she needed to hold her image for the time being. The angel-demon wars may have ended, but both sides would still try to recruit her, by any means necessary.

She laughed at his bit and just allowed herself to relax against him. "Babe, I'm a tornado that can't touch down. I was in hell with my babies when her pups came. And then we traveled. Oh Lord, Moscow was a riot. I Damn near got myself found out there, Shit it was magnificent. Then Ally wanted to come back so we did. No bother to me, I was helping Professor Julian with his Old Demonic Language lesson plans. Since I'm one of the few fluent in it. Last month was a bore, but this year is already interesting." She said, closing her eyes as she drank.

His comments kept her laughing and she flaunted her own bit of a half bow. "Always, Lo. I live to be bitchy and crazy. Glad.it's entertaining though." She winked and soon his other compliment made her blush, but she played it off. Billie Sanders never blushed. She couldn't, not with the mask she wore.

Then the warmth left when Logan and Clary.left, but shed see them both soon, and after Alex and Jo left, she was alone... she sat there in the dark with Storm when a figure approached.

She was blonde, her hair in dreads, and she was barefoot in a pair of Jean shorts and a large t shirt that fell from her shoulder. The girl was half angel, and Billie knew her as Colette. The girl she protected. As Lucifer would an angelic breed, but Billie understood her if only a.little. She was half angel too...

"Dude man, felt some good vibes." Her voice came, a puff of smoke coming from between her lips, her.many necklaces and.bracelets making noise as she flopped beside Billie. Storm laid down, and.Billie looked to her, almost afraid that the.angel within her would be.picked up by her, but Colette was too high to care she was certain. "Wanna hit, sis? It's Silver Bullet, my own personal breed. Can actually get supernatural races high."

Billie shook her.head, and Colette nodded, taking in a long drag from her.joint as Billie lit a cigarette. "So, you're Billie Sanders? Don't know why my crowd says you're uptight? You have some.awesome vibes right now. Better when Mr. Vampy boy was here."

Billie was a bit shocked, "How long have you been around here?"

"Dude, sis, I stay outside during the hormone fest inside. No worries, I won't say anything." She smiled.before standing. "But ,for real, Billie, good vibes from you, bad vibes from the hottie coming over here, so I'm going to make.like a ghost and disappear."

She blew another puff of smoke and Billie stood, Storm doing the same and growling as Adrian approached. "Whoa Storm." He said.

"What do you want?" Billie asked, "I'm about to call it a night, Adrian. And Alex is up there, so that means we part ways."

Adrian folded.his arms over his chest. "I thought you wanted us to get along?"

Her pendant changed slightly darker again. "I thought that's what I wanted too." She Said, moving to leave, but Adrian stood in her way.

"Why didn't you tell me.about your boyfriend?" He asked.

"Because it would have stopped you? Just leave me be Adrian, I'm trying to have a good night. Obviously we just need to adjust to being around each other again." She moved again and headed inside, he was following her, Storm still growling.

"Well if you keep walking away from me, how can we?" He asked, before looking down to see.Logan and Clary at the other end. "What if he burned?"

Billie's eyes.blackened and she willed Storm away before she shoved Adrian back. She was pissed off again, her.demonic.half coming forth at Damn near full force.

She was shouting in an old language, Adrian falling to the ground as she spoke, holding his throat.

However, it was short lived, the Arch Mage happened to be coming through and he pushed himself.between the two, grabbing Billie's shoulders. "Adrian, leave, to your dorm room now. Rest."

Adrian caught his.breath and headed off, and the Arch Mage saw her pendant and forced a vial down her.throat and saw her stagger back against a wall and her eyes returned to normal. "Arch mage? What happened?"

He sighed, motioning for her to follow and she did. "I happened by Colette, and she was worried.about Adrian around you. Something about his 'bad vibes.' So I came down to find you Damn near exorcising his demonic half. You tethered too far, so you need to wind down, go back to your dorm, do whatever it is you do to level out again."

Billie nodded and headed towards her dorm and entered, sitting on her bed and.lighting another cigarette before Storm appeared beside her and she petted him, waiting for the others.

--

Clary was.more than glad when Logan decided to take off and she smiled to him a bit. "Nice meeting yoy, Jo, if you do decide to come up, I'll leave you be, I promise." She said, and when Logan said she might even catch Jackie before she passed out she squealed happily. "Oh well come on then!"

