Well. Technically they do.. Clean-nuclear/fusion power cells, but not like experimental generators.

Clean-nuclear/fusion power cells are still nuclear power cells which if become unstable still explode. And we have already established the thing is leaking and going unstable. Don't matter if it is clean still gonna go boom. Just less big of a boom more of what happens when a nuclear power plant goes critical lots of fire and smoke and conventional explosion that way not actual mushroom cloud but still considered a nuclear explosion of sorts.

Say...what would happen if Yuu was to anchor her MAS with the stakes on top of the Lincoln, before firing everything in the general direction of a target? Or maybe the enemy ship with the main cannon?

Able to withstand direct hits from nuclear weapons, the Cobblestone is a more recent addition as part of the last round of upgrades, and detrimentally affected the ship's handling. "

The small outpost is like a 5 building deal, a large central building, a couple smaller buildings, a chain fence and some guard towers.

The larger base is like a sprawling military base/research complex.
