Alright. From that roll, your character should learn the following:
The potion seems designed to change one's body, possibly only temporarily. (it will effect NPCs indefinitely, but not PCs)
Something about the potion seems to have something to do with reptiles.
Something about the potion seems to have something to do with immense power.

Also, craziest thing, I rolled my character to dig a grave, got the exact same roll, lol. 18.

Also, for an encounter, the person on watch has to roll a d10, and if they get anything above a 1, nothing tries to enter the camp. Like I said, there's a SLIGHT chance something could attack us, so don't fail, lol.
