Thanks, I put a lot of feeling into the post and I just wanted people to feel bad for him so there would be a sense of pity and hatred towards him.

That is a most fascinating hypothesis! I do believe, however, that the need to crap may become overwhelming, particularly given a dragon's tendency to consume several kilograms of foodstuff per day, if not more. Given this outstanding mass of foodstuff being consumed, it would lead to what one can only describe as horrendous consequences for a dragon if they did not crap.
