History:
Yoshino Tsugumi is considered to be one of the many mysteries incorporated into Miso City. No, seriously. No one knows her real age, though she looks like any other teenager. No one knows where she came from, but then again no one cares either. She just appeared one day in the only school Miso City houses: Miso Educational Center.

Since then, she’s been the current running Student Body President since…well, forever. At least, it feels that way. What else is there to say about her? She’s got a trusted assistant to help with the much dreaded paperwork. Only Yoshino is crazy and determined to fulfill such a task daily.

Then again, no one else wants the job anyway. And it doesn’t seem Yoshino is willing to give it up either.

Personality:
Yoshino Tsugumi is the embodiment of apathy. No really. A “True Neutral” in every way she sees herself, Yoshino cares for no one and nothing but the bare essentials required of her. Unless someone is directly stopping her from finishing her precious school paperwork files, Yoshino wouldn’t care if the school was burned to the ground.

Her paperwork is top priority. The student body is second. Everything else takes third for Yoshino. Because of this way of life, she can appear cold and aloof to both her peers and her underlings. That, and she’s not exactly the lively type either. Plus she can be condescending to slackers.

Really, all she wants in life is to get her work done. Let the forces of the unknown take control of Miso City. As long as her paper work is turned in on time, the Student President could really care less.

That doesn’t stop some students from seeing her as the cool Senpai type for some reason.

Abilities:
Aside from her nigh-omnipotent ability to not care about anything ever, Yoshino is also adept in using scissors. Be it cutting paper, scraping glue, stabbing people…she’s quite handy with those things.

Other:
For one reason or another, Yoshino insists that all people call her by first name only for whatever reason. She has two younger sisters who attend Miso Educational Center, though she forgets what grade they’re in. Furthermore, she seems to be in close association with…who ever the hell this is.

History (Optional): "Um... I dunno. I woke up last week. That's as far back as I can remember... At all."
Personality: Wary is the best way to encompass Maggie. She is worried about everything, to an extent. Surviving has been the one thing to overpower her sense of worry so far. Even she doesn't know how she'll act if someone breaks through her shakiness.
Abilities (Uniqueness): Thoughtlessly able to do parkour. Sometimes, she wishes to go somewhere in her sight, will blink, and will end up there.

History (Optional):
Raised by negligent parents, he never really receive proper love from a tender young age, leading to this he has become cold and distant, though he always yearned for affection, yet never receiving it. His cold demeanor didn't really help with him attaining the thing he desired and has made alot of people weary and preffered to avoid him. He has only ever made one friend in his old hometown, and has become rather protective of her.

One sudden night, his parents were out and left him in the house again without informing him, growing used to this, Hikaru prepared for another night alone. A few hours into the night, a police officer came in, and sadly told him that his parents passed away due to a bizarre accident which he was not privy to, only getting his inheritance from the reluctant parents. He was left with a note, to look for the elusive 'Miso city' and spend his life there.

Personality:
On the outside, he is cold and distant with a sharp tongue that has made most people avoid him. He has grown to know how to spend time alone and has therefore grown self-dependent. Inside his cold exterior, he has only ever wanted to be needed or wanted, and thus is very protective and caring of people who have broken throughhis cold and distant exterior. He suffers from Inferiority complex, which has started with his parents negligence and has then festered and grown. He always downplays himself whenever he possible and makes light of his small achievements.

Abilities (Uniqueness): Due to his upbringing, he can easily discern when other people have ill or good intent, his observing skills are above average due to always observing other people and their lives.

Other: Likes to read, self dependent, so house chores and the like are easy for him.

Name: Haruki Inoue

Age: 17

History: Ever since Haruki was a child, he was always known as the creepy weird kid in class. He's not exactly anti-social, he's pretty friendly and affectionate actually, but when kids start talking to him, they start to back away when Haruki began to talk to people who aren't really there and bragging he can see and talk to ghosts. He also likes calling himself "The bridge between the living and the dead" with an assumed superhero pose. So nobody talked to Haruki, and so Haruki could only talk to his other friends, the ones no one has ever seen. The adults and parents chalked it up as his imaginary friends so they left him alone, a mistake they made as growing older, Haruki still kept on insisting he can see them. He was isolated by everyone, even his parents, except his older brother Sora.

Sora and Haruki are close, and Sora would play along with Haruki's shenanigans. He asks Haruki what they look like and other stuff, and Haruki tells him their story seriously. Of course, adults wouldn't believe Sora, but the two of them would hang out together, and Sora has always encouraged Haruki to continue talking to his friends despite their parents ordering otherwise.

However, when Haruki was fourteen and Sora was twenty-two, Sora was studying in Miso City and the Inoue residence received a call at two o'clock at dawn that Sora died in a car crash. Right after Mr. and Mrs. Inoue finished the call, Haruki, who was supposed to be asleep, woke up screaming and crying, begging his parents to let him talk to Sora. And when he found out the call, well, it didn't do well with his psyche.

The incident somehow even made his "I Can See Ghosts" act more prominent, and claims that he talked to his brother but he never seen him again. His claims got even more frequent, and his parents, who can no longer take his overactive imagination and the shame he's delivering, sent him to study to Miso City as well.

