Working on an IntChk for a pub version as we speak, going to tweak the setting a little bit. Would actually make Elites char more relevant.

New Int Chk, moved us back 21 years however that does make Elite more relevant as the dino-people will be getting restless so will have feelers out in the galaxy snooping around. More likely that he hatched outwith that system. You guys can just change dates on your chars and port them straight across.
