Ok, @Raijinslayer it me (in the Char tab, it's Carl) and @Mchaggis (in the char tab its Norman)

As for adoption, you can get your poke gear ex: holo caster, pokeballs, and pokedexes, when you first walk in.

For the Pokemon, go to the sanctuary and look for the Pokemon that you want. Add a little story to it though. Hope that helped :D
