Personality: Ferrin is calm and cool, even under pressure. He has a easy-going personality, and he is hard working. Generally speaking he has a good sense of humor, but he also has a mild temper. He can be more than a little arrogant and stubborn, he defiantly doesn't take orders very well. He is a thrill-seeker and has a lust for adventure that is without equal. He loves to live life on the edge, which can result in him diving head-first into ridiculously dangerous situations without a second thought and a smile on his face. His loyalty to his friends is unquestionable, if you are able to win it. He is very easygoing until it becomes time to fight, then his personality shifts and he becomes seemingly emotionless, focused, and merciless. He can be hesitant to commit himself, but once he does, he sees it through to the end never giving his second best.
He has a fondness for alcohol and a near-disturbingly high tolerance for it. He also loves to eat, and loves trying new cuisine whenever he can. He is a decent guitar player. His music can often be heard flowing through the air after meal times.

Magic: Aether Magic, various other Caster and Holder types.

The History of Fairy Tail: A magic tome, found in the ruins of the Fairy Tail Guild hall. This deceptively small book can only be read by one who bears the Fairy Tail guild mark. Anyone else who sees it will see only a blank cover with blank pages. It is deceptively small.
History:
Ferrin was born into a family of powerful mages. When he was young, he was found to have powerful magic and he was trained from then on by his family. He had a younger brother and sister. They has a good childhood growing up happy and carefree. But one day, a demon attacked, which provoked some wizards to come and try to try to subdue it, turning the town into a battlefield. The battle was barely won and the demon destroyed. But the damage had already been done. During the battle, Ferrin got separated from his family and trapped under some rubble. He felt intense pain on his right arm and then he blacked out. When he came to, he found that while he survived, thanks to the wizards, they were unable to save his arm. He tried to find out what happened to his family, but no matter who he asked or how long he searched, he never found any trace of them.
He was taken in by an old man, named Marco. Marco was a history keeper, and he had a massive library with texts on all subjects, from magic to cooking and everything in between. Marco, himself, had no magic, but he had read may books on the subject, so he (along with those books) taught Ferrin much about magic. Several years passed, and Ferrin learned to use magic to compensate for his missing limb. On his sixteenth birthday, Marco reveled that for the last couple of years he had been searching for a way to replace Ferrin's missing arm. And at long last, his searching paid off. He had found a magic tool engineer, who the skill, and had some plans for a prototype replacement arm that he believed he could use. The engineer, who's name was Piston, had one condition though, Ferrin had to come with him and be come his apprentice so he could provide his own maintenance. Ferrin eagerly accepted.
So, for four years, with the prototype Gauntlet, he leaned from the man about all kinds of magical and normal engineering. During this time, his magic abilities developed quickly. One day, about three years after he started, Ferrin got terrible news. Marco had died. He had passed away in his sleep. Ferrin mourned him for a long time afterward. But life went on and the time came, when the Gauntlet was finished and Ferrin was free to go. Ferrin offered to stay, and carry on the business, but Piston laughed him off and told him in a rough, but not unkind way. "Ha, if I let you stay, you would eat me out of house and home. Your talents would be wasted here. Go to the east and find a Wizard's guild to join, maybe you will find what you are looking for."
Following his advice and tearfully thanking Piston, Ferrin set off to find a guild. After a long journey, he joins a certain guild in a certain place. A then new guild called Fairy Tail. He made his way to a town called Magnolia. While checking out the place, he meets a girl at a fruit stand, and they got to talking. She introduced her self as Mavis. She easily gets him to open up and tell her quite a bit about himself, while revealing next to nothing abut herself. Later, they hang out for awhile and she shows him around. Finally, as it was getting dark and he gallantly (and somewhat embarrassingly) offered to walk her home. She leads him to the guild hall and coaxes him him inside. There, she reintroduces herself as Mavis Vermilion, the master of the Fairy Tail guild and offered to make him a guild member. (Yeah he felt stupid.) And from that moment on, he became part of Fairy Tail.
He threw himself into guild life with a will, often going on several jobs a day, and in the mornings and evenings, practicing and taking lessons on magic from his guild mates. He also learned swordsmanship and eventually developed his own style with his sword held in his left hand, and his Gauntlet. In this way, seven long and fun years passed, a lot happened, and out of necessity and a desire to get stronger, he weaponized his Gauntlet, using the newly developed gun and cannon technology. One day, however, changed all that. It started normally, incongruously, even. He went through his normal routine, and took a difficult-seeming job with a massive reward. The job request was to recover a powerful and rare lacrima. The catch? It was located in a trap-filled tomb, and guarded by a legion of undead called by the necromancer, who's tomb that was. It seemed a bit shady, but Ferrin was determined to prove his power and do it alone. All went well at first, he met with the proprietor, and the deal was made. The tomb was cracked and with a little brains, power, and a healthy chunk of luck, Ferrin manage to slip past (or survive)the majority of the traps and undead. He got to the room with the odd, and exquisitely carved Lacrima, and emboldened by his success, he walked right up and grabbed the Lacrima. In doing so, he triggered one final trap. As it turns out, that was not the tomb of a necromancer, but a time mage-king, who's subordinate had power over the dead. As soon as he touched the Lacrima, he was sealed in a time rift and suspended in stasis for an uncountable number of years.
He wakes up, Lacrima in hand, present day, with foggy memories and completely disoriented. He wandered for a time, with no idea where or who he was. A week passed and his memories gradually fully returned. Now he was still lost. Fortune smiled on him, however, and he found himself not a few kilometers from Magnolia, now a shade of it's former glory. Once there, he visits the remains of the Guild Hall. He looked around, but everything was unfamiliar to him. He was about to leave, when suddenly he felt a presence and saw a silhouette beckoning to him. Curious, and feeling a familiarity about it, he followed it. It lead him to a secret room that contained a book on a pedestal in the middle of the room. Through some signaling, it conveyed it wanted him to have the book. Cautiously he picked it up. When he touched it, a title appeared, The History Of Fairy Tail, it read in glowing letters. He kept the book promising to read it and keep it safe. Satisfied, the spirit disappeared and the book returned to normal. Shocked and still disoriented, Ferrin set out to do the one thing still familiar to him.

