To cut a complex discussion short, its been decided on a GM level that right now there's already enough characters of "non-traditional" sexual preferences than is normal in a population. Rounding the player character population to the nearest thirty, one should expect roughly 15 of those to be female. Right now, there are 4-5 of those who have inclinations towards either playing with the same gender, or towards playing with both genders. That makes it roughly 27-33% of the female population.
But in the case now, the list of characters has 15 males and 11 females. So with 4-5 of those being bisexual or lesbian, it is not 27-33%, but 36.4-45.5%. Not exactly a normal level.
It is for this reason we'll not at this time have more characters of such preferences.
Granted, through all of this, its also important to note that romance between characters is not the primary focus of Aftermath. Sure, it might happen, but it doesn't have to. And it certainly doesn't have to be successful if it does happen. One or both characters in such a pairing might die, for example. Or someone (read: Darth Nyiss) could let Sish run freely. You never know what happens if he gets to do that. Or rather, you never know exactly who will be maimed and die.
On a more joyous note:
The opening post for the IC is rapidly growing forth. If all goes according to plan, it'll come up tomorrow, when we and Echo (and hopefully Fallen) are all online and awake.

@MonkeyBusinessWe can see from your sheet that you want your Jedi to be less experienced and less effective as a warrior. Thats not a bad thing in the current player crowd. We have a slight suggestion for change to her style. Rather than have her simply be inexperienced at wielding a lightsaber, have her be bad at fighting others with it, bad at duels. Instead, have her be fairly good at sending blaster bolts back to their owners and at treating the wounded. A true support role.
There’s no need for her to be trained to win battles on her own. Not all Jedi are suited for that. Instead, it would be logical for her to have been trained to ensure that the troops she serves with wins the battles. Do you like that idea?
Secondly, as a healer, its very likely that she spent some time training on H’Ratth, as that’s the primary academy for Jedi healers. That would allow her to know Lea a little too. Not too well, though. Lea never had all that many close friends.
Fallen’s additions
If she was bad at combat, Ellri’s suggestion works out well (both really) and I’ve already stated in his CS he likes the support and healing role anyway. There’s little reason his Padawan can’t take the same role as well. In fact, he would’ve insisted on it because it kept both out of the line of fire, allowing them to live longer. It also allows a different flavor too.
