Was about to post a CS but then was wondering, does anyone know where this falls on the Pokemon timeline? I would assume after XY.

Apoligies for not seeing this sooner. And I shall scold the others for not helping ya. The setting of this is hard to answer... if you mean after everything that happened with Team Flare, then no. This is, in theory, at the start of XY. Team Flare doesn't exist, instead there is a different bad guy team with a different goal who are just starting to pop up around the region. That said... Mega Evolution is still just being discovered more and more, the Locations of the Legendaries in Kalos are still unknown, things like that.

Dont worry, I've an easy way to solve that. Holo Casters. Everyone will get to travel in small groups or alone, as well as be in the loop of IC events that are important and require people to meet. My character will be handing those out along with Maps and a Pokedex to those who want/need it in my next post.

Personality:
Shay is EXTREMELY friendly and outgoing. She loves to meet new people, sometimes foolishly so. She also loves the outdoors and traveling, as her family often goes on vacation to Hoen. Although she is outgoing, Shay tends to shy away in the face of danger, having lived in Hoen while Team Magma and Team Aqua were running wild. Also, if sombody asks about her family or past, she will instantly withdraw from the conversation.

History:
Born in the Hoen Region, Shay lived a peaceful life on an island north of Mossdeep City.

When she turned 8, her and her family moved to Kalos. She instantly made new friends in Kalos, but never looked back at Hoen except when she was on vacation there. She always said "This is now, and I need to focus on it or I might get lost."

When she was 14 her mother gave her an egg as her birthday present. Her mother told her that that it would be a little piece of Hoen. when it hatched, Shay was delighted to see the baby skitty that was all hers. Having Skitty Inspired her to want to become a Pokemon Breeder.

Bio: Shay had Skitty since she was an egg. Her mother gave her the egg for her 14^th birthday. They spent more time playing together than battling, that's why Skitty is so low leveled.
Personality: Skitty is, just like Shay, very outgoing and friendly. She is always eager to make friends but sometimes ignores orders in battle because she doesn't want to hurt the other pokemon.

Yup still applies. Only exceptions are collaborations where the two of you are writing in the same post. Can always use Titanpad for that.

@Ryuzaki your character is accepted! Love the info you added for Skitty. I have a soft spot for breeders as well. I imagine your character will be upset about the recent attacks.

zen headbutt is an egg move for skitty, but it can only learn headbutt via tm.
