I added a few things to the third post. Such as a news feed where I'll post any announcements I might have. Also a few extra, small things, are there. Such as reference for room mates, and eventually I'll post a recap there.

1. It'd be more of a drawback than something someone could exploit - and that depends a lot on the character actually.

2. I don't really get your second question. If it doesn't fall under Mind, Body, Power, or World, then it's usually going to fall under Other.
