Ok. Was just gonna say, if you want to write up what happens with the vampires in the club, that's cool. If not, I can instigate some shenanigans. I just figured, even if this goes bad, it'd be a way for us to write more about what city politics looks like, or what exactly Nemsemet has promised people.

Odds are what Nemsemet promised was that he'd put the vampires in the driver seat of day-to-day operations over the cities, because the bleeding hearts are holding them back with their sentimentality. A similar promise was given to the Lycans. Vampires and Lycanthropes alike are strongly restrained from using their abilities overtly against human society, which often feels onerous to the ones who don't get the whole, 'to prevent another Inquisition' vibe.