Magic: Aether Magic, various other Caster and Holder types.
Note: His Aether magic is extremely powerful and versatile, it can be used to attack directly, but its true power lies in Enhancing. It makes any spell or Magic Tool have more power/greater effect, a faster cast, and makes it harder to block or nullify. Essentially, it doesn't make something new so much as make it more of what it already is. It also gives him the potential to learn almost any magic, excluding slayer magics, and certain other unique magics, although he still has to train with it to actually be able to use it. Because of this, He has learned many other spells that he can use. For now, he cannot affect others with his enhancement magic. He can infuse his body or any weapon or armor he is in contact with his Aether magic, which enhances it. He recovers magic very quickly, taking no more than an hour and a half to fully recharge.
Aether Blast: A simple charge then release of magic. It spreads out in a bubble around him. It does not do much damage, but pushes anything caught in it back.
Aether Shockwave: He claps then enhances the sound and force, releasing a large powerful shock wave in the direction he is facing.
Aether Fullbody: Usually the fist thing he does before a battle. He infuses his whole body with magic, giving him enhanced strength, speed, durability, healing, and senses (sight, smell etc.) Its effects last for an hour.
Aether Enhance: He targets one potion of his body or a single object, and greatly enhances it. This could be a weakness. For example, if he were to enhance eyesight, a bright flash could easily blind him.
Aether Palm: He infuses his hands with Aether magic and targets nerves and chakra points.
Aether Laser: He gathers magic on his finger tips (primarily his forefinger and middle finger) and fires beams of condensed Aether magic. He can sustain it or fire in short bursts. (One of his favorate techniques.)
Aether Arena: Similar to Aether Blast, he charges a great deal of magic and realses it in an explosion. This technique leaves a residue of Aetheric particals that empowers any magic in the area. The point of this, is that his opponents won't be used to the increase in their power, causing them to be unable to cast properly, and inaccurate.
Aether absorption: A passive ability that lets him recover magic equal to 10% of the magical energy of any magic cast on him.
Aether Construct: A newer form of his magic that Ferrin is still perfecting. It is very similar to maker magic, but there are several differences, one being that whatever object that he creats requires a constant supply of magic to exist, and if he looses concentration, it could do anything from dipassitate, to turn into something random or explode.
He has picked up various other magic from people he has met, including, but not limited to:
Fire magic
Water magic
Lightning magic
Ice magic
Kinetic Magic
Requip

