"I'm fine thank you. Can you tell me exactly what happened?" Katherin asked. She figured that the shooter had pointer his weapon at her. He had probably thought that she was a witness to the shooter. He must have missed the clerk. She drew the ice back to her. Unfortunately whatever ice had melted she couldn't do anything about. Hopefully the water wouldn't do too much damage to the store.

The large man stiffened then turned back quickly upon hearing the clap behind him. He seemed to stiffen upon seeing a duplicate of himself, when suddenly he said: "No Ted, there's no one in front of you except for some guy! Wait a minute . . . Ted, get out of here, he might be a super!"

Suddenly, the man turned around and bolted, running faster than ever.

Completely fed up with the way this man seemed unable to be distracted for very long, Kyo began chasing after him. He knew that he would have to do something quickly before he lost him, though, as this man was definitely faster than him. What struck him as odd\ was how the man seemed to talk to himself. And how he knew that there wasn't actually anything there...

Wait a minute...he's being directed. There must be a transmitter on him or something.

With this realization, he reached to his side and pulled out a purple fan. These things hadn't left his side since they were given to him so long ago. He was glad to have them now, though he had initially questioned exactly why he needed them back then. Flicking it open to expose the hard edges that made it more than just a nice prop, he threw it like a disk toward the man's hat.

At the same time, he finally decided not to worry so much about conserving his energy and concealed himself from public view.

@YamiCuoreLaroux The man didn't notice the fan as his back was turned. The hat fell clean of his head, exposing a furry pair of round ears instead of hair or a skin of head. He kept running until the police car from earlier drove in front of him.

"Sir, we ask that you please cease and desist, or else - gah!?"

The police officer asking him to stand down was unable to finish his sentence, as the large man charged straight at them and in the process of doing so, tossed aside the entire car, with them inside it.

Kyo was horrified by the sudden turn of events, and pretty close to being unable to do much more. For once, he was starting to regret the incorporeal nature of his ability as far as he could use it safely. The only good thing he could get from what had just happened was that the "man" was revealed as not exactly human. He wasn't sure if it was just a strange mascot suit or something, but either way, he felt far less guilty about his last few options now. Especially after the endangerment of the officers.

Taking out another fan, he flicked it open to expose a much sharper edge. Tossing it the same way as the other one, he aimed for the back of the suspect's knees. If he could hit the legs, perhaps it could be halted long enough for him to get better control. Just in case, though, he readied one more fan of his own design at his side.

Sam was a bit confused, as it was like the woman didn't even see what just happened. Only then he noticed that the girl was blind. "Well, first that paint bomb at the city hall happened, then you came into the shop, then the man with the gun came inside and tried to rob me, then he shot me, twice, and then you froze the guy's legs, and after that I hit him with a baseballbat and now he is knocked out." Sam catched his breath from saying such a long sentence, then said: "But you froze him. You are a super aren't you?"

Katherin bite her lip. She hadn't thought about giving herself away. She had just been worried about saving her life. She given anything to anyone seeing what she had done. of course she had thought that the clerk had been killed or at least injured and he seemed to be fine. It was strange to be confronted like this. But she didn't see anyway out of admitting what she had done. "Yes. I am a super. I can create and control ice.

The large man turned around quickly as Kyo's fan struck his leg. The fans blade ripped open a gaping whole in his pants, and more fur could be seen from underneath. Unfortunately, it did not seem to impede his movement in the slightest.

As he faced Kyo, a full pair of large furry teddy bear ears were visible on his equally furr head. The cough mask and shades covered the rest of his face well, but two bright red pinpricks of light pierced through the dark glasses.

Sam couldn't believe it. "Wow, you are the second super I've seen today. Well, third if you count the one I saw in the mirror this morning. I'm Sam. So you're a super as well? Ice control sounds 'cool'." He said with a laugh. He looked at the man who was laying on the ground. "So how are we going to explain this mess?"

"Honestly I don't know. You're going to have to describe exactly what there is explain. How much damage did the ice do?" Katherin asked him. She had no idea how much of a mess there was to explain. Maybe there could say it was simply an attempted robbery. She didn't know. She wanted to keep it as simple as possible. The less they had to lie the easier it would be to remember what they had said.

Definitely not human. Maybe an animatronic, but not human as far as he could tell. That was enough for Kyo. Pulling out the other fan he had prepared, he launched it straight for the face. This fan was different from the last; rather than just being sharp, it featured a couple of hooked blades on the edge. If it connected, he expected it to either remain stuck in the target or to take a good chunk out of it.

He didn't stop running, either, hoping to get a chance to get just close enough. He was running out of energy, but he had one last trick he could use if he got close enough. He would probably regret it later, but what else could he do?

Just a bit closer... then all he had to do was jump... and let go...

He watched them react. He had gotten more of reaction then he had expected. This pleased him. He smiled watching the heroes. Many appeared to be on the side of good. Rule followers. But he didn't follow the rules. He wouldn't follow the rules. He refuse to do that. He liked chaos and destruction too much.
