Knowledge written in black? To Felice, that sounded like a library. It could also have been a room with computers, but that could allow for any color. Did this place even have a library, though? He thought that most of the information would end up on the computers anyway. Maybe the answer was more complicated than that, anyway...

He looked over at the others, curious as to what kinds of ideas they might come up with. If they didn't have anything good, he didn't mind giving his suggestion. They only had until midnight, and he did want to sleep eventually, since he doubted that they would be allowed to stay in bed late for any reason the next day.

Ezekiel frowned at the doctor. He was surprised that the treasure hunt was to take place in the facility. On one hand, it was a good way for them to get to know the place and its various services. But it was also kind of counterproductive - they weren't given a tour of the place, and he at least had no idea where everything was. Were they expected to simply annoy the staff with questions about where was what?

He craned his neck to see the reactions of the other prisoners. In this situation, someone was expected to stand up, anoint themselves as the impromptu leader, and lead everyone to safety. But the company seemed to be brooding at best. Maybe other than Flippy, but he was creepy as hell and Ezekiel wasn't sure his attempts at moving everyone would work.

He rubbed his eyes in exasperation. Talking to Vlad seemed easier to him than talking to any of the others. He raised his hand again. "Is there a map of this facility we can use?"

" So is anyone else thinking that this lace doesn't have a library. Or is it just me. Also i don't think me in a library would be so good. Its flammable isn't it." Fox said blurting out what was on her mind at the moment. Leaving out the part where she wanted to burn a book or something close to flammable.

"Do not burn down anything. Do not destroy anything." Vlad snapped. "There is a map. But you will not be allowed access to it. You will not always have that information when you go on a mission. We might have to send you some place that we dont have a map for. YOu will have to find this room on your own. You can ask the guards but they might not answer you or they might lie."@Peaceless

Ezekiel deflated. He was afraid of this - the staff is going to make it hard on them on purpose. But then again, what better way to unite a group than giving them a common enemy?

Anyway, there seemed to be no point in waiting around. He wasn't sure what time it was since they didn't allow him to keep his wristwatch, but it did not hurt to hurry up. Timed missions made him nervous, since he was quite slow in most everyday tasks, and he felt his resentment growing slowly towards this situation. The large young man crosed his hands, waiting for the test to begin.

Eventually, Felice stood up and started toward the door. It seemed that nobody had any real idea of where to start, but he had just gotten what seemed like a decent plan to him. Before he actually managed to reach the door, though, he stopped and turned back to the doctor. "Dobbiamo comencere?" ("Should we start?")

Flippy was so lost when it came to the riddle. "Sounded like a library but could be something else but with if that something else was even more something else." he said to himself trying to think hard. When he was about to give it seemed like everyone else had an idea on where it was, so he'll just follow them when they begin.

Ezekiel slowly rose to his feet. Oddly enough, the loud french suicide guy took the lead. He didn't mind either way, so he made his way down the stairs and joined him, trying to avoid eye contact. He expected it to be hard to move all of these strangers together, but even a small group was better than nothing.

However, being so close to the gym door, the facility suddenly looked hostile to him. He looked around the gym for something metallic that's easy to conceal - the benchpress bar was obviously out of the question.

Roxy headed towards the door when she saw Vlad nod. She knew one thing this quest wasn't going to be as easy as he made it sound. There were bound to be tricks and traps. He would challenge all of them in some way. He would test their known skills and their powers as well as their ability to work together. "A library would be a good start. So would a records room or an office." She doubted they would be given access to those rooms.

Felice's scowl never left as he watched some of the others slowly start to make their way down as well. Not even trying to act excited, he turned and exited the room, looking around the hall for something specific as soon as he did so. A records room or an office...I'll keep that in mind for when I find it...maybe we can't, but...merda! He tried not to visibly wince when he realized his immediate mistake. We forgot to ask about additional rules! Turning back again to see who had actually followed, he weighed his options. "Regole. Quante abbiamo?" Looking between the girl and the larger male, he thought again about how to ask. "Rules. Informazioni per il modo." Eventually making a decision, he pointed to the larger male. "Per favore. Chiedere, 'which are rules'."

Ezekiel reeled a little from Felice. "Er, what?" he looked both ways to make sure the guy was really addressing him with his french or whatever. This must be what natives feel when being flocked by tourists asking for directions. "Wh... what rules?"

