[IC] Supernatural Inn (Reboot)

Blu stood silently outside of the inn. She glanced down at her bags and back up at the door. She was intimidated by the place, but although she hated being trapped indoors, it was better than being hunted down. She sighed and picked up her bags. Reluctantly, she stepped inside of the hotel.

She walked immediately into the cafe. The smells of the room were intense, but she also smelled tons of creatures in it. Of course there are creatures this place is for them. Blu sat down at a small table, and she looked silently at the menu. She used her amazing hearing to listen in on conversations near her.

Name smiled at her enthusiasm, "seems like she's coping very well, with her new home" he thought to himself. "Alright Kid will wait until she's done talking. For know why don't we eat?" Name of course wasn't able to digest the food being full vampire, still he liked the flavor and it almost let him pretend he wasn't hungry.
Almost.

"It's weird don't you think?" He said to Autumn. "To some people like us now would be breakfast. Though to others it's dinner." Of course since his bite Name just ate when the hunger was unbearable and slept when tired regardless of day or night. "Gonna have to change that he noted to himself." "So what do you think would be good for breakfast/dinner? I'm thinking spaghetti and eggs." He said joking.

Even though that didn't stop him from ordering just that with a cup of coffee.

"I had heard of this place awhile back" Lyx said "I think i am going to stay awhile", this unicorn girl was quite friendly, if fact she was the first friendly person he's met in quite some time. @LostDestiny

"Ah that's good, this is a nice place to stay and it is one of the only safe places for people like use. You know, supernatural beings and all." Her smile never faded but she did turn her direction toward the others in the lobby. "Most of those here have been here for a while. Some come and go but for the most part everyone stays. I have been here a couple months after...certain things happened but others have been here for years." Her attention turned back to the male. "Oh, silly me. I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Azalea but most call me Aza, I am a Unicorn, obviously, nice to meet you." She extended her hand for him to shake.

Autumn nodded at his suggestion of food while they waited for the pretty lady to finish her conversation. Nate always told her it was rude to interrupt people when they were talking so she was content to wait. She followed Name over to a table, her duffle bag floating behind her as Aiden carried it. He set it gently down next to her chair before levitating his twin slowly up onto the chair since she was a little too tiny to be able to climb up there herself. As she looked over the menu she looked up at Name, wrinkling her nose slightly at his choice of food. She liked spaghetti and eggs sure but she didn't fancy them together. After looking over the menu for a few minutes she finally ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of apple juice. As their food was cooked Autumn swung her legs slightly as she looked around. Her eyes alighted on a girl with black hair sitting at the bar.

Autumn tilted her head before climbing down from her chair and padded on bare feet over to her, Aiden following as he asked her what she was doing. The child stepped in front of the girl, gazing up at her with her eye that wasn't covered in a bandage. She tilted her head to the side. "Miss why are you sad?" She asked softly before looking up just over her head as Aiden told her he sensed that spirits had been around her recently, freshly deceased spirits. Being a spirit himself Aiden was able to tell. Autumn turned back to the lady and gave her a bright smile. "Don't worry, Aiden says your family is in a happy place. Do you wanna hug Garry? It always cheers me up." The bandaged child then held out her stuffed rabbit.

Wy stopped spinning when the little girl came up to the bar, talking to the girl next to her. She turned around, her eyes looking down at her glass of water. She was having a rough time sensing the species around her when there were so many of them. She rubbed her blue eyes as she sat up a little bit. I need to tone back on studying so much... She thought tiredly as she took a sip of her water.

Name was worried. In personal experience he found the werewolves to be brotherly to themselves and to an extent the rest of the supernatural. When they were in a good mood. This young woman was clearly not.

He heard Nightshade Security had just wiped out Lunar Tide. Shame Name liked them good sort, a little rowdy but very friendly. Hell he had a wisdom tooth from a member for his tests. "Huh, wonder what I'm gonna do with that?" He said to himself.