Gender: Male
Personality: Quiet and monosyllabic, easy to overlook, Valak (or Val for short) is a very mysterious person. Little is known about him, as he does not talk about himself or his past at all. (This may also be because he is slightly shy.) He doesn't show much emotion either. A few things known about his is that he is very smart and observant and he collects magical and unusual weapons.
His day-to day clothing is a long, black coat and a white button-up collard shirt with thin gray vertical stripes, black pants with a belt and a white bandage tied around his left pant leg along with a pair of black boots.
Height: 5'10"
Body type: Slender, but muscular
Eye color: Grey
Hair color: Black
Emblem location: His lower back, right side.
Magic level: A-rank (He has power, but is too inexperienced.)
Type: Holder, Summoner.
Specialization:
Requip magic
Esper Summon magic. Espers are powerful beings of unknown origin, there are many kinds out there, some look human, and even have personalities, while others are completely inhuman. The strongest are known as the Thirteen Shadows. Each one is a negative of the Zodiac spirits, and even more powerful. Anyone can summon an Esper, but first they must find them and defeat them in battle, or some of them can be passed down. Once defeated, they become bound to the person who defeated them forever, or until they are beaten again. Such is their curse. Summoning them takes a lot of magic, (the amount varies with the power of the Esper) so summoning one is usually best used as a last resort. That said, they are all incredibly powerful.
Style: Adaptable. Valak knows that the weakness of most Summoner-type magics is the fact that the Summoner is vurnerable and useless without their Summon. So, he is training himself to be better at combat.

Name: Layle Kvothe
Age: 21
Birthday: July 9
Appearance:
Magic: He was born with a Lacrima shard inside his body that gives him gravity-based telekinetic magic.
He possesses gravity-based telekinetic powers which allow him to lift, manipulate, and toss enemies, objects of any kind, and even people. He can also use his powers directly on himself, allowing him to jump great distances, land safely on his feet after falling from great heights, and to accelerate and strengthen physical movement used for executing fast evasive maneuvers as well as striking his target with extreme force. Also, when kinetically locked onto a target he can pull himself rapidly, using his powers to slingshot himself closer to the target which can also be used to execute an aerial homing body slam. He can create gravity barriers to defend himself from projectiles, redirecting the them away from him. He is also able to focus his power on himself in order to negate the planet's gravity, allowing him to fly but only for a short time. He can also pull down metors, although doing so takes quite a bit of energy.
He has what he calls "Accel Drive." When activated, his body crystallizes far beyond just his cheek and a wing-like crystal also forms above his cheek's lacrima. He gains the ability to materialize a crystal-shaped hover board made out of energy below his feet, which he uses to fly at sonic speed without having to focus his kinetic powers on himself. His Magic power drastically increases, allowing him to rip apart large objects, and unleash devastating energy charged punches which liberate the highly concentrated energy on impact in the form of huge piercing energy blast. However, this too has it's drawbacks. It consumes so much energy it only lasts for five minutes. Once activated it cannot be turned off until all his magic is gone, leaving him helpless.
Magic Level: A
History: Layle's history is remarkable for being unremarkable. He was raised in a traveling troupe, his father was the leader and an exeltant entertainer. He knew all kinds of ways to entertain from jokes, to music, to acting, and storytelling. Layle picked up some of that and if you are really lucky he will put on an act for you. He was born with the lacrima in his cheek and his powers manifested when he was five. His troupe didn't have any bias against magic, in fact a few were wizards themselves and used magic in their acts. When he was eighteen, he wanted to go join a Guild to develop his magic and in search of adventure. He did join an independent guild called Centurio for awhile. The guild specialized in the hunting and slaying of monsters. The guild was nice and he furthered his magic and honed his skill there, but after two years it fell apart and since then, he has been a free agent and mercenary.
Personality: Despite his love for excitement, Layle is a laid back individual with an even head. He likes to use his powers to help others. Though he also uses his powers to cause some mischief as well, however he tries to keep his acts mostly harmless. He can be a bit rude, blunt and at times, dense, but when things go down, he will be the first to stand up and help. His childhood gave him a dramatic flair and sometimes he will 'put on an act.' for his and other's amusement. His great talent is imitating voices and accents.

Three Weaknesses:

Greatest Love: Trouble (Adventure)
Motivation: Best described as: "Addicted to trouble".
Additional Details:
Mk XI: His "secret weapon." He has no requip magic so he has to carry it around. It is a high-powered rifle he got on a job from a traveling gunsmith who was plagued by monsters. With his powers he can levitate and fire it without touching it.