She practically dragged him into the building and the closer they got the more she.slowed. "Question, Logan. Why haven't you told her yet?" Clary asked. "It is super obvious that you and Billie are crazy about each other. You have to go for it handsome, before someone else does. God, she can shoo away the best of the best players, but one of these times she is going to lapse again."

They were near the end of the corridor, ready to bound the corner when Clary heard shouting. Not.good.shouting either. She couldn't quite.make out the figures, but she.knew.better with the.language than to interfere. She grabbed hold of Logan's hand again and made him travel through a wall or two with her before she let go. "Sorry, that was.no bueno. That was old demonic. Billie talks like that in her sleep. Can't understand a lick of it, but it's fucking scary."

Clary stopped at the door she knew as Logan's. "So, game plan?"

--

Adrian listened to Molly as she spoke. "I won't kill him yet then, but.I can't promise he will be.in the same.condition." he said, and once the fire died out, Adrian looked to Molly and smirked. "Thanks, love, oh, if you get a good bit of fire salts, let me know prices. I love what they do for my other form." He said before walking off, and he saw Billie alone again.

But she was so different, her.demeanor so calm, but it changed.in an instant as they went back and forth, and he could feel himself.suffocating atone point. His insides burned, his heart was racing, and even his Dragon blood couldn't keep him from falling down, weak.

The Arch Mage stepped in and he took off. It was definitely not the current demon language she had.been.speaking back there, and he stopped, leaning against a wall to regroup. He'd have to tone it down, play her game, she would definitely be an asset, but he wasn't approaching her right he guessed.

It was a little bit sweet how Alex talked to Blaze who had been looking at the pictures as well as Jordyn flipped through them. Jo smiled down at Blaze when she put her head on her lap once more. Her hand reached down and started petting the hound again, as Logan and Clary spoke to her again. “It was nice meeting you two too. Though you aren’t really bothering me, Clary. You’re kind of funny.” She said with a soft smile to the flirty brunette before watching them walk away. If anything Clary would just have to be someone Jordyn would have to get used to.

Jordyn let out a soft laugh as Alex offered his arm to her telling her to lead him. “I really should go back I guess, I’m getting a new roommate and don’t know who it is.” She said with a bit of a frown, though she really did want to go have a party with Alex and the others though she didn’t really like the idea of someone she didn’t know missing with her things. “Maybe next time though?” She asked taking his arm, before looking back down at Billie as they spoke. Jordyn would have offered to walk herself back so Billie wouldn’t be alone, it wasn’t like the short walk to her dorm was a dangerous one after all. Though Billie said she was fine so she lead him away to the building, Blaze following behind.

When Alex invited her over to see the puppies the day after they came up, Jordyn smiled up at him nodding. “I would love that, they are so adorable in the pictures. I can only imagine how cute they are in person.” She said before looking down at Blaze feeling the wet nose against her hand at the compliment. “Will you let me know the day after they come up so I can come see them?” Jordyn asked looked back up at Alex a little bit excited.

Other then the noise from the few parties in the dorms, Jordyn's hallway was actually pretty quiet, most of the parties that happened in her hall were low key. It was the reason the Archmage had moved her here by request half way through her first year. Jordyn wasn't the type that usually got invited to parties, so she hadn't wanted to be forced to listen to them all night. "So, your sister and that Logan guy? They are a cute couple. I don't understand why your groups don't get along if they are dating." She said looking up at Alex as they turned into her hallway. Before seeing Blaze disappear, and she frowned a little bit looking at where she had just been.

Once they came to a stop at her door Jordyn smiled up at him again. "You know if you ever want to meet my friends I'll gladly introduce them to you. They are a little eccentric and hyper but most faes are." She said with a slight laugh before standing up on her toes a little giving him a kiss on the cheek. Even though she wasn't quite sure if he really liked her or not, she quite liked Alex, he was adorable, and if he was a human, she likely keep him as a pet. "It was fun dancing with you, and meeting your friends." She added before the door opened behind her.

"JoJo! Oh awesome, I told you I thought we might end up being roommates." The squeaky voice came from behind her.

Jordyn didn't even need to turn around to know who the short skinny little brunette was behind her. She closed her eyes a blush filling her cheeks at the nickname. "Oh fuck me! Please tell me that offer to come with you is still out there." She whispered looking back up at Alex, before turning to face Amber that was now looking over Alex with an amused grin. "Alex this is my friend Amber, Amber Alex." She introduced them quickly watching Amber look him over a little bit more closely as she reached a hand out.