Name knew a wolf in mourning was a dangerous thing, but he didn't want to pull Autumn away. Who knows this might be just what the ex-alpha needed.

Name sat next to Wy to be closer, rotated the stool so that was facing the girls and put his hands in his pocket.

"Lyx" He said as he took Aza's hand, brought it up and kissed her knuckle "I am Lyx, pleasure to meet you", suddenly realizing which form of greeting he used he stammered "I, uh...hehe sorry, old customs" he glanced at the ground for a moment then looked back up at Aza "I'm a vampire" he said as he bared his fangs for a moment, they then retracted and he ran his tongue over where they were and smiled at Aza.

When the little girl first came over she was going to growl at her to back off but then she heard the words she said. Somehow this little girl knew what had happened recently and for that it shocked her. The words eased her mind though, knowing now that her pack was truly in a better place helped her.

Brooke sat her drink on the counter and got off the chair kneeling by the little girl. She gently put her hand on her shoulder and pulled her into a gentle hug. "Thank you. You are an amazing little girl." Brooke said letting go of her and looking at her smiling. "My name is Brooke, what is your name sweety?" Brooke asked.

Aza giggled at him after he greeted her. "No worries, old habits die hard, I understand. You must be pretty old to be used to the old customs. Honestly I am probably the oldest at this inn, maybe excluding you, two thousand and two hundred years to be exact. I'm surprised I haven't lost count yet." Her smile had faded slightly as she remembered bits of her past but as quickly as it had faded it was back. "Well you must be tired from your travels here I should probably let you rest. My room number is 140, on the first floor of course, if you need anything check there first." She nodded to him and then turned to head toward her room.

Lyx caught the slight change in Aza's expression before she left for her room, he decided not to dwell on it to much and smiled after her as she left. now his travels may have been lengthy but they did not leave him tired though maybe he could rest for awhile, maybe he would get a drink first, it has been awhile...and he had caught the scent of a second wolf. he looked around and ultimately decided against it, 'perhaps tomorrow' he thought as he made his way to his own room.

Name noticed Aza moving towards her room finished talking to the new arrival. "Sorry kid but I promised a little girl a unicorn." Name said under his breath. Seeing Autumn was in no danger from the alpha, he relaxed.

"Hey Aza do you have a moment?" Name said in hushed tones as the unicorn walked by "If you can just sit tight a few moments you can make a very sweet little girl very happy!" He told her pointing at Autumn, his own enthusiasm apparent.

"By the way I found this in my coffee this morning, for the life of me I can't think of how it got there!" He said holding out her room key.

Brooke nodded and stood up. "I'll have to find out at another time little one." She said smiling. She then turned and headed into the lobby, from there she went out to their outside porch with the chairs. She sat down and stared into the woods. Someone approached her today. It's surprising, most people are too scared of coming in contact with a grieving wolf, let alone and alpha at that. But the little girl didn't care, and now Brooke felt better. Yes the pain was still all too fresh but she knew they didn't have to live in fear another day. Maybe one day she would create another pack. Or find a new one but for now she was a lone e-paper wolf.

Aza turned toward the man who had called her and smiled. "Sure I have a few, what do you need?" She asked looking toward the girl. "She is new too is she not? What's up?" She questioned watching the alpha wolf known as Brooke walk away. Her attention turned back to the man when he held out her key. She shrugged, "Magic, who knows, glad you found it though I am always losing stuff the clerks are starting to get mad at me." She said taking her key.

"All I need is for you to say hello, introduce yourself, maybe show her some minor magic. But be careful shes been through a lot lately" Name said suddenly much more somber tone.

"I just want her to see that there is something beautiful here, that being different is nothing to be ashamed." Quickly breaking out of his sudden of his sudden slum, with a smile Name continued, "And who is one of the most beautiful people in the Inn? You my dear!" Name told her in a flattering tone.

