I updated Alexis' history on her CS to better fit the recent flashback post. Things should line up now and continuity errors are no longer an issue.

Long story short, the Solace will flee in the direction of friendly space- though their ship's jump range forces them to first pass through a swath of the FEZ (Free Enterprise Zone, aka "neutral" space. Likewise, the Lincoln will be passing through the FEZ in order to restock and resupply the depleted/damaged fleet.- Jehan being a secretive forward staging area and research platform for the Coalition.

@Whoami A working station and space elevator are extremely valuable pieces of infrastructure. With its garrison all but destroyed, itd be more handy to pass coordinates to the fleetnet AKA Ardin's thoughts/orders

Gotcha, my next post will be a retreat to the FEZ then. Alexis will transmit the coordinates once they arrive to a secured location.

I've started you guys off- you all are in the middle of a battle, so you guys can go ahead and have fun for a post or two- since we've been having all the fun already. I haven't specifically mentioned your characters, so your free to put them wherever in the squadron's formation you think would be appropriate. Remember, you're not god killers, so don't go downing 5 machines in one post.

Posted the Lincoln's retreat and added in some character development for both Alexis and Ardin. The timeframe might not line up, if it's that much of an issue I can play with the numbers. :P

Not Myke, but from what we've seen in the IC that is usually what daggers on MASs are used for. Sneaking their way into the tiny nooks and crannies in the armor plating to get at the core systems in times when your giant guns just aren't personal enough. I'd say it's a safe assumption to say that they can if you want to use them that way in a scenario that permits it, just don't go over bored and start taking out the entire coalition fleet with sweet trick stabs or else Myke might start to take offense. xD

That is a very valid fact.

Though I pity the person that has to give Ari the "war is hell, but you kind of just have to deal with it speech." I mean technically Trapp should do it as you know part of his job as Squad leader is to make sure everybody is mentally okay. Buttt he's an awkward grump so maybe he shouldn't be corrupting the youth. lol
