Besides, what purpose would they serve?
They're not foot soldiers, bouncing wouldn't matter too much.
Packing them would reduce available space in luggage/room.
Slight added weight(I know it's in milligrams, but she's picky about efficiency with resources spent)
Waste of materials and time making them if they don't have a purpose.

Even painting the Admiral's shuttle in black would server a purpose! Not only to vent out her annoyance, but also assist in reducing the 'Shoot Me I'm Over Here' factor!