"Why aren't you a cute little creature. A little bit tall though." Amber said taking her hand back before looking at Jordyn again. "You disappeared after the punch got spilt on you, I was worried and couldn't find anyone to dance with me." She added with a bit of a pout little a spoiled child that didn't get her way.

"I didn't disappear, I was dancing with Alex." Jordyn said softly as she crossed her arms, eyes rolling.

Amber's frown turned into a happy smile clapping her hands as she looked at Alex again. "Oh that's great!"

Jordyn smiled a little bit, having expected a guilt trip. "Anyway I am going to a party." She said looking up at Alex really quickly as Amber frowned nodding and going back inside. "Do you mind if I change really quickly? You can come in or if you would rather stay out here its fine. I know Amber is a bit annoying."

Logan pulled his hand away from Clary’s grasp as she slowed down finally and stopped dragging him alone. He looked down at her as she asked her question and shook his head. “I think you are looking to deeply into our playing around again. Besides Billie likes douchebags, like Devin and who the hell was it she dated before him? I’m not her type.” He answered frowning a bit before looking in front of them again. Even though he knew better and that Billie had dated some okay guys. That he could easily be her type, and even noticed the bit of a glow she had around him. Logan could never bring himself to ask Billie out, he could easily have any girl that he wanted in the school, other than the one he really wanted. “Besides you know I have a bad habit of cheating on my girlfriends, Billie could and would easily kick my ass.” He added with a slight laugh as they started turning the corner.

Before Logan could react to the sound of shouting behind them, Clary grabbing ahold of his hand and started pulling him through walls. The slight buzz from drinking was gone in a snap and once they came to a stop he blinked a couple times, feeling a little bit dizzy. He stared at Clary blankly for a minute, though he was listening, for the most part it went in one ear and out the other. While vampires moved faster than humans and other races, and they were rather strong, going through walls was what something they were made for.

“That’s fine beautiful, just…you know…give a bit of warning before you drag me through walls again maybe?” He said with a bit of an uneasy laugh, before holding the scotch bottle out to her. “Here hold on to this for me.” He added the smell of it adding a bit of nausea to the dizziness. Logan taking her hand for a moment, as they walked until he could regain his composure.

Logan smiled a bit nce they got to the door, hearing the water turn off, before looking at his watch. Jackie as annoying as she was, she was a creature of habit if nothing else. “Well, this is mainly for your enjoyment beautiful, though if I was you I’d go in now while she is getting dressed. So when she comes out you’ll be there. Just make sure to get my keys on the desk if you could.”

Tonight had not turned out the way she had wanted it to! First she had had to deal with Logan being an asshole, something he was going to pay for later. Then that annoy little poltergeist embarrassed her in front of not only her friends but every one at the bonfire. After leaving the fire, she had mentioned to found herself some pray. However, they had been a first year and if she wasn't thirsty she wouldn't have even gave him the time of the day.

After drinking from him, she came back to the dorm, only finding Logan hadn't came back yet and the room was empty. She made a ticking sound with her tongue as she locked the door, knowing it would force Logan to have to figure out somewhere else to stay, as well as get him in trouble durning class tomorrow. After all with no room meant no clothes, no uniform, no money, an no blood.

Happy with her punishment she stripped down, leaving her dress in the room by her bed and grabbing nightgown and getting into a hot shower to get the nasty new blood off of her. After a long shower she got dressed and started running a brush through her long hair, as she headed out of the bathroom into the bedroom.

Molly nodded slightly as she listened to Adrian. “Mhmm well that should be fine, I don’t need my toys pretty, just not fully dead.” She answered after a moment. Molly watched the fire die out, her eyes looking up at Adrian as he turned to her, a smirk spreading on her lips as she continued to play with the strand of her hair. “No problem cutie, you should be fun to have around.” She answered before her smirk turned into a smile at the request of fire salts, it wasn’t something she had at the moment because they were rarely asked for, but they would be fairly easy to get a hand of. “You’ll be one of the first I’ll send word too.” She added her tone easily slipping into fake politeness again.

Molly let her eyes look him over once more as he walked away, she waited until she saw he talking to Billie, before a soft sigh escaped her lips. She made a motion with her hand a small bottle of blood appearing in her hand. Molly looked the clearly dark blood over closely, before looking over to the man that ranked below her, seeing if he showed any notice to his blood being taken. In another motion it was gone again, though it was not with the batches she sold, it was put away for use of her own protection if need be. Noticing that everyone else was inside she made her way inside as well, there not being much use for her being out here any longer.
