Ben stepped into the lobby and looked around. The psyker asked the question that he was thinking, and he stepped forward, assuming command. The Pskyer wasn't a commander, and neither was Stukov. The kasrykin was new, and he didn't trust him yet, and Commissars weren't always capable commanders.
Ben had experience with units. They were usually in APCs, but he had led a platoon before.
"Alright. Fan out, find him. Pairs would work better, but no one is forcing it on you. Use your communicators. Squelch twice for help, sounds like this." Ben's communicator was in his glove, and he squeezed it twice, hotkeying the mic twice, making two short bursts of static. "If you can't get any words out, use that. If you can talk, do it. Do NOT break cover if you can help it. We might still be able to salvage this mission." Ben said. He looked around the Lobby and spotted a bar. "I'll be at the bar, providing a sort of lookout. Any questions?" Ben asked the group.
He sensed the Kasyrkin could possibly be doubting him. "I'm Sergeant Ben Duren. 5 Years on Armaggeddon, in service of the Emperor's finest army, the steel legion. Did a year as a Lieutenant." It served as his introduction to the Commissar and the trooper that he didn't know. Provided there were no questions, he waved them off. "Lets crack on." he said, looking around the room, as he headed towards the bar. He pressed the button in his glove, and brought his sleeve up to his mouth. "And if you get any premonitions, be sure to let us know, ma'am."