Personality: Well, Haruki's most prominent trait is probably the fact that he's pretty convinced that he can see and talk to ghosts, but that's the first thing people see in him and avoids him, but he's a pretty normal dude if you managed to get past the eccentricities. Haruki is cheerful and always seen with a bright smile, he's a touchy-feely person who has no sense of personal space. He's friendly, but a little bit naive on his part and very gullible, as he won't believe a thing isn't true unless proven scientifically. He's a little weird in the head (if that isn't implied already), and displays questionable logic at times, but he pretends to be weird because everyone says he's one and despite insisting he's honestly normal, they kept giving him funny looks, so why bother? But still, he just yearns for acceptance, like the one Sora gave him. But he's dead now, so what person in their right mind is going to?

Abilities: Haruki is quite convinced he could see and talk to ghosts, but whether he's not right in the head or he's telling the truth, Haruki hasn't proven yet his honesty in this case. But then, nobody has also proven Haruki is lying, right? But still, there are quite a few times when he seems to know people he shouldn't.

Other: Will talk to air often, has a weird fashion sense and actually excited about stories surrounding Miso City.

Seth & Ren

Seth & Ren

Age: 16

Height: Seth is 5”4’ and Ren is 5”6’.
Weight: Uhhh………………
Eye Color: Forest green
Hair Colour: Seth has dark-chocolate-brown hair, ears, and tail. Ren has whiteish hair, ears, and tail; although a clump of hair in the center of her forehead is the same dark-chocolate-brown as Seth, the tips of her ears and tail are also this colour.

History: These two are just another mystery of Miso City that no one can be bothered to solve. The two grew up together, and refuse to be separated. Bounced from home to home for a while, they ended up living with a couple they call “Aunt, and Uncle”. Aunty Cass, and Uncle Bill are kind, although a bit strict, and so, deferring to their will, Seth and Ren go to school, although neither really pays exceptional amounts of attention. For the most part they both share classes, although there are a few where they are alone.

Personality: Neither likes being compared to the other.

• Seth: younger of the two, but not by much, Seth is more violent. With a temper that’s roaring and ready to blow, he is often the one to drag the two into fights. Hot headed, and impatient, he can never sit still for long, and has a habit of fidgeting. A little more talkative than Ren, he is also much quicker to take offence, but also quick to forget it. A very honest boy, Seth trusts easily, and is rather loyal, although not as much as Ren. He quite likes painting, and reading, rather shocking to those who only see him fight. He loves Ren’s cooking the best, and would take it over some gourmet stuff anytime. Honestly, he bakes at home, having a rather sweet tooth, although that is something he doesn’t really tell anybody.
• Ren: As wild as her brother, but with more restraint, Ren is the ‘voice of reason’ for the two, but that only means that she doesn’t fly of the handle as quickly as Seth. Rather; Ren stores it all up, her anger, frustration, rage, and then one day someone will annoy her just a tiny bit, and it all comes bursting out, usually resulting in a lot of yelling, some hitting, the destruction of breakable things, you get the picture. Ren’s way of hiding involves music, she loves music; the faster and louder, the better. She also has a slightly girly side to her, it includes enjoying cooking, a soft spot for fluffy things, and a hidden love for cute things. Although she vehemently hates the colour pink; especially salmon pink. Other than that, Ren is a little bit of a daredevil, but also kinda shy around strangers, she has a hard time trusting anyone but Seth, but is amazingly loyal, once you have gained her trust.

Abilities: They both have the agility and senses of a cat (also the ears and tails), and are linked in that weird way twins often seem to be. They can hear what the other thinks, and if one is hurt, the other will feel the pain, although marks/scars don’t transfer over.

Other: They both hide their ears and tails as much as possible, with hats and hoodies, but hiding their tails is just a bit trickier.
Seth gets himself into more fights, but Ren is the better fighter. Seth has never beaten Ren.

[Eisenhorn]

Name: Gregor Stukov

Age: 19

Personality: Stukov, for being a foreign exchange student from Russia, is a rather happy and well spoken individual. Generally grinning and referring to people by nicknames he gifts unto them (In both English, Russian, and otherwise). He is often times grinning and laughing, making some bad and off color joke of one sort or another. He has a bad habit of dragging people around him into what he honestly and his Boss sarcastically call 'Adventures!', which often lead to something going wrong since this is Miso City, after all. But Stukov remains almost sickeningly upbeat and happy throughout all of it, hiding a rather cunning wit and rapier sharp intelligence beneath it. Probably hidden by all the obfuscating stupidity and disarming optimism and happiness, both of these most likely not fooling his Boss, although he keeps it up anyway long after its been pierced, just to be annoying.

Abilities (Uniqueness): Stukov boasts two unusual skills. One, he seems to have an unusual knowledge and practical experience with the occult in general, and seems to be able to apply this to various effects. Secondly, he plays cello, rather well, and hides an old officer's sabre in a hidden compartment under the instrument which he claims he is rather dangerous with when someone finds it. But whether he is, or just bluffing, no one has yet to see.

Other: Beyond his cello case, which is almost always on him somehow, he has a black book that he refuses to let anyone see and can be seen studying before pulling off strange stunts. He also has his lucky coin, a russian denomination that doesn't look like anything ever minted in the history of Russia or the USSR, for that matter. It doesn't even match any records from Tsar ruled Russia and prior, making it another enigma on top of the pile.