Before Aza could say anything else name noticed Brooke was walking of leaving Autumn in silence "Now's our chance!" Name said in an excited whisper. "Autumn! Would you come here a moment? I have a very special friend i'd like you to meet!" Said the old man giving the unicorn a wink, "Your on kid! Knock her dead!"

Autumn gave the girl a bright smile as she returned the hug, opening her mouth to answer her question. However before she could say anything her attention was taken by Name who was talking to the pretty lady. She gazed at them for a moment before turning back to the black-haired lady only to find she was getting up and after promising to find her name out later, the lady walked outside. Autumn stared after her for a few moments before she heard Name call her name. She turned to find him still standing next to the pretty lady. She walked over, stuffed rabbit still firmly hugged to her chest. The bandaged child's visible eye widened as she gazed up at the unicorn, mouth part slightly and eye alight with wonder.

Hello. I'm Autumn, this is Garry and that's Aiden." She pointed to her rabbit and the air above her head respectively. She then glanced up, tilting her head as Aiden asked her something. "Sure Aiden." She said and held her rabbit up in the air. She released the animal but instead of complying to gravity it hovered in the air above her head. The rabbit turned to Aza and bowed at the waist as it pretended to swept an imaginary top head from its head. Autumn giggled at Aiden's antics before he returned Garry to her arms.

Aza looked at the man standing behind her with a raised eyebrow. "Did you just call me kid?" She asked. "You do realize I am over forty-five times your age right? I might look young but my human form doesn't age and my unicorn form doesn't visably age." She stated before turning her attention the the girl standing infront of them. She smiled at the child as she introduced herself, her bunny, and the entity tied to her it would seem.

Aza watched as the spirit with the young girl made the bunny greet her, though it wasn't nessicary. Most people didn't know this but Azalea had a tie to the spirit realm in a way, it was how she was able to gain knowledge so quickly and it came with her extreamly powerful healing abilities. Nontheless she smiled at the girl and intorduced herself. "Hello Autumn, Aiden, Garry. My name is Azalea though most people just call me Aza." She squated down to the child's level and gave her a gentle smile. "Say Autumn, have you ever seen a rainbow up close before, like a real one?" She questioned as she formed a small rainbow from one upward facing palm to the other. It was one of the first things she learned how to do with her magic. Simple manipulation and light and water particules. She smiled and waited to see how the child would react.

Having finally just woken up, Spinel made himself somewhat decent and eventually stepped out of his room, heading down the stairs to grab something to eat. Arriving at the restaurant area, the male yawned a bit sleepily as he approached the bar counter. "Good morning, all. I didn't miss anything, did I?" He ran a hand through the slight bedhead of crimson hair he exhibited and gave a relaxed smile to the others still at the counter before ordering asking the person behind the counter for a muffin and an apple.

"Hmm...Anyone seen the weather outside yet? I was thinking of going swimming..."

Brooke walked back into the inn just as someone asked a question about the weather. "Well seeing that it's basically about to be night time you shouldn't be going swimming unless you have night vision." Brooke told the Phoenix from across the room.@YamiCuoreLaroux

The sleepy redhead blinked before looking around for a window. "Huh...I guess I slept longer than I thought..." Receiving the requested food items, he thanked the person behind the counter before turning back to the girl who had kindly reminded him. "You'd think that would teach me not too take so many naps during the day, but honestly, I think I'm considering doing it again already"

He took a bite from the muffin, enjoying the very late breakfast food and thinking how lucky it was that they still had some this late. "Still, if I were to go out anyway, do you think the weather's nice enough for swimming?"

@YamiCuoreLaroux "The weather is fine for a late night swim but it's dark out there plus dangerous. Can you even see in the dark? I could accompany you so you can swim. I can see through the dark plus it's my natural instincts to protect others." Brooke said not even realizing what she was saying until it came out of her mouth. She mentally facepalmed as she cursed at her wolf instincts. The inn was becoming like a second pack to her so she just naturally wanted to protect those inside this inn despite being enemies with some supernatural races naturally.