He followed the guy's gaze back into the gym, his face scrunched in thought. "Can't you talk in English? What are you doing here anyway?" He preferred to try and coax the guy into elaborating instead of making a wrong guess about what he was trying to say.

Fox fallow behind Roxy quietly not making much note of herself until they where mostly congregated together. " I would think the good doctor would only want us not to kill anybody here. or break/burn things. That would be my problem. " Fox said rambling more than she meant to before snuffing out the small flame which had made its way onto her had.

"The rules are simple." Roxy explained to them like they were small children that should already know this. "We can not attack each other or the guards. We can not damage anything on the property. We can not break into any locked room. We can not take anything but the times on the list."

The short boy rolled his eyes at the larger male's complaint and proceeded to ignore the request. He didn't have time to bother with explanations that didn't directly pertain to the task. When the dark girl spoke up with the list of rules, he felt slightly suspicious, but she was the doctor's special breakthrough or something like that, after all. She probably had more information than most of the group whether it was useful, wanted, or neither.

He had been hoping for a more specific set of rules, though. This almost concerned him more.

"Buono. Seguite." Waving a hand in a beckoning motion, he started down the hall, checking the walls as he walked. The corners in particular got his attention, though he payed attention to the flat areas and the spaces between the doors as well. "Abbiamo bisogno di una carta. Ma, non possiamo ottenere una carta. Però..." He stopped for a moment as he looked around another corner before continuing. "Ci sono regole per tutti edificii." Knowing full well how little that probably meant to anyone still following, he took a moment to summarize. "Mappa di emergenze - Fire Map."

Met once again with the french guy's noncommutal attitide, Ezekiel suddenly felt compelled to become one of the sideline guys, those who do nothing in a group project, take credit if it succeeds, and if it fails accuse everybody of incompetence. He decided to hold off this change in strategy, glad to see that others also had an idea how to proceed.

He floated towards the shadow girl, feeling she may have inside information about this thing. "There is a list?" he asked in what he perceived to be a nonchalant way. Her chiding tone didn't bother him yet.

Fallowing the shorter boy she couldn't understand a word he was saying. She could understand swords that sounded the same in english as they did any other language.' Mappa di emergence' sounded like fire exit to her. She hadn't thought of fire exit maps. Well who in her position would huh? " So if we find the fire exit maps. it will show us the facility. But I'm pretty sure the doctor would have those removed. "

The short boy shook his head. "Perchè? Troppo lavoro, e quella è contra le regole per edificii ufficiali. Molti governi dovrebbe smettere di finanziare per facilità insicure." Of course, that plan would fall through if the doctor had expenses paid by something besides official government funding, but considering that the judicial system of this country was somehow involved, he felt that it was probably safe to assume that there was some reliance on tax money somewhere. As a result, for the safety of government-hired employees of various kinds, there had to be materials and plans in place for use at any given moment.

In theory, at least, but theory was better than nothing.

Roxy rolled her eyes. "No there isn't a list. That would make things easy. Vlad will never make things easy for us. Trust me or don't it's your choice. This is your first time playing solider with the mad scientist. But it isn't mine. I can only tell you the things I've learned."

The large young man blinked at the girl. He was certain he heard her saying something about a list. Was she being sarcastic? A certain movie he watched came to mind - about a group of people who found themselves working for an alien to defend the planet from other, hostile aliens. Six of them were new, but one was experienced. And he lied to them and inadvertedly caused their death, all to gain points in the 'good' alien's eyes.

He shuddered. This situation was more than just similar. None of them knew the rules except the shadow girl, and she did not seem too eager to share. Yes, he would have to be quick on his feet, in more ways than one, to survive. If anything could be learned from that movie, is that one needs to adapt quickly.

Turning away from Roxy, Ezekiel scanned the corridor with his eyes.

Yes because what would be easy. I don't know watching the entire place collapse under the pressure of a rapidly increasing flame. That would be easy if they allowed her. But whats to say. It seems no one's even caring about her. Or maybe it was just the flame.

" Can we all stop arguing and start actually making a plan. Thats what we need right now. A plan of action." The red head said speaking up a small flame unmuffled on her wrist danced a bit.
