Angelo smiled as he went through class normally as he sat down in class going about his business as usual he had a piece of his death note with him so he can pull off another kill while in school today. Angelo was in his computer class so he was able to search on his school laptop any and all news about any criminals. Angelo couldn't help but feel something was off today but he couldn't put his finger on it, Angelo decided to dismiss it as he waited for class to end

I took the scrap of paper from Eva, the other Shinigami appearing before me. "I just came down a week or so back and Izan left around the same time as me. He said he was gonna have alot of fun with this one." Chernabog barreled over laughing. This was the first time I had seen 2 shinigami at once, the sight almost chilling my bones. I flipped her scrap over and wrote "There are three of us, if you didn't know. Me you and Azrael" then passed it back to her.

I nodded, then crumpled up the scrap of the Death Note and placed it back in my leave. The last thing I needed was for someone's name to be accidentally written on it. I pulled free a fragment of a piece of normal paper from my Economics notebook to use in its place.

"I know," I wrote, then stopped. Why exactly had Mizu contacted me in the first place? Did she want to coordinate our efforts? But... would she agree with what I was doing? If her ideology was different from mine, things could get out of hand quickly.

"Have you killed anyone important, or anyone you know?" I wrote, then handed the note to her.

[Near]

I took the paper from her, "My cousin Mio, L's personal assistant, along with Liam L. Jenkins" I quickly scribbled. Ignoring the shinigami side conversation, I passed the paper to her but then quickly snatched it back up and wrote "dont say 'kill', others might see it, write 'beat'".

[Airalin]

I stared at the piece of paper for a long moment. Mizu had killed L's personal assistant? This was dangerous. Ideally, we needed to stay as far away from L as we could, but Mizu was murdering people close to him - and related to herself.

Ezerion cackled as he read the piece of paper over. "Little Sis is afraid of everything," he said, and I blushed as I realized everyone could hear it. It couldn't be normal for a Shinigami to refer to you as a sibling...

Hastily, I wrote, "Does L suspect you?" and passed the note back to Mizu. This girl was risking way too much - she was risking my life! But perhaps, somehow, she could use her cousin's connection to L to find his name...

[Near]

"Little sis?" Chernabog couldn't contain himself, he laughed so hard that he ceased to float above the ground, "Ezerion, have you become so soft as to consider this girl family?" He said still laughing and rolling on the floor.

I grabbed the note and wrote, "No, and if you were in danger, you or I or both of us would be dead or in maximum security prison by now, also dont think about telling anybody who I am, because I'll tell them all about the Death Note and that you have one too. The first thing I want to say is you need to stop killing these politicians. L knows that you and Azrael are in Japan and that there are two of you. Also he has a plan to catch you but I dont know what it is. If you stop, he will likely forget about you-" I reached the bottom of the paper, I pulled another sheet out of my notebook. "-and focus on Azrael" I handed the two sheets to her.

I sighed in frustration at the Shinigamis' exchange. "Family?" said Ezerion, laughing, "Yeah, I guess it's something like that. I don't really know what humans mean by that, but for now, I live with this girl. If I get sick of her, I'll just kill her and find a new family."

Ezerion knew fully well that wasn't what we meant by family. He was just looking for an excuse to threaten me. I had no clue why he called me 'Little Sis', and couldn't do anything about it anyway, so I did my best not to worry about it.

Instead, I turned my attention back to the note. A maximum security prison, huh? No... I'd write my own name in the Death Note before I let anyone lock me up again. And if L had a plan to catch me, it might come to that. "Why stop killing the politicians?" I wrote, "If I force L to show himself, we can kill him and be done with him. And even if I stop the killings, I doubt he'll just forget about me." I handed the note back. Mi

zu must have thought I was a complete idiot to suggest I might turn her in. That would be the fastest way to get caught! But perhaps... could she be working for L? Perhaps she had already been captured and was helping to catch me in return for leniency. No... that didn't make sense. If L was watching me, I would have already been arrested. Then perhaps... perhaps Mizu wanted to prove herself in L's eyes, and take her cousin's place? I had no definitive proof she had killed anyone...

[Near]

As I took the note from the girl, I saw the skeptical look in her eyes, so before responding I tore the first page of my death note that had the names on it out and showed it to her. Once she had a good look at it, I returned it to its original place. Then I wrote, "L has never shown himself to anybody except to his two, now deceased, assistants. I highly doubt he will submit so easily. Mio had to swear to never even describe him to anybody. Apparently he is in japan but I don't have a clue where." Then I tossed the note onto Eva's desk.

It wasn't surprising that L was so secretive, but it did make matters difficult. As for the page of names Mizu had shown me, I had no clue what its significance was. Had she been trying to prove herself to me? It wouldn't be that easy... she could have written those names in her Death Note after the victims had already died. Even if she had been the killer, that wasn't proof that she was up to something. No... I would have to be wary around her. It would be better if I could conceal my suspicion, though...

"In Japan?" I wrote, "Does that mean he knows one of us is in Japan? How do you know he has a plan to catch me, anyway?" I handed her the note, becoming more certain by the second that something was up with Mizu.

[Near]

My jaw nearly dropped at the fact that she had questioned me. I wrote, "He thinks both of you are in japan, and that you may know each other, so talking to you is putting me in danger too. Lets say my whole family has connections to Interpol, or at least my living family does." I passed the note back to her, with an almost angry glance, the lighting making my eyes a brighter orange than usual.

