Sariel
================================================================================================
Alias: Sarina Marcel
Nicknames: זהריאל, God's Command, Suriel, Suriyel, Seriel, Sauriel, Surya, Saraqael, Sarakiel, Suruel, Surufel, and Sourial as formal titles.
Age: Estimated to have existed since the beginning of time.
Gender: Opts to be a female on earth.
Employments: Faculty (Science and Philosophy)
Unique Powers:
Heavenly Hellfire: A special type of energy that heals herself and harms everyone else. Heavenly Hellfire has an incredibly fluidic form in making spells, ranging from projectile attacks, beam attacks, explosive attacks, heal/harm aura/cloaks, and the like. Heavenly Hellfire is sourced from every energy in its vicinity, whether it be natural, electric, or magical, although magic seems to give it greater power. The more mages present near Sariel, the more destructive her attacks will be. An effect of drainage could be felt whenever she draws on their energy, although the rate of gathering is slower when drawing energy off humans. Contrary to its name, Heavenly Hellfire is not fire, but the pure energy of destruction that manifests as natural disasters. Heavenly Hellfire has a golden-white physical appearance, and leaves behind an aftereffect of fire, tremors, lightning and wind, all of which can be isolated by the Heavenly Hellfire Processor to pick out one of these and cast it out. The Processor is a long, orange-colored rod that fits to her hand, and allows isolation of a destruction element, e.g pure fire or pure lightning. Heavenly Hellfire is less effective against any primordial energy (demonic, angelic.)
SEALED: Manipulation of Destruction - Incredibly Destructive Powers: These include, but are not limited to, the Global Scorch, a rain of hail and flame, firing blasts with explosions equivalent to Hiroshimas, invoking natural disasters of absurd degrees, firing beams that melt entire mountains and a few selection of abilities that can destroy even the gods themselves. Most of them were willingly sealed as request to the gods to make it only to be used either in Hell or on the Days of Judgement. These seals are a greater form of the Ancient Seal, meaning only a god can remove it.
Unique Abilities:
Stafu: Wipes away a person's ability to speak for 3 minutes or until released, can be used for 10 times in succession before running out of charges and needing another 30 minutes to refill. A wet dream for teachers everywhere.
Ancient Seal: A powerful seal that can render even the most ancient of magic inaccessible. The Ancient Seal requires a short ritual, drawing a simple circle using the mixed blood of Sariel and the seal victim, think of the spell the victim uses, then touch the blood circle. Medium duty unsealing magic, a set period of time, or Sariel herself can unravel the seal. Seals can be stacked to make an ability more difficult to unlock. The ritual can be easily disrupted; it is best to perform the Ancient Seal when the victim is incapacitated.
Guard Watch: Sariel monitors the emotional state, thoughts and actions of anyone under Guard Watch. Up to one individual may be watched over at a time, but the duration is indefinite. Sariel does not consider using on anyone other than Samael, primarily because it's her job to keep an eye on her while they stay in the mortal dimension.
Personality:
A cocky and headstrong being, Sariel recognizes her status as a Destroying Angel, whose function is to carry out and overseer orders of destruction from the gods. As such, Sariel takes value of self-preservation and pride. This pride is not of a king's tyranny, nor a god complex, but a boisterous, hotheaded, bravado-filled MANly pride. Some people who have not yet known the ancientness of Sariel frequently call her an "infinitely stupid manly woman" for her extreme idealism. She is highly determined to do anything, no matter the risk it would bring to her physical body or soul.
Even with this attitude of arrogance, Sariel devotes to defend any person she deems as her comrade, using all of her strength to assist them or shield them from danger. Towards Samael she has her greatest commitment to, willing to keep her in great safety and security. Likewise, Sariel also keeps others in her protection whenever Samael snaps. Sariel understands the immense danger to life her powers possess, and as such advises students to be wise regarding their magic. Even if her powers and abilities were to be unsealed by some sort of evil god, Sariel will seek resealing from the lawful gods, hinting an orientation towards good.
Sariel is also known to possess a logic that is difficult to comprehend, such as: Why did she even choose to walk the earth as a woman, when she will just act as a man? Why not be directly male instead? When people sometimes question this, Sariel indeed morphs into a man, but only for a few moments and as a joke. Her reason? Just for laughs.
Skills
Badassery and beatboxing.
Hobbies
Expressing her bravado in public and having an occasional dose of strong liquor are some things she enjoy.
Likes
Exaggerating out loud most of the things she says, alcohol and food. Sariel is known to be a heavy eater, although she is quite picky and rather have most of her meals composed of meat.
Dislikes
Cynical assholes that turn out to be lost causes (staring at Matthias), angsty teenagers and vegetables.
Fun Facts:
- Her eye is actually down there. The strange orb inbetween her badunkas is where she sees through; the human "eyes" are blind and are only useful for emphasizing emotion.
-Some religions worship her as the god/goddess of destruction, although Sariel notes that gods are both creators and destroyers, not just simply destroyers.
-Sariel has a secret "science lab", which is actually a brewery of alcoholic drinks.

