We are still open and maybe for skills. Just which one and blizz will have final say on the matter

By original skill, I mean like ex: Many Portals are opened up behind the user, from which he can select one sword and uss it for a limited time. Of course the limit will be like 5mins or so. My Original Skills will all be based on this.. That is if I can create some original skills. Ill just wait for @Blizz to tell me if I can then ill create my cs
