I've used characters similar to Billie and Alex in my independent writing, so they came a bit naturally. And I don't get annoyed very easy. To be honest, sometimes I drop off the face of the planet for like a week and come back.

They have been. Work has been crazy. I spent two weeks in full manager training after the first week of training, and I was working 70-80 hour weeks. Now it's finally smoothed out and my assistant will be back from vacation tomorrow, so... yay, free time!