Samael
Alias: Samantha Marcel
Nicknames: סמאל, Wrath of God, Sammael, Samil, Accuser, Seducer, and Destroyer as formal titles
Izayoi as informal nickname
Age: Estimated to be as old as time
Lies about being 30
Gender: Similar to Sariel.
Employment: Maid
Samael's powers and abilities revolve around the manipulation of death, and some of them are sealed such that Samael cannot use them in the mortal world.
Powers
Weapon: Eternal Rest: An enlarged sickle that harvest the souls of its victims, leaving the decision of heaven, hell or personal consumption to Samael regardless of whether they were sinners or saints. Other abilities that use the Eternal Rest are available.
Soul Eater: Samael hungers for souls, even if she doesn't even really need them for self-sustenance or additional strength. While some souls are actually consumed, others are stored in gems for Genocide or Necromancy.
Abilities
SEALED - Reaper: Instantly kills or dooms any directly killable entity to inevitable death just by merely pronouncing his/her full name or pointing their finger at the target, making her mouth and fingers technically Death Notes. In addition, Reaper victims get to have their afterlife decided. Due to the incredibly dangerous potential of Reaper, it has been sealed away by Sariel in their physical arrival on the mortal dimension, but against her will.
SEALED - Genocide: The Eternal Rest gains a magical image of itself that expands however large Samael wants it to be, to a maximum of 1km long. The Genocide will harvest the souls of any mortal in contact with the blade, but disappears after one swing. Ten soul gems are required to summon the Genocide.
Halo of Mercy: A mechanical halo that acts as the charging focus for a dark energy beam. The halo functions similarly to the Eternal Rest, in that anyone that dies from the beam gets to have their afterlife decided.
Dark Tendrils: As many as a dozen tendrils can sprout underneath Samael, which act as extra limbs. These tendrils has the capability of sensation, including pain.
Necromancy: Uses a non-consumed stored soul to raise any dead body in any state, whether freshly dead, rotting cadaver, or a skeleton, to life, with the undead having no personality but absolute allegiance. Stored souls for necromancy are contained in gems, which are put into such bodies. These gems are the weak points of the undead.
Personality
Initially demure and gentle, Samael becomes twisted, ruthless and sadistic with even the slightest bit of being angered. At where a usual person would just groan, Samael visibly threatens them to fatal injury, and where a usual person would express facial anger, Samael becomes extremely pissed to the point of actually dealing violence.
Samael is willing to obey her higher-ups, whatever "higher-up" may be, regardless of whether the order could cause her to snap if told by someone she does not deem a superior or not. It could be a higher-up in employment, a high angel or a god, anyone superior in social status, or simply those who have magic that is powerful enough to impress her.
Skills
Samael does have proficiency in doing household activities, as expected of a maid.
Hobbies
Tending to plants and animals. Sometimes, if left unchecked, devouring souls and killing people.
Likes
Genocide, death, gore and fear, generally. Oh, and sleeping. Also hats.
Dislikes
Whenever people dodge way too much. Whenever she's prevented from killing. Whenever she's killed. Whenever her requests are turned down by those she doesn't consider a superior.
Fun Facts
-Demon wings? On her head? Ripping out an imp's wings and stabbing her head with them was a great idea.
-Two tongues, to accuse twice. ok i was just being poetic
Joint Characteristics
Primordial Field: A force-field barrier that renders conventional weapons, such as regular melee weapons and ballistics, nearly useless. Magic can penetrate the barrier, as well as greater conventional weapons like nuclear weapons. The Field isn't limited to defense; this can be used as a some sort of vector to push with great force.
Primordialism: Both of them cannot be directly killed, but if their mortal bodies are damaged enough, they will spend some time roaming as immaterial "ghosts" that can only watch the world or spend some time in either Heaven or Hell until the next Sunday arrives, symbolic of the Resurrection. To fully die, they may have to be confronted in the afterlife, or defeated by an angel/demon, which can fight against them greater than other mages. "Death" by incapacitation also works by being sealed with the greatest forms of sealing magic.
Fallen Archangel: Blah, blah, healing. Blah, blah, curse. Yada, yada, light. Yada, yada wings. Blah, blah strength.
Flaws: Vulnerability to powerful sealing magic and angel/demon power.
Background
The deeper history of the two of the four Angels of Death are an enigma. There are some records of them in the holy books. Sariel taught the early men about the course of the moon, bore Adam and Eve from the top of a high mountain into the Cave of Treasures, explain the Lader to Jacob, and was tasked with being a destroyer angel. Samael is said to be the chief of the Fifth Heaven, a guardian angel of Esau, and a patron to the Roman Empire. Neither of them admit to being the Angel of Death that participated in the final Plague of Egypt, nor do they disclose if the plague actually involved multiple Angels of Death. Samael, however, seems to be a likely candidate.
The two were given chances to live in the mortal world at one point, and Sariel sought a job at the Orean Cause at some point to make profit and impart her knowledge with the young mortals who seek to be educated, while Samael was simply tagged along to be guarded in case she snaps.