The look Mizu gave me as she passed me the note was different from the expressions she'd shown before. Apparently, I had upset her. Better to apologize than to make her angry, even if I had every reason to be suspicious. "Sorry, I'm paranoid," I wrote, "I've... been through things. I'm sure you heard." I felt the heat rising to my cheeks as I wrote. I never discussed my past, not with anyone... but what choice did I have? Mizu could kill me easily, though of course, I could do the same to her...

[Near]

I almost smirked at the returning note. It seemed like I played the game correctly. "I've been through some stuff too, my aunite is my only living family and I lived in Mio's shadow for the past 3 years. I wont go into detail but it was pretty bad." I wrote, of course all of that was true, but some of what I would say to gain this girl's trust wouldn't be. I passed the note back, this time holding my head to make the lighting change my eyes to appear brown. Then gave an empathetic look at her.

Angelo waited a few more hours until he decided it was time, he had seen on his computer that their was a criminal who had raped a teenager and was going to be pardoned because of lack of evidence. Angelo decided that this wouldn't be the case, Angelo walked into the boys bathroom and took out the scrap of the death note he took with him and he got a pen writing down the bastards name KENSHIN TSUKINO 12:31: claw your back until wings are formed in blood on your back. then stab your throat with an ink pen Angelo thought that would be a good death considering he was still in trial and Angelo couldn't get him into any dangerous situations but Angelo started to think about using diseases next but that usually takes a while to handle so he could need to research a quick killing disease that causes pain. that will be difficult but some research should help. The clawing of wings on their backs was Angelo way of making sure that L knows that he isn't responsible for the politicians he had no interest in them and the copy cat who is killing them will either follow Angelo orders or die and give up his death note.

I carefully controlled my expression, revealing nothing. The look Mizu was giving me was far too familiar, far too close to pity for my taste. Whether or not it was genuine didn't matter. "The people of this world deserve to be... beaten," I wrote, inwardly rolling my eyes at the euphemism. Yet for a moment, I reflected on my situation. I had killed so many people in the past couple of weeks... it didn't feel real. After all, they had just been people I'd seen online and on TV. Yet people were after me for it now. It was too late to stop. Perhaps Mizu was in the same situation...

I handed her back the note, curious - and a bit scared - to see how she would respond.

7:30 AM Friday

Later that day I was out somewhere with my father. He had given me no information where we were going and why I was going. Only that it was completely urgent that I be going and it be kept secret. they had kept idle chatter to a minimum. In the past my father had asked for my opinion about police cases but he usually just showed me a few documents and asked for my opinion. He had never done anything this secretive unless this time it was bigger. Perhaps it was a matter of national security. Who knows his father could be assigned to task force to catch Azrael or something of equal level of importance. Well his father way a homicide detective and needless to say Azrael would fall under homicide.

~~7:35 AM Friday~~
Soichiro drove up to the hotel where he knew the laptop had been set up for him. "Light, this way," he said as he got out of the vehicle and strode toward the door of the Daiichi Hotel Tokyo. Entering the lobby, he saw a couple step into the elevator. He let out a loud sigh and walked to the stairs, up to the 24th floor, panting when he reached the top. Room 610 was just in front of him. On the door was a "Do Not disturb" sign bu on the back it said "Soichiro, room 611 today." Soichiro walked over to the other door opened it and almost dropped as he saw a man on the floor of the room, sitting with his knees to his chest.

"Ah, hello Yagami-san, where is Light-kun?" the man said, further disturbing Soichiro.

"W-Who are you!" He said, "L said we'd be the only ones!"

The man chuckled a bit in amusement then said, "If you truly are confused, I will explain when Light-kun arrives."

Light follow his father through this long car ride. He was still pretty curious about where he was going but at the same time he trust his father. Soon they walked into a hotel and they proceeded to a hotel room. The carpets were nice and he was sure his father couldn't afford the funding for this room. It must be for some kind of investigation and funded by the police. Then his father looked at the back of the room number looking for a message. That was a useful tactic to pass notes to those who had no about to analyze things. It was still a bit risky for Light because the enemy could easily find out where they were and kill them. upon entering he saw a man in the room and his father was surprised. "Nice to meet you sir. My name is Light Yagami." He introduced himself.

time: 1:23PM day: no clue everyday seems to blur together
Angelo went about his day as usual during school and he was starting to wonder what was L doing, at this point its seems more responsible that its his fault that Angelo has been able to kill this many people despite how the copy cat was trying to get his attention by attacking politicians. Angelo went though his usual routine and when he got home he started doing his homework before he switched it to international news and saw a violent assaulter was going to be set free on that day on account of insufficient evidence. Angelo believed it was time to rectify that when he got out his death note and started to write his name Jinta Barbados: death at 1:24 pm claw your wings into your back then confess to the crime in front of the news reporters then grab the policeman's tazer and stab your eye with it until you die of electrocution and as he wrote it down so shall it be it was a bloody horrific death in front of the cameras they got all of it up close seeing his head smoke like he just got bar b qued! as one would guess Izan was laughing his ass off at it...

I sat on the floor of the hotel room, I looked over as the boy walked in and introduced himself, "Ahhh, Light-kun, I've been waiting for you two. Come in, sit down," I said to them. Soichiro came in and sat on the couch in the corner of the room.

Insant after Ryu's post, Friday.
I walked into the room and took a seat by my father. The man sitting in this room did look a bit odd but it was nothing too scary. He had messy hair, baggy eyes, and a hunched back. In most situations this man would be a monster but there was something a bit gentle about the way he talked. Almost like he did not know how to sound serious. Still there was also a kind of mystery behind this man. I guess I would have to wait until i learned more from him.
