I feel like he'd be known, but maybe he'd not have met anyone... it seems rather vague and useless to have met anyone unless it were in some kind of deal, or someone came to visit him for.. influence/politics as a reason? Asking for a favor? That kind of thing.

Yeah also a man of his possition would have them many enemies. Cause if he was to meet an unfortunate end, well there are many would have to fill in the hole left by him. As such he would have to choose carefully whom he meets.

This is a really good point. Hadn't thought of that. Some people the Consano meet may be totally unwilling to help just because he is associated with us.

I was thinking either a barbarian or some sort of magic-user pariah. And the barbarian would be either a berserker, a skald... or a BEAR RIDER.

Well, I toned down my magic quite a bit since it's so rare. He will have a projectile ability and minor telekinesis to push/pull things. Other than that he will be the wisdom of the group, seeing how the plague may be magical in origin, my character would fit right in with the group and aid in its study/cure.

It seems that is the thing: we don't need muscle, we need wisdom and expertise in many areas.

I want to refrain from high fabtasy wizardry and stick to more Game of Thrones style. Little things mean big things, like fire immunity and fortune-telling.

But of course. I like my cool and K replies! In fact the cool, k and lol replies are so deeply engraved into my mind that I must go to great lenghts to not reply everythign with a single lol. :3 besides I don't have much else to say till I see the CS in question.
