One day your leading a regular ordinary life. Your just another cog in the machine. There's nothing remarkable or special about you. Then something changes (radioactive spider bite, lightening strike). When you wake up in the hospital toy find that something about you has changed. You can suddenly do things that you couldn't do before. Will you use your powers for good or evil? Either way you need a secret identity and a disguise.

1. This is my RP. What I say goes. If you disagree with something we can discuss it.
2. Do not attack other characters without approval
3. Do not attack NPC without clearing it with me. I don't want random destruction.
4. If you are unsure about something ask I will answer to the best of my ability.
5. If you are going to be gone more then a day let me know. If you don't you might lose your character. I don't mind waiting but I need to know who to wait for.
6. If you have a suggestion let me know I welcome suggestions
7. No fighting. I don't mind discussions and disagreements.

Power:
Arm of God - Her left arm is imbued with the powers of a god and has the following traits; super strength, enhanced durability, healing blood, and energy blasts. These abilities only apply to her left arm and the rest of her body is normal. She has nearly unlimited strength and can move her right arm faster than lightning, her punches are infused with energy and give off explosives blasts on impact. In addition she has discovered that for a limit of 5 minutes she can go into a "God mode" this spreads her healing blood into the rest of her body and gives her angelic wings made of white light. It makes her invulnerable for a limited time. Through experimentation she has discovered that it can only be used once every 12 hours. The long term repercussions of this ability is unknown.

Her left arm is covered in a runic tattoo pattern, the language is unknown (it is Celestial) and at the center around the marking of a bird wing wrapped around her left forearm. When her powers are activated they glow with white light and give off a faint warmth.

Well I did a shit job describing it but the arms is kinda like Thor's hammer Mjölnir in the way that it is quantum locked. She can lift and throw things without putting stress on the rest of her body, because when she picks it up her arm holds it in place without the effect of any other forces on it.
Also it acts as a way of balancing out just how ridiculous her power is.

Power: Serpent physiology: Thanks to the actions of his (now) ex-girlfriend, Dimitri was bitten by a heavily genetically modified member of the krait family, specifically by the species Bungarus flaviceps. Much like a certain web slinging marvel hero the venom has drastically altered his DNA and endowed him with the traits of the animal he was bitten by. Dimitri's physical strength, senses, speed, and reflexes have all been heightened to nearly twice that of a peak human being and his body has become extremely flexible due to a sudden increase of elasticity in his muscles and ligaments. As an added mutation, Dimitri's maxillary sinuses have mutated into neurotoxin producing venom glands that connect to his his canine teeth, which have elongated and become hollow.

Much like many people Dimitri was just a normal guy who just went through life dreaming of bigger things. Overall he had a pretty good thing going; His older brother was a condominium superintendent and was willing to let Dimitri shack with him through college which gave him a place to stay, he didn't have to pay a dime for his classes thanks to an academic scholarship, and he was a year away from graduating with his masters in both virology and biomedical engineering with a good paying job lined up for him with the center for disease control and prevention. Yes, it was pretty clear that Dimitri had very little to worry about...save for one little thing: His girlfriend Sarah. Sarah...volatile to say the least. Sarah was also a member of the Animal Liberation Front, a group that was considered by most of those familiar with the ALF as ecoterrorists. While Dimitri shared in a few of his girlfriend's beliefs, he lacked her desire to approach the subject with the same kind of radical and often times aggressive methods that she preferred to use.

Sarah would sometimes disappear for days at a time, then suddenly show up at Dimitri's door step either to hide from police or with some random animal that she wanted him to hide with no explanations. One day Sarah ends up dropping off a cardboard box with specific instructions to not let the animal inside of it out under any circumstances. Now, cardboard is useful for many things, however protecting one from snake bites is most definitely not one of those things, something Dimitri learned when he ended up receiving a nasty bite while carrying the box to his room. With his brother away from home for work related purposes, Dimitri had just enough time to peek inside the box and call for an ambulance before he wound up passing out. As the paramedics had not idea to search Dimitri's room prior to escorting him out of his home they had no clue what sort of snake had bitten him, and as such lacked an idea of which antivenom to use to help. Thanks to constant efforts by the medical team that watched over him, Dimitri was kept alive long enough for the venom to work it's way out of his system. Approximately one week after the incident, Dimitri was able to recover and was released, whereafter he immediately broke up with Sarah and tried to resume life as normal. Still, he can't help but shake the feeling that something is different...

