Ialu's village is on a fairly large river and not that far from the sea, so it's looking like he'd have to be in the north. Perhaps Garakai has one half of the north and the Strong Tribe has another, @Rtron?

I mentioned when the village was first settled that it was a grassland separated from most other human lands by a large forest that encompassed it, which was at that time crawling with Cimex and Dyun. So I'd assume that it makes more sense for Ialu to have the western side of the north, but at the same time there's no river there. Shall we just say that his river is somewhere over there but not as large as the others that are actually marked on the map?

@Hael Include the SC on your map when you upload. Lugu's is a bit tiny ^^'

Fair enough.

The city is gonna be freakin' huge, with like 2000 people.

There's a grand total of 6 or 7 thousand Mer, so that should give you an idea of how important the city is

Mines kind of, meh. Scribbled all over it. The Hive's that you see their are some of the largest compared to the Great Hive. They serve as forts so to speak.

Why is everyone making such small maps?

EDIT: Ah, well, I can just go to the pic.

I like that you included the locations of the hives, Loki. It's useful.

Why thank you, it will be useful for me to lol.

Approx Cimex Population, if humans are 9000 the Cimex would be about even, in fact, even more I believe, the Cimex appeared before the humans. 10,000, cause it's obvious they would be over 9000.

Heck do you mean, Cimex before humans? Humans were the very first sentient race.

Also, why are the 'Sanguine Villages' in northern Uri territory?

Ya, humans were there long before Cimex. Vowzra and Escre made humans, and then Arguis made Cimex a few posts later

Also, I'm making the Mer language Latin

Concentus means concert/harmony/singing or shouting together, for reasons that will soon be clear

Ahh, my mistake, then would 8000 suffice?

As for villages, they are the 6 the Allied with the North Gara-somethings. They will grow pretty large later on, can't have every Uri crammed in one city. Unless that's what you want. They are also oppose the Kingdom.

I'm just wondering why they're called Sanguine. Do they have something to do with the Sanguine Communion? I don't remember that.

Just thinking out loud here, but maybe you could call them the "Withered Villages", as they are corrupted plant-people.

For the human population, what about Kuro's people?

I also think that there should be more people in the independent villages/confederacies, because the Garakai keep talking about how they want to crush the southern tribes. I think some of Rtron's posts mentioned them being rather numerous but also mostly a bunch of peaceful farmers and poorly defended villages. Perfect for Garakai to conquer/enslave and for Ialu to "save" and "enlighten" with his teachings about the Mighty One.

In any case, assuming that the southern tribes makes up the majority of those 1800 humans, that's still something like a mere 1,000. That's just like five or six little hamlets, not really tribes.

No problem! A change is probably for the better to eliminate confusion. 'Withered Villages' is a fitting substitute from an outside perspective, but would the occupants of those villages refer to themselves as such? Perhaps something like 'Thornmold Villages' would be a little more subtle, conveying a sense of strength and independence to the villagers but also a threatening feel to onlookers. Your call.

XD The withered thing was just a joke.

"Rose Villages" sounds gentle and beautiful, but every rose has thorns. That would convey a similar meaning to Thornmold, but even more subtly.