Enhanced Stamina means what it sounds like. Run harder, longer. Fight against a more skilled enemy by wearing them down. If it's a battle of attrition, you're going to win. This isn't limitless, however, and often leaves you feeling more tired than normal, resulting in the need for more sleep to recuperate.

Enhanced Durability

Enhanced Durability is pretty straightforward as well, you take more hits and feel less pain, but you're far from invulnerable. Harder skin and bones may increase your defense, but knives and bullets will still harm and kill you. You'll just have a better chance of surviving since your skin and organs are tougher to pierce and break.

Citymind

Citymind is a unique ability to commune at a deep level with any urban environment. Feeling the rumble of cars, count how many people are on a street based on the feeling of footsteps, know when a door is opening down the block, navigate subways, sewers, and rooftops with ease. It's like having the heart of the city beating with your own.

Bio: Barclay was born to two kind and loving parents. His mother was a fiery martial artist specializing in Capoeira. She was the kind of mom who could read you like a book, and when it came to something he wanted she never let him give up without a fight. Whether it be sports, school, or anything else. She's his biggest cheerleader and believes in him more than anything. His father was a scholarly man with a love for nature. Not long after his 20th birthday, they moved to Brazil for an extended holiday, while Barclay decided to stay in the city.

Barclay was minding his own business one day when he received a parcel for delivery. He took the package and read the address, then zipped off on his brand new bike. He had just bought it with money he had earned from his job. Until now, he had been using an old rusted thing without brakes. As he rounded a corner, he skidded to a halt, straight into two guys holding a barrel. They were right outside the Applied Sciences division of the city's largest research center. He fell off his bike into a large puddle of some liquid, covering himself and soaking his clothes. He scrambled to his feet, despite the men trying to stop him. He had just been exposed to a dangerous experimental compound. However, he was already on his way, just happy that his package was safe and dry. He took the subway home, as it was getting late. As he was riding the train home, the system shut down. Being the only passenger Barclay unwisely got off to investigate. Just as he was about to start walking, the system came back online, electricity crackling through the rails like white-hot super speed lightning. It hit him, burning his clothes and skin, and he passed out on the subway terminal floor.

Three days later he woke up in the hospital with a headache. There was a constant hum, a pounding, and a rattling in his head. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong with him though, so they discharged him with some pills for the headache. Eventually, he realized that the hum, pounding, and rattling wasn't just in his head, it was all around him. He was feeling the city. His other powers surfaced over the next couple of months, when he raked in more money for deliveries than he had in the past four months.

Barclay has few friends, but loves animals, movies, and cruising the city on bike or foot. He's selfless and mature, but easily goaded and doesn't take jokes quite well.

Super speed, flight, x-ray vision, heat vision, super strength, invulnerability, super hearing, freeze breath, super smelling (yes, it's real), super ventriloquism, super landscaping, super weaving, super mathematics, super memory, super shapeshifting, teleninesis, super telepathic will control, telescopic vision, microscopic vision, infrared vision, super hypnosis, solar invulnerability, Super-stamina, endurance, durability, agility and reflexes, healing factor, Multilingualism, Solar energy absorption, super voice mimicry, super solar flare, and so many, many, more. He's also a bonafied genius, coming from a civilization that was thousands of years more advanced than Earth's.

So yeah, if we get a Supes-tier hero in here...

It's okay to have a superman-esque character, but you may want to pick and choose your powers instead of having the arsenal of the big blue boy scout.
